Introduction to the underground river: The name Ziyun Cave comes from the underground river in the cave that is warm in winter and cool in summer. Every winter, the warm air in the cave spurts out from the entrance of the cave, forming purple mist that floats at the entrance of the stone mountain cave, hence the name Ziyun Cave.
