The first stop was Baidaoyan. A rock slope by the stream was the climbing point. There was a sign saying "Mountain Climbing is prohibited. At your own risk." It seemed that we had been in danger more than once. But it is dangerous peaks like this that travelers like, so we climbed up along the steep rock slope. Although the slope is steep, it is not slippery. You can still climb it using your hands and feet. After a few hundred meters, you climbed over the first top of the mountain and saw a big tree on a hill. From a distance, it looked like a Buddhist temple. Like Xuyuan trees, they are covered with colorful streamers, mainly red. It turns out that these are road signs left by groups of travel enthusiasts from all over the country, indicating that this is also a very popular travel route.

The mountain climbed higher and higher. There was a big steep slope in front of us, which was almost 80 degrees and tens of meters high. It was already difficult to climb with bare hands. Fortunately, there was a rope there, so we grabbed the rope and climbed up. Climbing to the top, there are steep peaks one after another. There are no ropes to grasp on many dangerous slopes. I step on the narrow rock crevices with my feet, hold the rock crevices tightly with my hands, and climb step by step with fear. It's all abyss. This is already a rare feasible route. The surrounding cliffs are even steeper, at 90 degrees, and even more impassable. It is impossible to climb without special equipment. Bai Dao Rock is well-deserved. It is really like climbing on the edge of a white knife. It is so exciting.

Looking back, we saw that the Yong'an River was already far away at our feet. All around us were cliffs and strange peaks. There were no trees or grass growing on the bare rock peaks. There is a dangerous slope of about 20 meters, which is very difficult to climb. It is too steep. The thin rope on it is not only difficult to ensure the fastness, but also difficult to climb. Our master, Lao Zhou, found it difficult. He climbed up with the rope and lowered the rope again, and we finally climbed up.

We climbed over Baidao Rock and came to Fanzheng Rock. They are two very strange rock peaks. They are called Fan Gong and Fan Mu. The taller one is the male and the shorter and fatter one is the mother. The top of the peak looks like a monk's head, with a golden peak in the middle. There are several neat rounds of indentations and vertical cliffs all around. How did the huge rock peaks grow? Where did the dent in the middle come from? Is it really carved by some supernatural power? I think the possible explanation is that this place was once a vast ocean. The movement of the ocean created these indentations, just like the growth of the Himalayas. The movement of the earth's crust changed the place from an ocean to a mountainous area. The strange-shaped rice steaming rocks are like this. Appeared.

We cannot climb Fanzhan Rock with bare hands. We can only admire it from a distance and leave behind its unforgettable majestic shadow. After passing the Fanzhan Rock Point and following the dangerous path, there is a large cave. It looks like two caves from the outside, but in fact there is only one inside. A large pillar separates it. Here we have to climb in a narrow gap between cliffs. The predecessors left a 4 to 50 meter long rope, and we grabbed the long rope and climbed up. Climbing up by grabbing the rope was not easy either. My grip strength was exhausted after climbing dozens of meters, and my hands were sore and stiff. Continue climbing over several mountains and arrive at the Octagonal Golden Pan, which is another famous scenic spot. It's not on the line and can easily be missed.

When we were descending after passing a top, there was a small platform not far away. When we walked over, we found that there was a large platform there. The huge rock topped it into a dome shape. The rock peak on the opposite side was slightly convex in the middle like a big plate. It is surrounded by layers of vertical pillar-like cliffs, which look like the corners of a giant plate. They are very beautiful. This is the octagonal gold plate. Continuing to move forward means constantly climbing over the mountain. Whether it is going up or down, although you can do it without a rope, it is still very steep and it is normal to use both hands and feet. At 4:30 in the afternoon, I finally saw the Shenxianju plank road. The thrilling and dangerous peak crossing was finally over. It may be the first time for me to climb so many dangerous peaks for such a long time. In terms of distance, it is not much, less than ten kilometers, less than half of the entire route, but every step here requires a lot of effort, and danger is always around you. Although the road ahead is still long, there is no longer any risk.

I visited Shenxianju ten years ago with my college classmates, but that time we visited the scenic spots in the north, and they were basically at the foot of the mountain. This time, all I saw was the scenery on the top of the mountain, and it felt completely different. The winding plank road hovers on the edge of the cliff near the top of the mountain. Walking on the plank road, you are surrounded by strange peaks and rocks, undulating mountains, deep canyons, and cliffs. There is a solitary peak protruding in the distance, dominating the other peaks. This is Tianzhu Rock. In the deep valley of the peaks on both sides, a strange overpass suddenly appeared, spanning between the two peaks. This bridge has a large arc curved bridge deck, with many changes, showing a dreamy shape. It is called Ruyi Bridge. Compared with the already common ones, Glass sky bridges are even better. At this time, the sun sets in the west, and the gorgeous sunset glow sets off the peaks of the mountains, which is intoxicating.

It is getting darker and darker, and it is impossible to enjoy the scenic spots with various beautiful names. However, after seeing so many magnificent natural beauties, the so-called scenic spots in the scenic area can no longer be seen. The most beautiful scenery is still on the dangerous journey. We ran all the way down the mountain in the dark night, and we didn't arrive at the south gate of the scenic spot until 8 o'clock in the evening. After walking for more than 3 kilometers, we returned to Shisandu by the Yongan River where we camped. Baidaoyan, Fanzhanyan, Octagonal Golden Pan, and Shenxianju were completed in one day. The whole journey was 19 kilometers, with a cumulative elevation of 2,100 meters. It was an absolute self-inflicted route.
