Introduction to Coastal Park: Diamond Bay World Coastal Park is planned and designed by EDSA of the United States. It is a 6.5 million square meter tourism, leisure and cultural center with 4 kilometers of out-of-print coast south of the city center. It is driven by the development of large-scale cultural facilities and commercial facilities. Public open space is used as a carrier, with festivals and entertainment as the theme, to build an Oriental never-sleeping port, which complements the commercial and financial functions of the South Bank Donggang and jointly builds a new urban pattern of "one bay and two straits" in the center of Dalian city.
