About "Northern Train"

travel notes

mohe

The famous landmark I learned in a geography textbook more than ten years ago is the northernmost point of China, filled with ice, snow, and aurora, full of mystery.

This summer, I saw the "Ultra North Train" operated by the Harbin Railway Bureau. I was so excited that I finally made the trip, completing my long-standing dream trip to the North.

The North-Seeking Dream Journey of the "Ultra-North Train" - Harbin, Hulunbuir, Daxinganling, and Mohe Grand Circle Tour (1)

Last time we talked about Hulunbuir Prairie, Huhnuoer Lake in the sky, Zhalainuoer Mammoth Park, and Manzhouli Matryoshka Hotel

This time we continue our journey to Heishantou Horse Farm, the most beautiful wetland in Asia, the Ergun River Wetland, the Aoluguya Reindeer Tribe, and the Lengjigen River in China.

There are too many surprises. Please sit tight and hold on tight.

In the morning, reluctant to leave the Matryoshka Hotel, we took the bus and started our journey from the Hulunbuir Prairie to the vast Greater Khingan Mountains.

The car was driving on the most beautiful border road, along the national border, and the small Russian village on the other side of the pasture was clearly visible. It is said that some people will receive welcome text messages from the fighting nations.

This year the rain has been relatively abundant. Usually the grassland has turned yellow this season, but this year it is still green. Occasionally, I see a few rolled grass rolls, which are the winter rations for cattle and sheep.

An important stop in the itinerary is Montenegro. I wonder if this is the place where "I leave the Yellow River at dawn and arrive at Montenegro at dusk" in "Mulan Ci".

Heishantou is not a mountain, but a small town famous for its horses. It is said that there is the best and most professional horse farm in Hulunbuir here. They are military horses. They have been trained and are relatively safe.

But here, the horses are horse-riding, and each person runs by himself. There is a horseman who leads the team and is responsible for the order of the team. One is to walk around the hills, a round trip of 40 minutes, and the other is to cross on horseback to the source of the Ergun River, a round trip of one and a half hours.

In fact, I was a little scared ...but the child was very determined to ride a horse, so she put on protective gear and asked her father to accompany her. Because she was still too young, in order to ensure safety, she had to let the horseman take her riding. After learning that she could not ride a horse with her father, the little friend was still timid for a while, struggled for a long time and finally plucked up the courage to get on the horse.

I watched the horse team set off, and found that the two men were secretly nervous with expressionless faces. Looking at the horse's buttocks getting further away, I felt infinite emotion in my heart.

I climbed up the hillside to watch them. The horse team started to run after walking for a while. In the last 50 meters of the return journey, the horsemen were simply beating the horses and galloping. I don’t know how the two of them felt.

The little friend who got off the horse felt much relieved and excitedly told me about the process on the road. I believe that she had this brave experience and gained a unique life experience.

At noon, the team ate roasted whole lamb. The skin was charred, the meat was tender, plump and oily, and it lived up to its reputation.

In the afternoon, we went to Ergun National Wetland Park, which is known as "Asia's No. 1 Wetland and Asia's Most Beautiful Wetland".

The Ergun River is the mother river of the Mongolian people and the hometown of Genghis Khan. This wetland is home to countless birds and wild animals, as well as beautiful and quiet birch forests.

The five-year-old sugar-coated child has amazing physical strength. He walked independently through the jungle plank road and climbed all the way to the top of the mountain. When he reached the first viewing platform, he started to sigh "Wow~wow~wow~".

A broad picture slowly unfolds before your eyes. The unique transition zone between forest and grassland makes people marvel at the magical power and natural beauty of nature.

Looking up between the sky and the earth, the colors are of suitable shades, vegetation naturally coexists, and the wetlands are full of vitality.

Climbing further up is the second viewing platform "Damei Wetland", where the vast wetland meadow shows a dreamy color. Further up there is the "Magnificent Mountains and Rivers" viewing platform, but the children were tired, so they admired the scenery for a while before starting to go down the mountain.

There is an advertising slogan for the Ergun Wetland: "Watch the wind and water and listen to the echoes of the ancient times." From a planner's perspective, although it is poetic, it lacks soul.

When you come here, climb up and see the scene in front of you, you will immediately feel speechless. Just stand here quietly and blow the wind, and let this feeling stay in your memory for a long time. It is precisely "there is something in this" The true meaning has been forgotten in trying to distinguish it.”

The next stop is the long-awaited "Aolugu Ya Shilu Tribe"

The Ewenki, the oldest and most mysterious ethnic group deep in the Greater Khingan Mountains, are known as the last hunting tribe in China. They have made a living by hunting and raising reindeer for generations, using birch bark to make daily necessities, and have their own traditional and simple lifestyle.

Reindeer, Santa Claus’s mount, and cute animals from fairy tales appear in front of you, and there are a large group of them. It’s so dreamy.

However, they also fight whenever they disagree...

We walked into the depths of the forest and carried a basket of moss (10 yuan can buy a full basket, which is really a simple folk custom)

The reindeer immediately surrounded them enthusiastically. While feeding the deer, you can also touch it gently. The fur is very soft, but it is said that you should never touch the antlers.

There is a white deer king lying at the highest point. Its coat color and antlers are the most beautiful. I heard that it has been filmed in a TV series.

In the forest at dusk, wisps of white smoke are emitted from the fire pot that is lit to repel mosquitoes. There is a faint fragrance of burning pine branches in the dense smoke. A group of reindeer are either standing or lying leisurely. A little girl in red is squatting next to a reindeer. , carrying a small rattan basket, gently feeding it moss - what a fairy tale like scene.

I also saw the legendary Silly Roe Deer, which brought me a sense of joy.

Stay at the Mukoleng Special Wooden House Hotel in Genhe for the night

Genhe is known as "China's Cold Pole". Its lowest temperature is minus 58 degrees which makes people shiver. At the end of August, it was only 11 degrees in the morning...

The heating comes on September 1st every year, and it has been put into trial operation on August 27th... I took a taxi to eat in the evening, the warm air was blowing in the taxi, and there was a thick layer of breath on the glass... It's really a vast world, full of wonders .

The famous Northeastern dishes of Lao Qingsong Claypot Ju - pork belly and cabbage with vermicelli, sauced bones, claypot tofu balls, pickled cabbage buns, are so delicious. It’s a total of 100 yuan, and I really can’t finish it even if I risk my life...

The second stop of the Far North Train ended perfectly

In just one day, I gained a rich and unique interesting experience

Especially after going through
