Tibet | Lhasa

This year I seem to have received a call from Lhasa, and I must go and see it.

I bought a ticket for 10.1-10.7, and I was a little excited the day before departure. Didn't fall asleep until 2 o'clock in the evening. The next day, I got up at 7 o'clock and took a taxi to the airport.

There is almost no traffic jam on the road, and many people may have started their vacation a day early.

It took more than 4 hours to fly to Lhasa because I have experience going to the plateau.

I feel like I have no problem. After getting off the plane, I just couldn't breathe so smoothly.

I chatted with the Tibetan driver on the way and felt familiar and at home.

There are no trees on the mountains in the distance, they are bare, and you can see the brown bones of the mountains at a glance.

The sky behind is full of floating clouds, and you can see them floating along with the clouds

The changing light and shadow on the mountain

Gonggar Airport is in Shannan, another city in Tibet.

More than 60 kilometers away from Lhasa. When we were about to reach Lhasa city, the Lhasa River meandered out

The scattered trees on the shore have gray trunks.

The leaves are stained by the sun, broken, and swayed in the wind, as if you can hear the rustling sound.

I asked the Tibetan driver that the Lhasa airport is called Gonggar. What does Gonggar mean?

Why does the word "ga" appear everywhere?

He said Ga means white. Gongga is the highest snow mountain.

Can Lhasa see Everest?

He said, then we have to go to Shigatse. Mount Everest is more than 600 kilometers away from Lhasa. It's invisible.

The car drove into the city of Lhasa and passed by the entrance of the Potala Palace.

The red and white Potala Palace stands tall and tall on the roadside.

There was a surge of peaceful emotions in my heart. Finally saw it.

Take random photos.

At that time, I didn’t know that I was not destined to go there during this trip.

On the first day, maybe I had a high fever or maybe I had gastroenteritis.

Huge headache + vomited 7 times. Go to the emergency department of the People's Hospital of the Autonomous Region.

The nurse lady was not so irritable when she spoke.

The doctor measured my blood oxygen level and it was 91, so I felt at ease knowing that I probably wasn't suffering from high blood pressure.

Eighty percent of the time it's gastroenteritis. Eat some porridge and you'll be fine.

When I returned to the hotel around 11 o'clock, I saw that the lights in the Potala Palace had been turned off.

In the night, she looked solemn and majestic, and my eyes followed her.

Until I turned the corner and couldn't see it anymore.

On the 2nd, my friend’s health is still not good.

Accompany her to Xinsheng Affiliated Clinic for infusion. There are many pennants hanging on the wall of the clinic

Praise the doctor for his excellent treatment of high fever.

My friend got better after receiving infusions and oxygen.

In the evening, she went back to rest, and I walked around outside the Potala Palace Square.

Going around far and near. Watching the sunset, the clouds in the sky change from white to red to yellow to gray.

Become the wings of the cloth palace, become the lama's red shawl

Become the fallen leaves by the Lhasa River, and become the color of the beards of old Tibetan men

When it gets dark, the lights of the Potala Palace turn on

The tourists at her feet gradually arrived at the square across the road.

Many people poured water on the ground to take pictures of the reflection

Some people also open videos and talk to relatives far away

Many inland girls wearing Tibetan clothes were taking photos

Someone else jumped up

I put the stand on the ground and took a photo with Bu Gong

Walked around her

I looked at her back and sides

Went to Jokhang Temple on the third day

After eating Tibetan food, enter the Jokhang Temple

There are many people praying, and they gather around them calmly

This place reminds me of the big stupa in Nepal

It's a similar pattern, with people turning around and around.

At that time, whenever I encountered such a scene, I felt so aggrieved that I wanted to cry.

This year I realized that human beings have their own abilities, and all problems are inevitable due to choices.

There are also accidents caused by complex external environments.

I am a person who often chooses to wrong myself and take care of others

This grievance has brought a lot of consumption

In exchange for the benefits of being a "good person"

It even formed my pattern

After recognizing this pattern, I was lost for a while

Later, I finally thought about it and no longer felt that it was a limitation or grievance on my part.

On the contrary, I feel that I have gained a kind of freedom to choose.

it shouldn't be my limit

There are also many tourists on Barkhor Street. After entering the Jokhang Temple, they were deeply fascinated by the murals.

I have always been curious about how the painter mastered the smooth brush strokes to paint the Buddha statues and the soft faces of his disciples.

The eyes are shocking

A pious heart brings concentration, and all the skills fall on the pen

The golden mandala is layered on top of each other, and every detail is exquisite and calm.

I remember all the stories told by the tour guides, so I didn’t ask for a commentary.

I always read the story of a place before setting off

I want to see for myself whether the reality is consistent with the description and whether it gives me new inspiration.

Before leaving the Jokhang Temple, there is a terrace for people to rest.

The sun is so bright that I lean on the chair

Seeing the golden dome is dazzling but not dazzling

Birds stand on the golden roof, they take off and land spontaneously

Or hovering among the golden domes

Tourists come and disperse like passing clouds in the sky

Meet them and say goodbye quickly

The setting sun shines into the cloister

Outside Jokhang Temple, sutra turners chanted in low voices

In the Jokhang Temple, at this moment, everything is quiet

In the evening, have dinner at Magpie Pavilion

I met a small market and someone played and sang a Mayday song.

Unavoidable to sing along

The owner of Wuxi Jewelry Shop was very interesting. He turned on the flashlight on his mobile phone and showed it to me.

It doesn’t matter if you don’t buy it, the service must be in place

Because what they are happiest about is meeting people who like these things

I have always wanted to buy a ring with a white conch engraved on it. I found it here and bought it.

The conch I knocked on by hand was a bit clumsy, and the ring was an ordinary ring like an old silver ring.

But it just fascinates me

I also fell in love with small skull earrings

The boss said, do you have pierced ears?

I tucked my hair behind my ears and said, I have four pierced ears, who do I look down on?

Only one earring left

The boss said that the other one was sold to a little brother, who said he would sell this one to a pretty girl.

No matter if it’s a story or not,

I really like earrings

Prayer flags are hung in the sky at Xiquege Restaurant, dancing in the wind

I ordered a plate of Tibetan steamed buns, but the noodles were undercooked.

But still ate it all

I went to take Tibetan photos on the fourth day

Wear the simplest and most Tibetan clothes

A makeup artist painted a sunburn that many people thought was real

The car drove to the paradise grassland on the other side

After seeing the useless exhibition "Land" in 2016, I really wanted to be a Tibetan.

The photographer climbed up with me, and I was already so tired that I couldn’t breathe.

After taking a rest, I took a lot of photos against the broken wall, prayer flags, trees and cows.

Lhasa city can be seen in the distance

In the valley, the Potala Palace is particularly conspicuous among the buildings.

She is so beautiful. I bought a ticket for the morning of the 5th. I just want to take a look at her.

Now I just want to lie down and watch Lhasa quietly

After taking the photos, my friend felt high and we went to the clinic again

Later the doctor judged that she was suffering from vertigo.

As a last resort, we changed the ticket to the 5th and we returned.

In the documentary "Gongga", someone once said

"

In the process of climbing, you will discover many advantages and disadvantages that you could not find before.

Like I know that I may not necessarily get to the top in this process, but I enjoy the process.

When we return to real life, whether it is this kind of perseverance or this kind of pretentiousness,

This kind of choice and giving up when encountering difficulties

And from the first time you came to climb a snow mountain

when you make up your mind

The courage to face the unknown

in later life

will be of great help to you

Mountain climbing is just a carrier

"

The year before coming to Lhasa

I've been through a lot

I found that I never said goodbye to my independence

Therefore, I regard this trip as an independent

Can independently identify current patterns

Choose now to say goodbye to this pattern or to coexist

On the morning of the 5th, when I set off, I only slept for more than 3 hours

It's still dark, so there are very few cars at this time.

Going to the airport without passing through the Potala Palace

This time, I had no chance to meet her

I haven't yet figured out how to say goodbye or coexist with this regret

Approaching the airport

The sunlight at sunrise shines through between the two mountains

pouring on the river

Starting from a distance, small turns turn into big ones

Gentle but not harsh, it falls in my eyes, I want to keep it in my heart

Remember the sunrise at this moment

Remember the trees on the shore when you came

Remember Lhasa is so beautiful in this season

I really like the Tibetan photos the photographer took for me.

I want to come again

Take a look at the lake in Namtso and encounter green velvet and glaciers.

The rare Namjagbarwa

Skull Wall at Talong Temple

The peach blossoms blooming in Linzhi

Medog in Lotus Holy Land
