The last travel note was very difficult to write.

This travelogue is relatively short~

Today we are leaving Jingxi City and heading to Pingguo City

On the way, we went for a walk at the Tongtian Underground River Scenic Area.

Tongtian Underground River is also a cave scenic spot

Walk into the cave to visit, and then take a boat out of the cave from the underground river

The scenic spot does not require high physical strength

But after all, it’s a cave, so you’ll inevitably have to climb some mountains.

But overall, today is relatively easy.

It was too dark in the cave, so it was inconvenient to take pictures of Beibei.

So today there are more landscape photos

Okay, as usual, let’s start with the video

Then let’s start today’s travel diary!

DAY16 04.19 Jingxi→Tongtian Underground River→Pingguo

Still a gloomy day

Today’s attraction is a cave anyway.

It doesn’t matter if it rains or not~

The floors in our hotel are weird

Our room is on the 8th floor, which is the highest floor. It looks very high.

But in fact it’s only the 5th floor…

I don’t know why Mao has to jump off the 6th and 7th floors too.

The lobby is also pretty good.

In this small city where a house price of 3,000 is still discounted

This hotel is pretty good

Today's breakfast

I don’t remember what this is.

It's very tough and sticky...my cheeks are sore from chewing it.

After breakfast, we packed our luggage and set off

It is 277km from Jingxi to Tongtian Underground River Scenic Area

Including rest time, it took nearly 4 hours in total

Snail noodles have begun to appear in the service area...

After getting off the expressway, there is still 87km of road to go.

I read reviews before saying that this mountain road is not easy to walk.

I'm still a little worried. In fact, although the journey is a bit longer,

But the road conditions are very good along the way, with two lanes in both directions.

There aren’t many mountain roads either, and it’s much easier to drive than Tongling Mountain in Wenzhou!

Support rural revitalization

I didn’t expect that a gas station could elevate its slogan to such a high level!

This place is full of anti-drug slogans...

It feels like it used to be a place where drug sales and drug taking were very popular...

Encountered a traffic light on the road

My dad was so excited that he shouted out

It’s been a long time since I saw a traffic light. Do you miss me very much?

I saw the sign of the scenic spot~

The road you turn in is a little narrow.

Fortunately, this journey is not very long.

When we arrived, it was a quarter past one in the afternoon

We were the only car in the parking lot of the scenic spot...

Although I know this is a relatively niche attraction

But there are too few people there, right?

As always, mom went down to ask if she could take the puppy with her.

We're getting ready in the car

There are no other scenic spots for tourists, so of course we allow small dogs to enter.

I just ran into some trouble when picking up the tickets.

They can't find the tickets unless they were bought on Ctrip.

I was asked to return it online, and they sold it to me on the spot at a discounted price.

No wonder this scenic spot has sold a total of 100+ tickets on Ctrip...

It’s just that refunds on Ctrip are not immediately and automatically refunded.

The merchant will need to review it, or the check will be automatically refunded if there is no response after 24 hours.

Fortunately, the refund was successful after 24 hours and there was no rejection.

There are many oil-paper umbrellas hanging at the entrance of the scenic spot, which are quite beautiful~

Introduction to scenic area

It's already 2pm now, and I've already eaten my breakfast.

I originally wanted to find something to eat near the scenic spot.

It turns out that in such a deserted scenic spot, it would be nice if the door is open.

Are there any decent restaurants nearby?

Fortunately, there is a canteen in the scenic area, and one person bought a bowl of instant noodles to eat.

The little girl selling tickets at the front desk opened the door to the canteen for us.

Beibei was bored waiting for us to eat

Although there are not many tourists, this scenic spot is quite formal.

Various rescue telephone numbers are clearly written

After we finished eating the instant noodles, something magical happened again

The little girl at the front desk who sells tickets has turned into a tour guide

Taking us and several tourists who came in later to visit the attractions…

Ah =0= This is really a multi-tasking job.

The tour guide said that she was originally a commentator

The conductor asked for leave today because she had something to do, so she stepped in

I didn’t expect that this attraction would be equipped with a tour guide to explain, nice

But this also means that what I thought before

If you don’t want the dog to come in, I’ll just put it in my bag and sneak in.

It's impossible to execute

To officially start visiting the scenic spot, we need to climb some mountains first.

Not very high, not too strenuous

The trees on both sides are so special, I thought they grew naturally

The tour guide said that he has been molded since he was a child...Okay~

After 5 minutes, we climbed to the entrance of the cave.

Hmm...the rocks at the entrance are quite scary.

like tumors

The scenic spots in Guangxi were actually developed by Fujian companies~

I was looking around and was startled by the tree face in the forest.

The tour guide said that it was an abandoned toilet

Well, it’s still man-made=. =

The entrance to the cave was locked, so the tour guide took out the key and opened the door.

After we entered, she locked the door from the inside...

So she said that there are usually many tourists in this scenic spot.

I highly doubt it!

How can we bring so many tourists here in waves?

Tongtian underground river

Tongtian Underground River Scenic Area is located in Liming Township, Pingguo County, Baise City, Guangxi. It is a national AAAA-level scenic spot. It is an underground wonder composed of magical underground rivers, magnificent caves and the hidden Buluotuo statue. It is known as the "Magical Underground River of the Earth" .

The scenic tour route is about 3 kilometers in total and the tour time is about 1.5 hours. The wonders of land and water are integrated and complement each other, deep and mysterious, dream-like, and so beautiful! The underground river hides wonders such as "Nine-Nine Cave Heaven", "Magical Dragon Spine", "Gold and Silver Twin Towers", "Heaven and Earth".

This cave is quite large and is divided into three levels.

The tour guide listened very carefully when he introduced it.

Looking back now, I can only remember this sentence

Although we still cannot avoid the common problem of colorful cave scenic spots in China,

But I think the lighting here is quite beautiful~

Not long after entering the cave, you will be greeted by the Phoenix

Can you see this phoenix?

On the left is the phoenix head, on the right is the phoenix tail

Under the illumination of the light, the originally ordinary stalactites

It looks dreamy and mysterious~

Strange stalactites

Nature is so amazing

The cave is very large and the floors are very high.

The tour guide is a local and there is a sense of pride when introducing the cave.

But she also felt it was a pity, saying that when the scenic spot was developed,

The damage to the entire cave was actually quite large.

At that time, there was no awareness of protecting scenic spots.

This cave is still under development.

In the future, not only can you go out by boat, but you can also walk out of the cave.

Some stalactites have shiny particles on them

The tour guide said that when this cave was first developed,

Most stones have these shiny substances on them

It's a pity that many of them are gone now...

There doesn’t seem to be much to introduce about the cave scenic area.

It mainly depends on your imagination.

It doesn't make any sense to just press your head and say what this is.

It feels like coral, so beautiful

There is a small pool here, so the stalagmite next to it

Nature becomes the incarnation of a dragon

But I don’t remember the specific name of this attraction...

After the scenic area was developed, small stalagmites grew

It's been so long in just a few decades

It is said that the growth rate is 6mm or 0.6mm per year

Millennium Turtle~

The tour guide said that you can touch the big turtle here, which is a blessing.

So after I finished touching it, I asked Beibei to touch it too, and feel blessed.

ps. The tour guide told Beibei to take a photo here after he said it was ok to touch.

Do not let your dog step on stalactites without clear instructions.

Fish leaping over the dragon gate

To be honest, I really didn't see it

Did you find anything weird in this photo?

It’s okay if you didn’t find it, we’ll talk about it later!

Zhuang nationality singing

Zhuang Song, folk literature in Pingguo County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is one of the national intangible cultural heritages.

The Zhuang loud song has a history of 2,000 years of inheritance. The Zhuang loud song is named after the "嘹-嘹-嘹" as a backing line in every line of the song. It is a kind of song that is spread among ordinary people in Baise City, Guangxi. Ancient folk songs from the Youjiang River Basin and surrounding areas centered in Guoxian County. It mainly reflects the Zhuang people's labor, production, life, love, marriage, history and other aspects. Zhuang singing contains the unique folk culture of the Zhuang people and is the crystallization of the wisdom, culture and folk customs of the Zhuang people.

On June 7, 2008, the Zhuang Song was approved by the State Council of the People's Republic of China to be included in the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage list, project number I-82.

The tour guide said she can't sing loud songs, but I don't know if that's true.

Still too shy to sing~

But she said that when we take the boat later, she will play singing songs

Well, don’t tell me, I think the Zhuang people’s singing is really nice.

There is a video at the beginning. Children who are interested can listen to it.

But.. Singing is just singing...

Why are there a bunch of dolls here...

In the dark cave, I suddenly saw a group of dolls

Suddenly I felt a chill on my back

Upright!

There are no stalactites illuminated by colorful lights

It feels like it has lost its mysterious color

Finally reached the bottom of the cave

This is the underground river that connects the world

We will follow this river out of the cave later.

By the way, this is also one of the revolutionary and traditional red education bases.

The Wei Baqun troops of the Seventh Red Army were encircled and suppressed by the enemy at Tongtian River in Liming.

After 36 days of perseverance, he survived the desperate situation

It is said that you can catch fish and drink water from this river to sustain your life.

Many of the stalactites here are sparkling and beautiful.

The top here is said to be connected to the outside world.

Walking underneath, you can feel the gentle breeze blowing

Beige, who has the task of lifting a hill!

The river is very calm, perfect reflection

But the water looks quite dirty.

The tour guide said that the water here is usually clear.

It has been raining recently, so the water is turbid

emmm, I am skeptical

High energy warning ahead!

If you have trypophobia, please cross it quickly! !

I forgot how I discovered a large group of bats above my head🦇

Maybe I heard a sound

After all, this cave is still very high.

The two photos below were taken with telephoto

Speaking for myself, I can’t even see clearly what is on the top of the cave with my naked eyes~

A dense swarm of bats…

Although bats should be quite common in caves, right?

But such a big group still gave me goosebumps.

Coupled with the ferocious stalactites on the side, it feels even more terrifying.

There are so many bats, what if they poop?

Just thinking about it makes me feel very unhappy = =

It is said that there were many stalagmites growing here.

But later they were secretly poached by local villagers and sold for money.

So now the scenic spots have locks installed at the entrances.

This section was filled with fog for no apparent reason.

Why is there fog in the cave?

The stalactite among them looks like a sitting scholar~

There is a small bamboo basket beside it

Holding my chin with my hand, I'm thinking.

This is the statue of "Buluotuo"

"Bulotuo" is a strong word

In Chinese, it means the leader of the mountains or the old man who knows everything.

Buluotuo is a mythical character in the oral literature of the Zhuang ancestors.

He is the creator god, moral god and ancestor god

Wow, what a great image!

The tour guide said that Buluotuo is their god

In words, very awe

elephant foot

Go right at the pier and come to a blue world

This is also our last journey on land.

After that, we have to go back the way we came and take a boat out of the cave.

The blue cave suddenly feels mysterious and quiet.

There are many caves in Guangxi

However, the tour guide said that this cave is considered a large cave in Guangxi.

The scenic spot is also being upgraded and constructed

In the future, those who don’t want to take a boat can just walk out of the cave.

Like a small boat embedded in the mountain...

Passed through the blue planet

Back to the glittering world again

This is a corn stick that has been mostly eaten by mice.

Wow, this is too vivid!

Combined with the weird lighting, it feels a bit scary...

Next to the corn is the ladder to heaven

bling

If it were all gold, I would be rich~

This is a millennium terraced field, quite impressive.

Finally, this scenic spot is not big and can be visited in 10 minutes.

Return to the original route and take a boat out of the cave

It’s a cave, so you have to walk up and down.

But overall it's quite relaxing

While the main force is still behind,

Let Beibei go and take some photos of her alone📸

Then Beibei got too happy

I ran directly towards the direction of entering the cave...

I won't listen to you even if I shout here at the pier, and I won't be able to catch up if I chase you.

The cave is so winding and the light is so dim

Coyotito disappeared in a flash

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Such a well-behaved puppy at home

Why does Mao talk to himself all kinds of things when he comes out?

In the end, it seems that Brother Bei took action and captured Beibei.

No, the boat we are going to take is such a primitive boat.

Shaking, hand-made rowing

When boarding the boat, the tour guide and the boatman held the boat together

But I still can't avoid a tilt, it's scary

Especially when I was carrying a camera and holding Beibei...

Sit on the boat and shake your body

The whole ship will shake

Very unreliable kick

So I don’t recommend big dogs to come here...

Maybe when the dog gets excited, the boat will capsize.

It is said that the water depth here is 5 to 60 meters!

The elephant’s foot I just saw

When I first got on the boat, I barely dared to move.

I'm afraid that the boat will capsize accidentally

After paddling out for a while, I finally gradually relaxed

I dare to lean back and take some photos of Beibei.

The boatman rowed while playing loud songs

Melodious singing mixed with the refreshing sound of paddling

I feel completely comfortable...

It's really dark inside the cave, with no natural light at all

It's pitch black where there's no light, you can't see anything

Not to mention the five fingers, the little Beibei sitting on my body is so white that I can’t even see it.

So rowing here is also a technical job~

Not only do I have to endure staying in this dark cave all day long,

You also have to accurately identify directions in the dark and avoid rocks in the water.

Passing by this place said to be connected to the outside world

Sure enough, there was a cool breeze blowing

But I can't tell clearly. It's the wind caused by the rowing of the boat.

Or is it the wind blowing from the cave above your head?

This light hits...

There seem to be two red people in the distance. It’s really weird.

Thinking about it now, what if this boatman had evil intentions?

Capsized the boat in this hole….

Ah, I can’t even think about it, it’s so scary

Green light forest!

This is the thousand-year-old Ganoderma lucidum~

This is also a good image

The black image is not like a witch with independent characteristics

It’s a very dark road again…

The tour guide sat at the bow and we sat at the stern

The boatman was playing music at the stern of the boat, and we basically couldn’t hear what the tour guide was saying.

So, you can only appreciate it with your own eyes~

I have no idea what the tour guide is referring to.

In about 25 minutes, we docked

The tour guide said that we could have taken a boat directly out of the cave.

However, due to continuous heavy rains, the water level has risen

The waterway ahead is impassable, so we have to walk out of the cave.

When we got off the boat, the tour guide also held the sides and supported the boat.

But every time a person steps off, the boat will shake several times.

It’s so scary!

After getting off the boat, we walked out of the cave in 5 minutes.

The tour guide said there are 4 cave entrances in total.

He also pointed them out to us and told us which floor we were on.

Actually, I have no idea where it is...

I don't have a good sense of direction.

There is no direction at all in the cave...

No, the boat could have dug a hole out from here.

But now the water level is too high and I can’t get out.

The ticket to the scenic spot is 95 yuan, which includes attractions + explanations + boat tickets

I think it’s quite a bargain~

Finally coming out of the cave! See the light of day again!

Give Beibei some red education

Okay, our little Beibei has joined the party!

After exiting the cave, we descended the mountain and returned to this land full of windmills.

So you know, the old aunt is going to start taking pictures again...

When walking back to the parking lot

There are still only two cars in the huge parking lot

It's so bleak

But when it comes to traveling with dogs, I like this kind of niche attraction!

It was still quite wet in the cave, and Beibei’s little paws were all wet.

I held her in my arms while riding on the boat, so my pants were inevitably soiled.

Brother Bei took a photo of me with a look of disgust on his face.

Hum, if I had known, I would have let him hold Beibei!

It was already 4:30 when we left the scenic spot.

Not counting the time to eat instant noodles

We spent 2 hours in this scenic spot

We have no other arrangements today. We drove to Pingguo to check in.

I passed several places drying boards on the road.

I don’t know what it is used for.

There is also a distance of 92km from the scenic spot to Pingguo City.

Because there is no highway, it took a full hour and 45 minutes to drive.

But now a highway is being built nearby

It will be much more convenient in the future

We arrived at the hotel where we stayed today at about 6:30

Dogs are not allowed in this hotel, but Pingguo is a small place

There aren’t many hotels with decent accommodations that allow dogs.

I chose to sneak into Little Beibei, and I cannot wrong myself.

Take turns to go in and scan your face to check in

There are a lot of insect corpses on the center net of the big tank...

We didn’t even enter the room after checking in.

I drove directly to eat.

I struggled for a long time when choosing a hotel.

I feel like there's nothing delicious here...

The most popular ones are all kinds of snail noodle shops = =I don’t want to eat them…

Finally, I chose a Chaoshan beef hotpot.

There are many copycat fried chicken restaurants on the road

The number one review for this beef hotpot restaurant!

When I first saw it, I really wanted to spit out a mouthful of water.

It cost more than 400 for 8 people, and it’s still expensive! !

Usually in Shanghai, Brother Bei and I both have to eat 400.

The environment of this store is average, but we are allowed to bring our puppy

We even got a big private room~

The beef tastes very good and very fresh!

Sure enough, when you don’t know what to eat, you can never go wrong with hot pot!

The four of us who are such good eaters ate a total of 390 yuan.

I think it’s quite cheap~

This beef with onion and ginger is not delicious

There’s actually celery in it!

The smell of celery is quite strong...

All other dishes are delicious

Including this tender beef brisket that I have never eaten in Shanghai

Hot pot makes it fresh, tender and delicious😋

My favorite chest piece

After giving Beibei dinner, I moved a chair for her

My little friend is very well-behaved and never begs for food.

We always sleep by ourselves while we eat

So I feel no pressure when communicating with the shop owner.

We are just little darlings~

After eating and drinking, drive back to the hotel

This is the Vienna hotel we stayed in today

I called to confirm, and it was true that dogs were not allowed...
So I had no choice but to smuggle in Little Beibao.

There are many parking spaces on the ground and an underground garage.

As for the room, I booked a business suite.

This is probably the largest room type they have here.

The room is big, it’s more spacious to live in~comfortable~

The price is very cheap, 489 for two rooms

There's a carpet, so I don't have to carry a yoga mat.

There are no disadvantages except not being able to bring dogs!

Mom and Dad's room is directly below ours

There's probably only one suite on one floor here

There is also a massage chair in their living room!

Much better than our equipment...

After settling my luggage, I went down to enjoy it for a while, hahaha

The corridor is pretty nice too

The facilities of this Vienna hotel are among the ones I have stayed in in Vienna

The newest and cleanest one

The elevator is also old-fashioned

I went downstairs for a massage, and Beibei and Brother Bei stared at each other.

Ahhhhh! How can Xiaobao be so cute~~

Who could bear to be looked at by her like this? !

After the massage, I went back to the room to wash up and sleep.

There is a train passing behind the hotel and it is a little noisy at night.

Okay, that’s it for today’s travelogue.

Tomorrow we will finally reach Guilin, the last stop of our Guangxi tour!

This is also a place I am looking forward to on this trip.

I hope it won’t rain again and let’s have good weather…

Just Jiang Zi, see you in the next travelogue~
