What comes next

Will mention the fare budget, famous attractions in Kansai, my eight-day itinerary, etc.

Related aspects

fare budget

I mentioned "Google Maps" in the first guide before. It played a very important role in our transportation budget!

Domestic use requires circumventing the wall, so a VPN is required.

Tips: (The above picture is taken as an example)

▶Enter your location, destination and select transportation method;

▶In the right column, you can see the fare amount and travel time;

▶Calculate the budget for transportation expenses based on the amount;

▶Trains in different time periods may have different prices, including express, regular, direct, etc...

schedule

Post the original planning picture↓↓

This is the itinerary we planned in July . It took about two hours , using a lot of apps, and looking for a lot of guides... We had a full schedule every day, But plans can never keep up with changes!

DAY 1

We spent the entire 23rd on the plane, changed planes once, and finally arrived in Japan at night.

▲The night scene taken from the plane (taken with a tablet, but the picture is a bit ugly)

We changed our mobile phone cards on the plane and had to fill out an entry form at the airport. Fortunately, the Japanese guy at the airport spoke English better, otherwise...

After getting off the plane, I recharged my transportation card and took the Nanhai Line to my residence. The route is very complicated. Everyone must know the transfer and route in advance. (refer to Google Maps for details)

▲Transportation card recharge receipt (yes, we recharged 10,000 yen)

When we arrived at the residence, there were only stairs in the whole building, and the stairs were very steep. My suitcase was extremely heavy. When I saw the stairs like that, I was heartbroken, but I had no choice but to go up to the third floor.

It was a small room. I actually forgot about the Japanese night... but I didn't suffer from insomnia.

DAY 2

Went to the famous shopping spots in Osaka——Namba and Shinsaibashi

(Mainly just shopping and eating)

▲Shinsaibashi

Transportation method - JR subway line, but in Japan you don’t have to go through security check when taking the subway, which is cool!

▲JR line

I believe that when everyone searches for Osaka, many people will recommend Namba and Shinsaibashi. But as I said before, if you want to go shopping in Kyoto, it is recommended that you do it in Kyoto. We also spent a lot of time shopping that day, and the biggest gain was going to MUJI to buy (it’s much cheaper than in China, I’m crying).

In the evening we went to another famous attraction in Osaka - Umeda Sky Building

▲Umeda Sky Building

It's really far from the subway station. We walked for a long, long, long time... I remember the ticket was about 100 yuan RMB? (You can go to Baidu to search)

The sunset is really beautiful, so I really recommend that you go there in the evening and find a good spot.

A set of beautiful night scene pictures for everyone~

DAY 3

Rush to your accommodation in Kyoto

Dear friends, it’s really hot in summer in Japan. In order to avoid getting upset and irritated, I suggest you prepare a thoughtful hand-held fan and a summer cooling device .

It was a long ride and my luggage was very heavy. However, I met a very considerate Japanese guy in the subway station who helped me carry my luggage down two floors because there was no elevator. He saw me looking for the elevator and offered to lift it for me. I was so touched! ! I regret not handing him an apple! (Yes, I actually brought eight apples from China to Japan )

When I arrived in Kyoto, I was really tired, and I searched for it for a long time. The navigation was sometimes difficult to use. But this is normal when traveling, so everyone kept calm, and finally found it, and the house in Kyoto was really great! Share it with you!

We went shopping in the evening. It was actually a temporary decision because we struggled for a long time and were really tired from traveling. Let me say one more thing about buying cosmeceuticals: It’s important to shop around! I bought a bunch of them, and I’m in a good mood to tell you where to stay, chirp~

DAY 4

Go to Uji

Everyone is familiar with Uji Matcha. We went there just to pull weeds, but to be honest, there was nothing interesting about it. I think it’s a very simple town, and it’s famous for matcha. (Personal opinion, for reference only)

Uji scenery

I originally wanted to go to Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, but because it was too hot, I went directly back to my residence from Uji, and then went shopping in the mall. (Oh, woman...)

DAY 5

Go to Nara and see deer! !

After getting out of the subway, we took a picture of a photo album like this. We originally wanted to take a set of real photo albums in Japan, but... we couldn't find one.

This is a set of unprepared photos

▲Beautiful me, thank you

About the deer: It stinks, that was my first impression. When I went to the habitat of deer, it was really smelly, but their eyelashes are really long. I will show you a set of photos of the deer and the photos of the deer and me. ( Just sit in a place and rest, and it will come and lick you. It’s so scary.)

We didn’t buy biscuits to feed the deer, we just wanted to see them, mainly because we were afraid of being chased by the deer. Anyway, it’s worth a visit! Don't miss it!

DAY 6

We actually went to Osaka again

originally! As you can see from the plan above, we were going to many scenic spots, but in the end we didn’t expect to go to Osaka again. (This is the freedom of independent travel) I felt it was too hot at the time and didn’t want to go to the scenic spots. I really regret it now. Then we went to buy watches hahaha. Being obsessed with watches, I bought two very cheap Casios.

DAY 7

I was planning to go to Kobe

But we are out of cash! We were afraid that we didn't have enough money in the transportation card, so we ended up staying at our hotel all day (regret). Diss Bank of China here.

DAY 8

Is it still cute on the way home?

Back home, the flight was delayed. For various reasons, I will never fly Air China again.

The sea

Beijing Airport

You may think that our eight days have been boring? ? But actually we are still very happy because we feel the Japanese customs and customs, which is really great! Very high quality, very orderly, very loving...I really miss the time when I travel.

To be honest, if I didn’t write a guide, I would have almost forgotten what I experienced in Japan. The memory of the old lady born in the 90s is really showing a red light.

[Some of my own travel thoughts]

Early planning is very important. Air tickets, accommodation, and itinerary are all indispensable preparations. Everyone should have a normal mind when traveling. Sometimes you will be irritated when you can't find the way. It's okay, just try to take a look around.

Regarding language, again, don’t worry too much . After all, Japan is an Asian country, where Chinese characters are widely used and there are many Chinese people. If you can speak some English, you'll be fine.

When you live in a foreign country, everyone will be worried about many problems, but since you have decided to leave, don't be afraid. Be prepared in advance and travel happily.

Before going to Japan, I didn’t have much experience with Japan, and I rarely watched Japanese dramas or comics before. I just don’t want to go to Korea anymore. Japan’s preservation of traditional culture happens to be very attractive to me. After going to Japan, I really fell in love with this country. I have to give it a thumbs up just from the quality of its people.

Finally, I would like to talk about everyone’s prejudice against Japan. Yes, due to some historical reasons, many people's evaluations will be negative, and I often don't want to refute it too much. However, I really feel that the quality gap between us and others is not that small. I hope everyone can treat this country objectively and learn more about the good aspects. History cannot be forgotten, but neither can it be taken advantage of.

Finally, I wish you all the best in your trip to Japan. I hope these tips of mine are useful to you. Thank you~
