I got up early this morning from the parking lot of Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone and arrived at Tianya Haijiao Scenic Area before 7:00. I entered the scenic spot as soon as it opened at 7:30 and ran directly to the two big rocks of "Tianya and Haijiao". The purpose of rushing so early is to get a private spot before the large number of tourists arrive, so that you can take pictures leisurely and slowly.
When we walked to the seaside, the morning light began to appear. The "Sun and Moon Stone" facing the Tianya Landscape Avenue was still waiting for the first ray of sunshine from the east. We didn't stop, we just took two photos in the morning light while walking.

When I came to the "Tianya" Stone and the "Haijiao" Stone, the two big stones were the same as when I came here 19 years ago, and they had not changed at all. Every day, so many people come towards them, isn’t it just two stones? "The ends of the earth and the ends of the earth" make people think of extremely distant places. The distance may be desolate, but there is poetry and fantasy; the distance may be empty, but there is the call of the blue sky and the sea; the distance is out of reach, but it makes people have a strong feeling for it. Feelings. Therefore, you don’t have to go to other places in Sanya, but you must go to “Tianya Haijiao”. Year after year, day after day, the tide ebbs and flows, the waves erase the footprints on the beach every day, "Tianya" is still "Tianya", "Cape" is still "Cape". Just like the couple Tianya Stone and Haijiao Stone in the beautiful legend, they will protect your love to the end of the world, to the corners of the sea, and forever.

After staying near the two rocks of "Tianya and Haijiao" for about an hour, tourists came one after another, and our reservation was over. Leaving here, we walked slowly back on the waves rushing up to the beach. About 300 meters to the east, a conical boulder about 7 meters high stands on the water's edge. This is the "Southern Pillar" on the back of the fourth set of RMB 2 notes.

In addition to the famous big rocks in this scenic spot, the small rocks are also attractive. The row of small round stones by the water reminds me of the Moeraki Boulders in New Zealand (see "Journey to the Pure Land (2) - Traveling South along the East Coast").

In addition to the rocks scattered along the coast, the vast sky, azure water, golden sand, waves, and lush coconut trees are all pleasing to the eye. Bathing in the soft sunshine, stepping on the soft yellow sand, breathing the fresh air, white waves jumping on the rolled up yellow sand, and waves washing over the insteps one after another, it is extremely comfortable.

On the sea, yachts shuttle. Under the coconut trees, the mother plays with her children in the sand by the water. The furnishings on the shore are quite sentimental. The sun is shining and the years are quiet.

Returning to the landscape avenue, the sun and moon stones in the sea have been covered with bright sunshine. The landscape avenue is decorated with various sculptures, artworks, coconut trees and flowers, which are vibrant and colorful.

Before the scorching sun arrived at noon, we left the Tianya Haijiao Scenic Area. Looking back, I walked through the gate of the scenic spot to the Sun and Moon Stone in the sea. It's just that: the sun and the moon remain unchanged like stones, and love is everlasting across the world.
