A few days ago, many friends asked me about the itinerary for traveling around Hainan Province. Of course, everyone has their own needs and the routes are different. In fact, traveling itself is a very happy thing. Don’t think of the itinerary as so important. The journey is happiness. Of course, it would be better if it was arranged properly. So how to grasp this point? First you have to ask yourself:
1. What is your purpose? Is it to visit tourist attractions, to accompany family or friends, or to lie down and eat?
2. Do you care more about time? content? Control? free? This is rather metaphysical, but actually it has something to do with a person’s personality. Some need to stay in a good hotel, some need to have a controllable budget, some need to buy something, and those with babies must be thinking about what their babies can play with. Therefore, in the same place, the choices of things to do, live and eat are definitely not consistent.
Please also note that please leave sufficient variation for all point-to-point itineraries. The so-called variation means that if the flight is delayed or an accident occurs, whether the itinerary can continue will have a big impact on the overall situation.
Okay, that’s it for the digression.
In Lingshui, I actually went to quite a few places, and I was still torn between whether to go to a place with a field-like feel like Chiang Mai or to go diving in a waterfall. But in the end, I didn’t make the trip because I was lazy and because it was far away. We may have entered a period of fatigue during travel, and the homogeneous itinerary no longer attracts our interests so much.
But what impressed me the most was the seafood. Yes, making your own seafood dinner is awesome! In fact, I didn’t do it myself. The guy at the B&B was very enthusiastic and taught me step by step. But later I couldn’t stand it anymore, so I did it myself. Hee hee, I'm really sorry. He also gave us the small wine glasses on display, which was such a kind person.
At this point, I know that the way to spit out sand from mango snails is to drop some oil in a basin of water. When the snails can't breathe, they will naturally open their mouths and spit out sand. I also know that the treatment of flower crabs is not what I imagined when I close my eyes and do everything. It can be stir-fried in half; I also learned that this abalone cannot be steamed directly. It needs to be picked off and the stomach and other things need to be removed. In order to taste, it needs to be cut into cross-shaped fine lines. It cannot be eaten raw with condiments on it. . Well, there were a lot of jokes. Chef Xiao Ke not only knows how to cook, but his knife skills are also extremely good. Not only is he good at cooking, he can't stand us chopping carelessly. So, in the end, he was the chef for the whole process, and I held a cell phone to record everything. Perfect!
Speaking of cheap seafood, it is really cheap. A seafood dinner costs a total of 280 yuan. Palm-sized abalone costs five yuan each. It feels so good to think about it.
There are natural flaws in every beauty. But after having a good seafood meal, I have no complaints. I stayed in a penthouse suite with ocean view on a high floor for the first night, but the washing machine didn't work. I moved to the villa area on the second night, but the power went out that night. power cut! ! I woke up from four to five in the morning, while my friends next to me were fast asleep. I really couldn't sleep, so I went to Lingshui Lighthouse to watch the sunrise alone.
Well, it was blocked by the sun and there was no sunrise.
A beach alone, a bit lonely.
Thinking about the seafood dinner, I couldn't bear it.
After returning to the B&B, my brother treated me to a hearty breakfast, and I was exhausted.
The B&B boy also introduced us to delicious Qingbu Liang and sour powder. Hainan's Qingbu Liang is really healthy, solid and delicious, it's genuine coconut water.
Boundary Island is a very famous scenic spot near Lingshui. If you are here, go. On the way there, there was a highway exit coming out of the tunnel, and I missed it accidentally. As a result, we drove to Wanning Sun Moon Lake. Then come back. As a result, I saw a scenic spot on the navigation map called Tongling Fairy Pool Waterfall. Look, it's not that far away. Why don't you go around in a circle?

You can also swim along the stream.

I checked later and found that we had not reached the real waterfall. We still have to go forward, but this is an uninhabited scenic spot after all. We went into the water and played for a while before leaving.
Network map, you can also jump into the pool to play. However, water resistance is not good, so don’t try it casually if you are not familiar with the terrain.

After exiting the small water pool, you will reach Boundary Island. To be honest, I am very disappointed with this internet celebrity attraction. Ticket prices for Hainan tourist attractions are still a bit expensive, but if it’s worth the price, it doesn’t really matter. The reality is far from my imagination of having a large stretch of beautiful beach where I can lie down and have a drink at the water bar. There are basically zero beautiful beaches that can be played on. The island has a very strong commercial atmosphere, with restaurants connected to restaurants, and there are many photo spots for Internet celebrities. After walking around for a short time, I have to turn around and go home. Of course, the weather was too hot and we didn’t climb to the higher reaches of the island, so the experience may be different. It is recommended that if you really want to play, you can book accommodation on the island. Although the price is a bit more expensive, the experience is definitely different from that of tourists. After all, one is the host and the other is the guest.

The fruits in Lingshui are also very good, after all, they are not as cheap as those in Wanning. After having two large seafood meals in Lingshui, we set off for Sanya.

For our itinerary, Sanya is all about eating and sleeping, ordering takeout when we wake up, continuing to sleep, and watching movies at the B&B. In the evening, I took the time to go downstairs to watch the sunset, and then continued to eat and lie down. I really like Lanzhou Ramen at the entrance of the community.

Originally, this travelogue should have ended here. It took three hours to drive back to Haikou and get on the plane the next day. But it was also "good luck". My friend who was supposed to return from Haikou on Saturday told me that her flight was canceled and postponed to Sunday. I also teased her about whether she wanted to fly back to Shanghai with us. As a result, at 11 o'clock on Saturday night, I also received a text message from the airline to cancel the flight. It was a moment of confusion. Forget it, we'll settle for what we have come. God wants us to go for a walk in Haikou, so we have to do it.
