1｜Origin

To be honest, the names of some places are very picturesque.

For example, Fenglingdu in Shanxi,

And Yunmengze in Hubei,

As soon as I heard it, I couldn’t help but think of it,

A down-and-out literati from the Warring States Period, a man with lofty ideals who fled the country, and the tragic song of the Chu Land.

Tieling Lotus Pond Shuigouzi in the northeast has metal, wood, water, fire and earth.

As soon as I heard it, I thought it was very Northeastern.

And in northwest China,

An inconspicuous place

It seems that the whole screen is filled with such picturesque names.

They are called Gulang, Zhangye, Yumen, Pingliang, and Tianshui.

It's called Dunhuang.

2｜Planning of a route

3｜Zhangye Danxia Geopark

Huo Qubing, a famous general in the Western Han Dynasty, drove the Xiongnu out of Mobei.

Standing at the top of the city,

Huo Qubing, a young, promising and high-spirited man, suddenly opened his arms and felt that all the great things were under his armpits.

So he was named Zhangye.

Zhangye Danxia landform was formed 6 million years ago.

In April 2002, a person met a local man by chance and said one more thing,

Go to the mountains and see the colorful mountains.

4｜The most powerful pass in the world: Jiayu Pass

After passing Zhangye,

I am here for a positioning, which is "Jiuquan".

My feeling for Jiuquan,

It originated from the launch of the Dongfanghong-1 artificial earth satellite in 1970.

The launch site of this satellite——Jiuquan,

Then he became famous all over the world.

Then take a look at Jiayuguan Pass (also known as the most majestic pass in the world).

The westernmost pass of the Ming Great Wall,

A transportation fortress on the ancient "Silk Road".

Outside the pass is the endless Gobi Desert.

"Far above the Yellow River, among the white clouds, there is an isolated city called Wanren Mountain."

It was only when we arrived at Jiuquan that we finally saw such a scene.

5｜Tears in the Sky: Mingsha Mountain + Crescent Moon Spring

Mingsha Mountain Crescent Spring is a mature scenic spot.

Come early in the morning,

Take a beach jeep to the depths of Mingsha Mountain and watch the desert sunrise. .

In fact, every time I travel, I don’t come here to have fun.

Just came to take pictures.

Wear sand jackets to climb to the top and see the Crescent Moon Spring in the distance.

The soft sand feels like stepping on cotton piles,

So soft that I can’t exert my strength,

One foot was deep and the other was shallow, and I was panting from exhaustion.

Finally sit down and rest at 90% height .

6｜Thousands of years are like a blink of an eye: Mogao Grottoes

Photography is only allowed outside the Mogao Grottoes.
