From Mingshi Tianyuan to Pingxiang Youyiguan, you can take the straight-line G358 national highway and connect to the S319 provincial highway, or you can take the S60 Hena Expressway and go around Chongqing and turn left onto the G7211 Expressway. Both roads take 2 and a half hours.

Choose a highway. The national highways in Guangxi are narrow and have many cars and low speed limits. However, the highways have fewer cars and less scenery, although the distance is 60 kilometers longer.

Passing by the World Cultural Heritage - Ningming Huashan Rock Paintings, it is now forbidden to view the paintings on land to protect the rock paintings. It takes 2 hours to take a round trip by boat, and you can view the paintings for 20 seconds on the boat, so I didn't go there.

The original planned itinerary was from Youyiguan to Dongxing Guomen, staying in Dongxing City. After this small episode, I felt that the Guomen Scenic Area was uneasy, so I changed the navigation and went to the No. 1 Boundary Monument first.

From Nanyou Expressway to Chongzuo, turn left and go eastbound on Hena Expressway.

On a one-way four-lane highway, large trucks frequently enter the second lane, which is a bit uncomfortable.

After a short distance, turn to G7511 Qindong Expressway.

There are two lanes again, there are fewer cars, the scenery is beautiful, and the sky is getting bluer and bluer as we approach the seaside.

Get off the expressway and take the coastal highway, and enter the scenic spot after 6 kilometers.

This is the starting point of China’s 22,000-kilometer mainland border and the end point of China’s 18,000-kilometer coastline.

Staying at the nearby Manhattan Hotel, you can see the sea from the corner of the room.

Opposite the hotel is a food stall. You can also walk a few hundred meters to Wanwei Farmers Market to purchase and process seafood for yourself. It is very convenient to eat seafood.

Shrimps, crabs, snails and water spinach are enough to satisfy your appetite and the price is reasonable.
