The whole trip to Huizhou will be guided by Mr. Shiqi. Starting from Wuhu, take the "Sichuan-Tibet Line" from the east entrance of the Wannan Sichuan-Tibet line to Huizhou, and then return to Wuhu from the other direction.

Although there was an unhappy episode before departure, it doesn’t matter, nothing can stop me from leaving.

1

Wannan Sichuan-Tibet Line

The "Sichuan-Tibet Line" marketing tool is quite good. It is indeed quite eye-catching to promote this ordinary county road in the name of "Sichuan-Tibet Line". Mr. Shiqi was extremely excited before setting off. He strongly recommended taking this route. After walking, he realized that he might enjoy the thrill of driving on this road more than seeing the scenery.

As for me, I enjoy sitting in the passenger seat listening to music, watching the scenery, and getting out of the car to be a "model" and running around in the mountains

The end of the Sichuan-Tibet Line is the most dangerous winding mountain road. The section that Mr. Shiqi is most looking forward to showing off his driving skills should also be the most scenic section.

As a result, we encountered fog on the mountain as soon as we started going down the mountain. The visibility was only a few meters. Our car was walking like a bicycle, and we finally reached the bottom of the mountain with great difficulty. Except for the fog that looks like a fairyland, there is not a single beautiful blockbuster on the Internet.

After going down the mountain, Mr. Shiqi said, we have experienced life and death together.

Although this Sichuan-Tibet line in southern Anhui is not that amazing, I think the overall planning is okay. Basically, there will be a small attraction every short section. It is very convenient to eat and stay. It is worth a visit, and you can wander around leisurely!

I passed by a boutique B&B that was still being renovated, which was perfect for taking pictures.

The B&B is surrounded by a large area of farmland, where various poultry are raised freely, and there is also an oversized chestnut tree that you can reach out and pick from the top of the building. It would be quite pleasant to stay here for one night. But we can't afford it

Jixi Renli

Renli, an important town on the Huihang Ancient Road, is surrounded by mountains and rivers. It has a profound cultural heritage and has produced many famous people.

It is the hometown of famous figures such as Cheng Ru, Cheng Bingzhao, Cheng Fukai, Cheng Shifan, and Wang Ziye. Although I don’t know these people well, after reading their profiles, it turns out that there are scientists, mathematicians, and literati.

I remember Mr. Shiqi saying that Huizhou old ladies are particularly good at educating children. When I first heard what he said, I always felt something was wrong, but I didn’t know how to refute him...

Nowadays, there are only a few old people left in Renli. When I walked around the whole village, I saw less than ten people, and we were the only tourists.

I met two old people at the entrance of the village and took photos of them after asking for advice. The old lady said that she doesn’t look good now, but she looked good when she was young. I used to dance. She also said that I am over eighty now.

Oh my God, I can’t tell at all. He looks like he’s over sixty years old! This may be that the soil and water support the people.

Yangchan Tulou

You may not imagine that these earth buildings also belong to Hui style architecture.

Yangchan Tulou is located in She County, Anhui Province. It is the largest and best-preserved group of Tulou in Huizhou. It exists deep in the mountains like a paradise.

Due to the closed environment and inconvenient transportation, Yangchan Tulou still retains its relatively intact ancient style.

Walking on the stone road of Yangchan Village and shuttling through the narrow alleys, you really feel like escaping from the hustle and bustle. You will unconsciously slow down and let yourself feel it in its own way.

Although the village is not big and can be visited in one or two hours, it seems to have the magic power of "not letting you leave".

If time permits, we should stay here for a few days, at least to slowly experience the sunrise and sunset of this village.

4

Nanping Village

Nanping, an ancient village with a thousand-year history, is located in Yi, Huangshan City. (yī)County, There are 36 wells and 72 lanes, and the roads in the village are complicated like a maze.

Today's Nanping is famous because many films such as "Ju Dou" and "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" were filmed here, and it is even called the Chinese Film and Television Village.

The Ye family ancestral hall "Xuzhitang" in the village was the filming location for "Ju Dou" directed by Zhang Yimou. It was also the dyeing shop where Ju Dou was burned down at the end of the movie. Several strips of dyed cloth are still hanging in it.

Since I had never watched "Ju Dou" before, I went home to catch up on my "homework" with Mr. Shiqi and relive "the road I have traveled". This feeling was a bit strange.

The first impression of Nanping Village is: quiet!

Compared with the famous Xidi and Hongcun, there are almost no tourists here, and the villages are all quaint aborigines. You can also choose to stay in local villagers’ homes for food and accommodation, which is highly recommended. The food is really delicious!

5

bishan bookstore

Bishan Bookstore is my favorite among the pioneer bookstores I have visited.

Yinruo is located in Bishan Village, Yixian County. It was rebuilt from an ancient Huizhou ancestral hall in the village. The original Huizhou architectural style of the ancestral hall is retained in the architecture. The bookstore is divided into upper and lower floors. There are three bookshelves on the first floor along the wall, with a square patio in the center. The space is open and bright. The view on the second floor is also very wide. Sitting there, you can see the pastoral scenery with Yunmen Tower as the background.

6

Pig Pen Bar Country Inn

The inn is also in Bishan Village, an inn renovated from an old oil factory. Using the old to make it old, the country fields and houses are integrated together, which is both tasteful and rustic.

Even Juliette Binoche and Joe Hisaishi have stayed here.

The inn has only a dozen rooms, but 80% of it is public space.

The old house with wooden structure is very textured and has a simple and simple aesthetic. The decoration style is nostalgic, integrating with the old house. The decorative paintings and photography in the inn are quite humanistic. The yard is full of flowers and plants, and there is a persimmon tree in the atrium, which is full of trees in autumn. The persimmons are yellow and orange, and the ripe ones are scattered randomly in the courtyard. Flowers can be seen everywhere in the inn. It’s so nice to find a corner in the spacious public area to chat or read a book!

"Ask me why I want to live in the green mountains, I smile but don't answer and feel at ease"

At the end of our trip to Huizhou, I like Bishan the most. It is really worth going there again and again. Wandering aimlessly on the bluestone road or inadvertently stepping into the fields, there are no cries of small merchants and no The sound of tourists playing, this is the Anhuinangu villageidyllic life that is truly worthy of being remembered.
