Without a good strategy, the two of them lost control and actually ordered 6 dishes. The last three sets were almost untouched, which made me cry.
This is my first time to taste Hunan cuisine. It’s really... so spicy that I almost cried after eating it. But luckily, my spicy food has improved and I actually finished a whole plate of coriander stir-fry by myself. Beef, I admire myself. By the end of the meal, there was only a little bit of tea left, and I didn't dare to drink it all at once, so I could only sip it one bite at a time. A must come if you can eat spicy food! Very cool! If you can't eat it, or if you can only eat a little bit, don't come here hahaha. Three dishes are enough for two people, don’t be crazy like us, it’s a shameful waste! Ha ha ha ha

That day at Yuelu Mountain was really painful for us forever. The two of them walked to Hunan University at noon and were already dizzy from the heat and didn't want to eat anything.
I ordered a cup of Shengsheng Oolong (Help, Shengsheng Oolong is delicious too! Cha Yanyuese really made the tea base perfect!!), ordered a chicken cutlet set meal at McDonald’s, and also bought a serving of jelly ( 10 yuan/portion, the snacks on the snack street leading to Yuelu Mountain from Hunan University are basically 10 yuan/portion) Two people who have no appetite can share the food.

After returning from Longping Museum, I checked in Silom Coffee. Because it had the "Changsha" logo on it, it became an internet celebrity coffee. The store is not big. After buying coffee, I had lunch with the authentic Guilin braised noodles. It is said that this braised noodle shop is very famous, with long queues for meals. According to my observation, this is indeed the case.

I had some snacks at Huda today and tried Changsha stinky tofu (10/portion. I think any stinky tofu is delicious!!! I don’t know what this store is called. We bought it because there were so many people. Unfortunately this time I didn’t eat the classic black stinky tofu in Changsha! ! Either I didn’t have the appetite or there were too many people! ! (portions), sugar-oil cake is also a special snack in Changsha. It tastes the same as the caramel base of the square buns sold for one yuan and four when I was a kid! ! ! Learning from the experience of eating Yideng on the first day, we both went to restaurants to eat and only ordered two dishes.
We ordered the signature copper pot potato chicken (88/portion) and crab roe braised tofu (28/portion) at Mishan Yunnan Cuisine.
The tableware and chopsticks in the restaurant looked a little unclean, the serving speed was a bit slow, and the waiters' attitude was not very good. We tried to call them several times, but one of them always answered on the go and would not stop to listen to you. Are you so busy...?
The first dish was braised tofu with crab roe. The crab roe was visible, and there was also tofu, but it was too bland, so I don’t recommend ordering it.
The copper pot potato chicken was served very slowly, but this one was really delicious and plentiful! One portion is enough for three people. Anyway, the two of us didn’t finish it, so we ate two-thirds of it until we burst our stomachs. It was not wasted~
gardenia
In the evening, I had a more casual meal. I drank a cup of mung bean smoothie at Suofen Street (this seems to be a specialty of Changsha? Because it can be found everywhere! I also had a cup of mung bean smoothie at Juzizhou, hahaha, but the store I bought this time was not good. It was frozen into ice, and I seriously doubted that it was filled with water! ), I randomly went into a rice roll restaurant and ordered a lean meat rice roll ($10/portion). Unlucky for both of us, the set meal we both wanted was not available that day! Just outrageous. So I changed to boiled dumplings. The dumplings were a bit over-steamed, too soft, and tasted average. But the chicken feet in this store are outstanding (20/portion, about 12 pieces)! ! ! I also went to Tiantianshang! It's soft and tasty, and the meat separates with just a sip. The chicken feet are really delicious! I originally wanted to order another portion, but I thought it would be better to take it easy and save some space. Most of the people who come here to buy are old customers and are familiar with the proprietress. This is the old address and the proprietress has opened a larger store elsewhere.
The lady boss later came out and introduced us to two drinks enthusiastically. She spoke in Changsha dialect, which we really couldn’t understand! ! ! She probably thought we were locals (awkward yet polite smile)~
The ones I want to complain about are the taste of first love (3/cup) and Lingpandela (5/cup). At that time, I thought the name was very interesting and wanted to try it to see what it tasted like. The result was boiled water and cola in disguise. I just searched Meituan, and everyone who ordered it was complaining hahahahaha. I just wish I hadn’t checked out Meituan earlier!
There is a Cha Yan Yue Se next to the chicken feet shop. I ordered a cup of Sanji Chong, which also had cream and pecans on it. I couldn’t help it. In addition to the tea base, Cha Yan Yue Se also had excellent cream and pecans! ! !
Juanjuan Restaurant
We went to Juanjuan Restaurant in the evening. It was dinner time when we went there and there were so many people! ! ! The environment is also very average. The store is neither big nor small. It is on the second floor. Downstairs is the front desk of a hotel. We waited for more than twenty minutes before we were called. This time I ordered a sizzling goose meat (RMB 58/portion) and a sauce-flavored pork ribs (RMB 58/portion). I originally wanted to order the glutinous rice pearl meatballs, but they were sold out, which was sad.
The portions of both dishes were very generous. The waiter originally recommended a tofu soup, but I thought about it and decided not to order it because I was going to order a drink. Really delicious! No wonder so many people come to eat it, especially the sauce-flavored pork ribs. I didn’t plan to order it at first, because looking at the picture, the bones are too big to chew. But since the meatballs were gone, the waiter also recommended this, so I tried it. Although the bones were really big, it was very tasty and the sauce was rich. The secret goose meat is slightly spicy, but compared to Yi Lan Deng, it can basically be ignored. I also ordered two glasses of Changsha’s special (?) orange juice (I forgot). After finishing the meal, I suddenly remembered that I wanted to have tea at Sushan. I checked that only a few stores had it, so I navigated to the Tuwu Garden Party store (the one co-branded with Three and a Half). As soon as we entered, the clerk asked us where we were coming. Those who drink milk tea or eat ice cream. It's a pity that we went too late! The clerk said that Sushan was sold out and he had to come over in the morning to eat. I am sad! The most worthwhile thing is probably the beautiful appearance of the tea. I checked online and it was founded in 2013 (Gu Ming is two years older than it!). In just 8 years, it has become a household name. In addition to its good taste, service It's really important too. Just want to say, it's worth it! ! !
Interjection: The day before I left, I checked to see if there was any Cha Yan Yue Se at Changshan South Station, and I planned to take a cup with me, but I was so busy at the hotel, not to mention buying Cha Yan Yue Se, that I almost couldn’t catch the train (running all the way to check out the spots) boarding). A few days after returning home, I learned that someone diagnosed had bought milk tea at Cha Yan Yuese. I don’t know if it was luck or misfortune...
