Introduction to the Poetry and History Hall: The Poetry and History Hall is a wooden structure with raised beams and a single eaves on the top of the mountain. The roof is a rolling shed type, covered with pure tube tiles of one color. The two ends of the main ridge are decorated with fishes, and the center is decorated with two dragons playing with beads. Baoding, with an area of ​​more than 400 square meters, is the most representative core building in the entire garden architecture of Santai Du Fu Thatched Cottage. It displays a bronze seated statue of Du Fu, masterpieces of calligraphy and painting in various issues praising the poet, and other dynasties since the Song and Yuan Dynasties.
