Introduction to the former site of Fengtian Police Department: The former site of "Fengtian Police Department" is located in Zhongshan Square, Heping District, Shenyang City. It is currently used by the Shenyang Public Security Bureau. On July 17, 1996, it was established as a cultural relic protection unit in Shenyang City. The building was built in 1929 and was taken over by the Kuomintang government after Japan surrendered in 1945. After the liberation of Shenyang in November 1948, it was used by the Shenyang Municipal Public Security Bureau.
