Day2 Big fall into the water - Lige
big fall into water
The alarm clock that worked on time woke us up from our deep sleep. We rubbed our eyes and stretched ourselves, and looked at the surrounding environment. After being confused for a few seconds, we realized that we were already in Daluoshui Village on the shores of Lugu Lake. Open the window, the humid air blows into your face, overlooking the misty Lugu Lake and Dianwa'e Island lying quietly in the lake, and feel the unique tranquility that only belongs to Dashui Village in the morning. Because the B&B we booked for one night included breakfast, we went to the canteen of the B&B to have breakfast after washing up.
Breakfast is very simple, two small bowls of rice noodles and two boiled eggs. It really doesn’t taste very good, it can only be said to satisfy our hunger, but because we chose a seat by the window, and outside the window is Lugu Lake. , so while looking at the lake, I ate slowly and with great interest for a long time.
After breakfast, we went back to the room to turn on the computer and sit by the window. After completing our studies and work for the day, we dried our wet shoes last night, packed our things, and headed to the next stop - Lige Village.
on the way
Today’s journey is not very long. According to the map, it is only less than 9 kilometers. It is basically walking along Provincial Highway 307. It is not always close to the lake, but you can see the lake most of the time, and the lake is visible along the way. There don't seem to be many ups and downs. I carried a large bag of about 20 liters, which contained about thirty or forty kilograms of things, while Pikajun carried a small bag, which mainly contained her iPad and some clothes. In addition, each of us carried a camera. In general, there are not too many things, and the altitude here is not particularly high, and the air is good enough, so it is relatively relaxing.
Because we originally lived at the end of the village, we can say that we left Dashuishui Village as soon as we set off. The sky was still gloomy, but fortunately there was no sign of rain. Lugu Lake is on the right side of the highway, but the highway is not directly adjacent to the lake. There is a forest in the middle, but you can also see it directly through the woods.
Not far after walking out, several small restaurants and inns appeared in the field of vision, which looked similar to those in Dashui Village. The roadside sign told us that this place is called Xiaoyuba. Because we didn’t go far, we didn’t stop at Xiaoyuba. Keep walking forward, and within a minute, the small fishing dam is already behind you.
The road ahead was a long uphill climb, and Pikajun, who didn't really like going uphill at all times, was naturally not very happy. Fortunately, after going downhill, there is a sandy beach with pretty good scenery, which allows us to take a short rest. There are travelers in twos and threes on the gravel beach, some coming alone, and more traveling in groups. Standing on the gravel beach, you can see the nearby lake rippling with seaweed flowers on the water, the distant peninsula and the eye-catching pavilions on the peninsula. Although the sky is still not clear, the scenery is pleasant enough. The most eye-catching thing is a young man who is playing guitar and singing on the gravel beach. His singing is not very beautiful, but it is enough to suit the occasion. After taking two photos of him, I originally wanted to take a rest here with Pikajun, but she seemed to be in a bad mood and just kept walking forward, so I could only quickly follow her.

The next road was another long uphill climb. Although the scenery along the way was very good, Pikajun's mood became worse and worse. Logically speaking, the eight-kilometer journey is not long, but after all, he is carrying a lot of things. He should have rested two or three times in the middle, but Pikajun had no choice but to think about walking to the destination in one go so that he could rest directly. I couldn't support my stubborn temper and ignored the scenery along the way. I could only feel more and more irritated as I walked.
Finally, after passing a small excavator on the roadside, the restless Pikajun exploded angrily. However, fortunately, I finally stopped. I stopped and sat for a while, and after some coaxing and coaxing from me, I felt a little better. After I answered for the last time how far she was from Rigg, she sorted out her emotions a little and set off again.
Soon after setting off again, we arrived at Potou, and the sight in front of us not only made us suddenly enlightened, but also seemed to make Pikajun feel better instantly. Yes, we have arrived at the other end of the peninsula. At this moment, the towering Gemu Goddess Mountain, the Lugu Lake at the foot of the mountain, and the Rige Village on the lakeside are like the same Rige Peninsula that is much smaller than we imagined. A three-dimensional picture scroll appears before our eyes. Although the sky has not cleared up yet, it does not affect the deep sapphire blue of Lugu Lake. In my mind, the last time I saw such a blue lake was Yamdrok Yongcuo.
On the next road, it is obvious how far it is from Lige Village. After passing a fork in the road and turning a few small turns, we arrived at Lige Village smoothly.
Rigg Village
Although Lige Village is also small, it is so small that it is amazing. As the face of Lugu Lake, it is obviously well developed. After taking a short rest at the entrance of the village, we were tired and hungry and decided to go to the inn to rest for a while.
After walking through the gravel beach by the lake and passing through a grassland, we turned into an alley in the middle of the village. After passing several inns, we successfully found the place to stay - Lugu Lake Suimengyuan Inn. Relatively speaking, the location of this inn is not very good. It is not facing the street or the lake, but it is backed by a valley, but it is clean enough. Because the inn is being renovated, if you don’t look carefully at the entrance, you may even ignore it. From the door, you won’t even think that this is an inn, but there is a cave behind the door. We walked carefully through the construction area and arrived at the registration area at the front desk.
Judging from the accent, the owner of the inn seems to be a local. There are not many guests in the inn, and it seems that the only one keeping company with the boss is a very simple and honest single dog named Laifu. Although the boss himself did not appear particularly enthusiastic, he was very sincere and made people feel very comfortable. After checking in, the boss personally led us to our room. Our room is located in a wooden two-story building. The decoration is not very exquisite, but rather quaint. There are eight rooms in the whole building, and each room has a room facing the courtyard. balconies, each with a wooden table, a wooden bench and a wooden rocking chair.
Our room was on the second floor, and the boss took us up the wooden ladder on the left side of the small wooden building to the corridor on the second floor. The corridor faces the valley and is very quiet. The boss led us to the door of the room, carefully instructed us how to lock the door and gave us the key before leaving.
Pushing open the wooden door, the furnishings inside the house are very simple, making people feel very comfortable. For Pikajun at this time, other things were not important, only the bed was important. She threw her bag aside carelessly, took off her shoes and collapsed on the bed.
It started to rain lightly outside the window again. It was already past three o'clock in the afternoon, but we hadn't had lunch yet. So, after taking a short rest and simply washing our faces, we decided to go out for food first.
Due to limited funds, according to the original budget, we could only eat one good meal a day, so this meal we could only eat two bowls of noodles to satisfy our hunger, but fortunately the taste was pretty good. After eating, since it was still raining lightly outside, we had no choice but to go back to the inn.
After returning to the inn, we found a small blackboard on the wall next to the front desk of the inn, with some small illustrations and some relevant information about the inn. The content on the blackboard may have been designed by the boss himself, or it may have been done by volunteers from the previous inn. Regarding this, we did not ask the boss too much for confirmation, but Pikajun simply felt that the calligraphy and painting on it could not catch her eye. , so he volunteered to the boss and said that he would redesign it for free. The boss was naturally very happy about this and quickly brought us wet towels and chalk. So, after erasing all the original content on the small blackboard, and after a brief discussion, we quickly determined the design plan. I was responsible for the painting, and Pikajun was responsible for the text, and we were immediately ready to take action. Due to the decoration, there was still not enough light here even during the day, so I had to go back to the room and get a tripod and fill light. After setting up the fill lights, we started our creation one after another.
I drew a panoramic view of Lige Village and Lige Peninsula on the small blackboard, and also drew the future blessing on it. Pikajun neatly wrote lines of beautiful small characters in the appropriate blank spaces. In order to express our gratitude, the boss brought us beer, so while drinking beer, we continued to create.
Before
Half an hour later, looking at the content on the small blackboard that was not very satisfactory to us but definitely much better than before, and listening to the sincere praise from the boss, we couldn't help but feel a little excitement in our hearts. sense of accomplishment.
After
After finishing work, I returned to the room. After taking a short rest, I found that the weather outside seemed to be slowly getting better, and the sun was shining slowly through the gaps between the dark clouds. I came to the yard and tried to fly my small plane while watching the sun gradually fill the whole village. After the test flight was successful, I could no longer contain my excitement and immediately decided to go out for aerial photography. Unfortunately, Pikajun just wanted to sleep because he was too tired, so I could only go to the lake alone first.
The sun is setting in the west, which is the golden time of the day for photography. In order to seize this rare hour or two, I almost jogged all the way to the lake with my camera and a small plane.
At this time, there were already many people on the gravel beach by the lake, but the space left for me was spacious enough. The breeze was gently ruffling the hair of the weeping willows on the lakeside, and the small wooden boats of various colors on the pier were gently swaying up and down on the water. The sunlight gently covered the lake surface, and the lake water glowed with golden-blue light. Not far away, the Rige Peninsula lies quietly in the middle of the lake. On the peninsula, there are two rows of wooden two-story buildings next to each other. The orange wooden houses have blue-gray tiles, and the back of the house is green. The trees and the blue lake in front of the house complement each other and coexist harmoniously.
Lugu Rige
After finding a good camera position and setting up the camera to start shooting time-lapse, I found a relatively open place, unfolded the wings, and controlled my Mavic mini to rise into the air. With the help of God's perspective, the whole picture of Lige Village and Lige Peninsula gradually appeared before my eyes under the setting sun.
Because the downward vision obstacle avoidance and optical flow positioning of a small aircraft will be affected by the reflection of the water surface, I have always been most worried about flying near the water, especially flying over the water. Because it is a WIFI image transmission, the signal of the mini has never been very good. In order to avoid accidents, I try to fly the small plane as high as possible to get a better signal. Fortunately, the weather was very good that afternoon. Even though we were near a lake, the wind was not very strong, so there were no accidents during the flight.
Just as I finished flying one battery and was flying the second one, Pikajun called. She seemed to have woken up, but she did not wake up by herself, but was awakened by an uninvited guest. The voice on the phone sounded very nervous, even with a hint of anger. It turned out to be because I didn't close the balcony door, and a little bee flew into the room, although I don't think these little things usually attack on their own initiative. People, but girls have always been afraid of these little things. When frightened, they may do something to anger the little bees. In addition, for safety reasons before I left, I locked the door of the room and took away the key. As a result, Pikajun could only stay in the room and couldn't get out even if she wanted to. It wouldn't be like her if she didn't get angry. So, after comforting Pikajun, I immediately recalled my small plane that was still in the sky, packed it up in a hurry, and ran to the inn.
Jogging all the way back to the inn, when he opened the door, he saw Pika Jun sitting on the bed and playing with his mobile phone as if nothing had happened. It seemed that the bee had already flown away. It must be because he had a good rest. Although Pikajun was a little frightened, he just complained a few words in a low voice and no longer blamed me. Seeing that she was in a good mood, I quickly told her how nice the weather was outside and how beautiful the scenery was. I also told her that I would teach her to play with a small airplane. After a little preparation, we went out again and came to the lake.
At this time, the sun had already slanted to the edge of the mountain and seemed to be about to fall. The sun cast the last afterglow of the day on the Rige Peninsula not far away. Seizing the last of the daylight, I quickly flew the drone into the air, taking advantage of this last moment to shoot some more material while also letting Pikajun learn this not-so-complicated operation.
I can feel that although Pikajun was very nervous holding the remote control in both hands and almost kept staring at the small plane at first, but because of my guidance, after a careful operation, he gradually felt the feeling of driving. This little toy is a joy and can be used for some simple photography and video recording under my guidance.
As the sun set, visibility dropped rapidly, and the wind began to slowly pick up. More than twenty minutes later, as the third battery ran out of power, the small plane also ended its work for the day. At this time, the inns and small restaurants on the roadside also lit up their lights one after another. Looking up, the clouds and fog on the top of the Goddess Gemu Mountain have not yet dispersed.
Set up a tripod, shoot a time-lapse, and chat with the travel friends from western Sichuan about interesting things about their respective journeys; put big eyes on the camera, set up a fill light, and take advantage of the good night to take some street photos for Pikajun Portrait of a night scene; in the end, seemingly intentionally, but actually unintentionally, I was taken into the store by a restaurant employee soliciting customers on the roadside, and had a delicious farm meal. The night in Lige Village was ordinary and comfortable.
Rigg's night
After dinner, we walked to the lake again.
At this time, the night breeze was slightly cool, and there was no one else except us on the gravel beach by the lake. The lights on the Lige Peninsula not far away are swaying, like a lively cruise ship in the huge Lugu Lake. The lights shine on the lake like an overturned palette. In the sky, the gauze-like clouds and mist were decorated with colors from the lights on the ground. Behind the clouds and mist, a few stars that were not particularly conspicuous shone faintly on the dark blue curtain. Where is the water, holding the wooden boat rising and falling slightly on the lake, where is the wind, carrying the singing in the small bar to the distance, disturbing Lugu, and making the starry night drunk.
