One day I accidentally saw a link posted by a runner in my circle of friends about Feng Yuan’s hiking appointment at Wugong Mountain initiated by “Two-Step Road”. I suddenly thought that we could go for a run in Wugong Mountain: we would go and return together with the hiking team, and we would run with them. We can add more on our route. The leader of the group, Feng Yuan, agreed to our plan to go together but not go together.

So I dug a hole for Xiaowu. Wang Guangli heard about my plan and was very interested. He dragged Brother Tao into the hole. So this cross-country training team came into being.

I advertised twice in Moments, but the cross-country training team still hasn’t expanded. Is it because I don’t have charm? Or I don’t have charm. It must be because I don’t have charm. (A few friends went to the activity group for a tour, but they didn’t go because of the starting point or various reasons.) But I’m not worried. After all, four people is the optimal number of people. Besides, with the navigation in hand, I have the world. Before departure: A friend asked me what she should wear when going to Wugong Mountain this week. I think a quick-drying long-sleeved windbreaker is usually enough in summer. The wind is strong on the mountain, but as long as you keep moving forward, you will not lose your temperature. But if it rains all the time, I think I'll need a jacket. Fortunately it didn't rain this time. However, I brought an extra piece of light down, which I also used for my teammate’s “emoticon” because he only had one sun protection jacket and it was dirty during the day. The wind was howling when I went to the inn at night. I couldn't help but let him die, so I had to borrow him. Luckily he was thin enough to wear it.

I also paid attention to the weather forecast before setting off, and felt that the runners would be in good weather, so there was no way out for me. I put an emergency blanket, but not a raincoat or a jacket. If it rains, I think a raincoat and a jacket are really necessary. It is normal for rain on the mountain to be sunny at the bottom of Wugong Mountain, so be prepared for rain.

Departure: The 40-passenger bus departs from Shenzhen North and is expected to arrive at Longshan Village in Wugong Mountain at noon the next day. (The hiking team took the essence route of 28KM, and our cross-country training team took the 45KM. Our training route started from Mingyue Mountain and went back to Shenzi Village. In the middle, we shared the hotel with the hiking team, which was perfect. Our car drove faster. Arrived at Longshan Village at 10 am.)

The bus in the middle stopped at a service area in Chenzhou, Hunan to rest. Some people stayed up all night (like Brother Guangli), some lay down but couldn't fall asleep (like me); some slept soundly (like Xiao Wu) .
Arrived at Longshan Village at 10 a.m. the next day, earlier than planned. so happy. However, the driver was a bit greasy, and he regretted not agreeing to take us to Mingyue Mountain. Fortunately, the tour leader Li Yuqiao fought hard, and I also stepped forward to provide navigation to the driver to prove that there was a provincial road to arrive. Finally solved. Thanks Yuqiao.

After we separated from the hiking group in Longshan Village, we drove towards Mingyue Mountain with the driver who was not very happy to take us to Mingyue Mountain. I felt uneasy on the way, and the twists and turns on the road made me almost vomited several times. Finally arrived at Mingyue Mountain Resort and looked for a place to eat. After dinner at a certain inn, a new teammate joined us in a large group. We all called him Emoji. It was already 1:40 when we gathered together, finished eating and were ready to leave. Because Mingyue Mountain Scenic Area costs 95 yuan per person, we originally didn’t need tickets if we traveled forward. However, we seemed to need tickets to enter the scenic area if we traveled backwards. How to do it? It was going to be over budget...I had an idea and asked the innkeeper if there was any wild road that we could walk on. She told us to take the path on the right next to the Qingyun Inn in front of us and follow the stream to reach the scenic spot. In order to save 95 yuan per person and two chickens, we chose a more difficult path. Maybe, we are also going the wrong way. I have experienced everything from farts, ants, thorns, and weeds. In short, the road we walked was very wild, wild, and violent. It took one hour to walk one kilometer. Afraid.

Mingyue Mountain - is a bit like traveling around the mountains and rivers. How comfortable it is now, how anxious it is to rush out at night.

The weather is hot, but fortunately there are waterfalls along the Mingyue Mountain. The water vapor brings some coolness, making us feel less stuffy. Brother Guangli and Emoticon Bao couldn't keep up with us halfway up the mountain. They teamed up and chased us. The Mingyue Mountain Scenic Area goes straight up 1,200 meters, with an altitude of about 1,600. After reaching the top of the mountain, follow the navigation track. It keeps saying there is a deviation. Later I found out that had run into the track . Forward navigation does not follow the track, now it is reverse navigation. However we don't know. Fortunately the train didn't leave. Fairly safe.

Running on the track is a rare opportunity in life.

Crossing the end of Yichun Railway Station is the Yangshimu Mountain. Along the way, Xiaowu, Taosheng and I were careful to give directions to Brother Guangli and Emoticon Bao who were lagging behind (taking pictures and recording videos on WeChat, etc.).

On Yangshimu Mountain, we worried about the two teammates behind us several times. There were many sections where we were likely to get lost. We didn’t know how to navigate, and our physical strength was not good. Brother Tao said, “If they call the police, we will be in more trouble...” On the side of the road Tie a headlamp (because the headlamp of the emoji package only has 80 lumens. When we set off, I told him that my headlamp was very bright, so I used mine, but I told him not to bring it. Who knew he couldn't keep up with us?), and marked it. , photo guide, tried every method, but still felt that we should wait for them to come and walk at night together.

We asked Xiaowu, the best runner, to go back to pick up Emoticon Bao and Brother Guangli, while Brother Tao and I ate supplies and waited at the pass. Not long after, Xiaowu picked them up. Fortunately we carried a lot of food, otherwise we would have been doomed. The group of people rested for about ten minutes. Seeing that the night was getting darker and it was time to turn on the headlights, I asked everyone to hurry up. Because I had a navigation system, I opened the way, Brother Tao followed behind me, Brother Guangli and the emoticon package, and Xiao Wu gathered up the team. Xiao Wu jokingly said, "Two girls are protecting you guys, don't be too happy." This is indeed the first time I have been a team leader at night, protecting my male teammates😄.

I heard that we encountered the most beautiful starry sky this time. Did you all look up? Of course, I watched it countless times along the way.

Along the way, they encountered two inns (the old and new Shen Family Courtyard). The two brothers, who were exhausted, had to hesitate: Can't they stay? Do you want to come with us? Later, Brother Guangli said that he was afraid that no one would take the same route the next day and he was afraid that he would not be able to keep up with the hiking team. (Actually, I would like to say that we are all adults. We can just go home by ourselves at dawn). In order to join the main force, they chose to go with us.

The road was difficult at night: We finally reached the endless grassy slope and we didn’t seem to have much mood to cheer. We went uphill and downhill. Brother Guangli asked me: "Ali, how many kilometers are there?" "Ali, how many kilometers are there?" "How many kilometers?" I said that the navigation showed that it was 11 kilometers from the New Shen Family Courtyard to the inn. We would arrive at 12 o'clock and soon at 10 o'clock. I was asked how many kilometers there were. I’m not good at math. The reverse navigation and the two superimposed routes meant that I had to be distracted and do the calculations when I was on my way. It really made me panic. But don’t tell him how many kilometers it is, as if I am a bad person again, tell him. Anyway, there is only one word for the one-kilometer and ten-kilometer routes: go! Because there is sometimes a delay in the fork in the watch navigation, or sometimes people are confused when they are tired, there are many small lost places along the way, and there are even big lost places when everyone was almost exhausted and ended up on a small hill by mistake and had to go down the mountain to find it again. road. So much so that Brother Tao from behind asked me to go first, or they kept asking if it was the right way. When I get bored, I don’t want to talk to them. I was thinking: Do you want to come here? Who told you not to download the road book and navigation in advance? Then let’s get lost together. We passed many inns at night, and our experience is: Don’t book an inn in advance when visiting Wugong Mountain in the future, because you don’t know what will happen on the road, and you don’t know whether you can reach it, so it’s better to just go where you want. , just choose an inn to stay if you feel tired.

There were a few times when Brother Guangli and Emoticon Bao didn’t want to leave, so we cheered each other up. Xiaowu took out all the supplies he could get and fed them to them, encouraging them all the way. Fortunately, Xiao Wu was patient enough, otherwise I would have had to sit on the ground and cheat on him. Fortunately, they were still up to par and could barely keep up. The view was not good at night, so Brother Tao fell down on the downhill gravel road about 3-4 kilometers away from the inn. We were all bleeding. I told the hiking team about this in the group. Yuqiao and Fengyuan greeted us in front of the inn with medical bags. move.

Go to the inn to take a shower, eat and sleep. There is hot water for bathing, and we don’t have to worry about whether the food is delicious or not. We eat whatever is available. There is hot water. (I didn’t know if it would be there the next morning. If I had known, I would have filled the water bottle with warm boiled water). Xiaowu and I shared a room, and the three men also shared a room. It was not as tight as the store said. Don't know why they are trying to scare us like this. The inn is halfway up the mountain, and the wind was so strong that it blew into my dream. In my dream, I felt like I was being blown away by the strong wind along with the bed in the inn. Due to its relatively heavy tonnage, I actually felt that the bed was just fine with me.

The next day, Tao Sheng planned to join the hiking team because of his knee injury, and Brother Guangli and Emoticon Bao naturally joined the hiking team. Xiaowu and I decided to run away.

The sea of ​​clouds in the morning was spectacular, but the sunrise seemed a little less majestic. Because there were so many people in the inn, it was quite late for us to wait for the second round of breakfast. Xiao Wu and I were the last of our group to leave the inn, a full hour late. We have to work hard to catch up. Fortunately, I met the last few teammates on Despair Slope: Feng Yuan, Su Xiaoqi, and I heard there was a photographer uncle, but I didn’t pay attention.

Our route was Yunzhong Inn - Jinding - Anfu - Jinding (the original goal was to go in the direction of Shenzi Village, but we turned back depending on the time. The wind was so strong in Jinding that we could hardly stand, and the fog made it difficult to see clearly. , unexpectedly, I couldn’t find the direction of Shenzi Village), it was really unexpected to go to the direction of Anfu.

From this training alone, I knew that Xiaowu was very, very abnormal. She could run uphill, but the Despair Slope was just a small mound in her eyes. Yesterday, she gathered up the team to "drive the sheep" but it was not enough. Today she had a lot of fun running.

We ran in the mountains like unrestrained antelopes. We were like naughty monkeys, weaving through the crowd, and when we met fellow runners we knew, they would all say hello to me. There is a running friend from Dongguan, Daming, who watched us running happily and even took a video of us. He didn’t deliberately ask for contact information, but when he came back, he found a photo of him and his friends in the circle of friends. what a small world. So I left a message asking for his contact information, and he sent me a video. The videos he takes are really good. Two girls in red clothes and white skirts were running among the green grass in the sky, chasing the wind and passing through the crowds. It was all beautiful and full of joy.

 

It's sunny and windy at the foot of the mountain, but it's windy and foggy at the top of the mountain. It's a huge difference.

The 2.5 kilometers above the Golden Summit of Diaomazhuang were hit by strong winds approaching level 7, which made people sway from side to side. No need to worry about tonnage issues anymore. Xiao Wu and I told each other to be careful while walking slowly upward through the sea of ​​people. We also went up to the Golden Summit as planned.

We just want to go as far as we can and return it when the time is right. Because we were at Jinding at 8 o'clock, our plan was to go down the mountain for an hour, return to Jinding for 2 hours, and then spend another hour or two to meet at the gate of the scenic spot on time. Unexpectedly, the tour leader had moved the meeting time earlier. The original plan was to meet at 1 o'clock and get on the bus at 2 o'clock. Instead, he asked us to meet at 12 o'clock and get on the bus at 1 o'clock. I accidentally saw this news when I was resting in Anfu. I was shocked and quickly told Xiaowu that we had to hurry up. So we had to rush up the mountain while we were supposed to enjoy the journey, and it actually felt like a competition. How difficult it was for me along the way, I kept counting the steps silently in my heart, counting down. Xiaowu, on the other hand, was wandering around in a perverted way, giving me a salt pill from time to time, and giving me an energy gel every now and then. In order to catch up with her, I have to eat no matter how hard it is. It took us an hour to go down the mountain, but it took us an hour to go up the mountain. Turn back in a hurry. It's not easy to push through the crowds all the way down the mountain. I kept shouting "please give up, thank you" all the way. Xiaowu opened the way in front of me, and I was about 1-200 meters away from her. We actually arrived at the meeting point at 11:30. It did not affect the group's itinerary.

 

 

The two-day training track is as above. It seems that the short 47-kilometer journey is really not easy. We have to overcome the friction with our teammates, tolerate each other's mismatched pace, overcome exposure to the sun, lack of water, strong winds, thick fog, and the unexpected difficulty of suddenly changing the gathering time, and finally reach the finish line, We made it!
