Departing from Chengdu, the 3-day self-driving tour route in Western Sichuan, large and small tourist attractions, is also a route I often travel.

Day1: Chengdu-Tianquan-(eat Tianquan Pepper Chicken)-Kangding-Honghaizi-Yuzixi (if Yuzixi is closed, go to Stingcuo)-Xinduqiao
🏠For accommodation, we recommend Tanggute, Songjian Xingyue, etc., and in the evening, we recommend Xiaozhi beef offal soup pot (it’s late at night and almost all are sold out)
Day2: Xinduqiao-Jiagenba (buy supplies in supermarket)-Shangchiji West Village-Lenggacuo Pass-Xinduqiao
🏠You can continue to stay in the hotel for the first night in Xinduqiao. It is recommended to eat delicious stir-fries at a Western Sichuan restaurant in the evening.
Day3: Xindu Bridge - Tagong Grassland - Moshi Park - Muya Temple (prayer wheel. Manidui) - Balang Mountain - Chengdu

🌟Kangding Honghaizi🌟
When the weather is good and the sun shines, this is a perfect place. You can take pictures of Namtso, Tibet. You must go close to the lake and use telephoto to zoom in. If the weather is good, you can see the snow-capped mountains opposite. If you encounter it on the first day If the weather is bad, you can return on the third day and try again.
🌟Airport Road, Snow Mountain🌟
There is a road here, close to the airport. You can see the Gongga Snow Mountain in the distance through the road. Plus there are colored solid lines on the road, which gives you another flavor when taking photos. We call it Rainbow Avenue.
🌟Yuzixi, Stingcuo🌟
These two places are one of the highlights of this trip. They are one of the best places to watch the sunset. The advantage is that you don’t need to hike, you can just drive there. When the weather is good, you can wait a few hours after sunset and the sky will be filled with Starry sky, sitting on the roof of the car and watching the starry sky is so romantic (cold)
🌟Lenggacuo, Gongga Snow Mountain🌟
The destination of this trip is Lenggacuo, one of the best places to watch the Gongga Snow Mountains. Watch the sunset and the reflection of the snow mountains here. Most of my works were shot here.

Moshi Park, an exotic planet on the grassland, is an excellent place to take photos. Whether it’s raining, snowing, or sunny, you can still take beautiful photos here, but one thing you need to pay attention to is sun protection.

1/No matter what month you visit, it’s still very cold here at night, so a jacket is essential.
2/Based on experience, most people will have headaches and vomiting when they come to Western Sichuan, so headache-relieving drugs need to be prepared in advance. Oxygen bottles are sold near hotels.
