Coming back from Mount Takao, I happened to take the JR Chuo Line directly to Shinanomachi Station.
There are also ginkgo trees on the way out to Jingu Gaien!
It’s finally here! There are four rows of ginkgo in Jingu Gaien, with two rows on each side. But looking at the pictures I found on the Internet, the middle should actually turn into a golden ginkgo carpet. I don’t know if it’s because I came in the afternoon, but it was already there. I was trampled to pieces or swept to both sides, and I didn’t see the scene I imagined T T
When I walked in, there were so many people that I started to lose my photography skills orz
Look, there is only yellow powder residue left in the middle T T
This is a common angle in official website promotional pictures, but unfortunately the row on the left is almost gone...
Most of the ginkgo trees have been swept to the edge.
Walking from one end to the other, it was a little disappointing overall. It might be best to come early in the morning when there are fewer people and there is a ginkgo carpet in the middle. It was almost sunset, so I didn’t stop any longer and hurried to the next place.
