Langmusi is a small town. A stream named " Bailongjiang " divides it into two, half belonging to Gansu and half to Sichuan. There is a Tibetan Buddhist temple on each side of the town, but there is a mosque in the middle. Two religions and cultures coexist in this small place, so I became interested in this place.

My original plan was to go to Langmusi after leaving Ruoergai, and then go to Xiahe in southern Gansu from Langmusi. However, on the third day in Ruoergai, Miss Wei arranged a half-day tour of Langmusi for us. During this half-day tour, I didn’t cover anything about Langmusi that I knew about. When we arrived at our destination, we were already in front of the entrance to the Langmusi Grand Canyon.

The weather was gloomy at this time and it looked like it would rain at any time, but if we were lucky, it might never rain and it would be suitable for hiking. We didn’t prepare rain gear because we couldn’t assume it would rain that day when we wanted to cross the Grand Canyon. What we needed more than rain gear was luck. In this way, with awe of nature, we paid the ticket and walked into the canyon. However, probably because it might rain, there was no one else in the canyon except the four of us.

Judging from the height of the rocks on both sides, this should be a small"Grand Canyon", which does not give people that dangerous and oppressive feeling. The stream named " Bailongjiang " runs through the entire valley. The water changes speed with its width, but even in the most rapid places, we can wade through it. I looked at the road under my feet that became more crowded when there were more people walking on it, and finally realized that I was not here for adventure, but for sightseeing. Naturally, I fit in well with my status as a tourist, because I was the only one wearing a pair of Crocs, which were very convenient when wading in the water. Every time I had reached the other side, I looked back and saw that my partner was still taking off his shoes. .

When Miss Wei found rubbish in the grass, she took out a plastic bag from her pocket, bent down and picked the rubbish in. Then she took out another and handed it to Wei Ran. The moment I took out the plastic bag, I felt a subtle change in the atmosphere. The plastic bag was probably not a plastic bag, but a red scarf.

Obviously, this is not the first time that Miss Wei has done this. She is a girl who loves the environment, and such actions are very powerful. No matter how many years later, I will still think of the scene: the four of us were divided into two groups and spent the entrance fee to bend down and pick up trash in the Grand Canyon. And be proud of it.

Before this, I, like many people, believed that personal power was limited or even useless. We just picked up a few bags of garbage, but we could not pick up all the garbage in the world. But from this experience, I think Miss Wei did not just pick up the garbage in front of her, at least she infected me. Later, in many places, especially in the wild, whether I was alone or with friends, whenever I saw garbage that was difficult to be digested naturally, I could not help but pick it up.

When I was bending down to pick up garbage in Langmusi, I never thought that one summer in the future, when I was camping in a wild mountain in Xishuangbanna, I would also put forward suggestions for picking up garbage with my companions as a leader. . Some people will respond positively, and some people will be forced to respond. In short, when we left, we picked up several bags of garbage that would probably take tens of thousands of years to naturally digest. At those times, I would tell everyone that I was influenced by a girl.

You see, Miss Wei did not just pick up the garbage in front of her, because the things I picked up were also attributed to her. I think if the environment in our country has improved a little bit in recent years, Miss Wei will probably have a share of the credit.

When garbage is distributed in nature, it doesn't seem like a lot when it is scattered sparsely, but once it is gathered together, it is quite shocking to the senses. Those colorful plastic packages make our plastic bags bulge. Every time we pick up a bag, we tie it up and put it on the roadside, and then take it out when we return. We walked and picked up all the way, and Miss Wei's plastic bags were quickly used up.

It’s easy to figure out the psychology of people who litter, because there are no trash cans in the Grand Canyon and they have nothing to do. In other words, I have become accustomed to throwing it away. Anyway, the world will not be destroyed, and people will not be fined or imprisoned because of it. Garbage is just for throwing away! What's more, others will lose it too.

There are also several mini grasslands in the Langmusi Grand Canyon. To be precise, they can only be regarded as lawns. The lawns are surrounded by rocky hillsides. Ms. Wei said that when the weather is fine, there will be herdsmen grazing here. The animal dung all over the ground proved Miss Wei's words. I squatted on the ground and stared at a pile of cow dung, imagining the scenery of cattle and sheep everywhere. It was really fascinating. At that time, I really yearned for the herds. Every time when the car was driving on the grassland road and I saw a herd outside the window, I would stare at it and be reluctant to take my eyes away. Maybe it’s because I don’t see too many of them when I live in the city, but I just really like seeing these groups of animals lounging in nature.

Three hours after entering the canyon, Wei Ran lay down on a smooth rock and said he couldn't walk anymore. If we want to complete the journey, it will take about six or seven hours, which means that the return journey will take the same time. Wei Ran may have thought of this, and suddenly his confidence collapsed and he fell to the ground. He found an intriguing reason for his abandonment: " I should have brought a bottle of Red Bull. "

It has to be said that Wei Ran made the right decision due to a combination of circumstances. When we spent another three hours picking up plastic bags full of garbage and returning to the entrance of the canyon, a heavy rain immediately poured down. down. We met a few other tourists on the way back, and with any luck they should now be taking shelter in the dark caves in the canyon. Because the surrounding area of the canyon is very empty, except for a few caves inside and the entrance of the scenic area service center where we are now, there is no place to take shelter from the rain. If it had rained three minutes earlier, with this amount of rain, it would have been difficult for us not to get soaked. I attribute this kind of luck to the blessings brought by picking up garbage, but looking at those bags of colorful garbage, I also came up with a more realistic idea. If every two bags of garbage picked up can free the entrance fee...The Grand Canyon may be much cleaner.

On the grasslands in summer, heavy rains come and go at will and will not affect the itinerary. When the gloomy sky gradually lights up, I know that the dark clouds have been blown away by the wind. Just like the sprinkler truck on the street, as long as there is water on the ground, the task is completed. By the time we arrived at Huahu, the heavy rain had already stopped.

Every lake is a pearl on the grassland, and Huahu Lake is probably the most exquisite one on this grassland. Huahu is famous for flower viewing, but it is a pity that we missed the flowering period. This is the time when the flowers here are at their cleanest. No problem, anyway, it was my first time to go there, or even the first time I heard about this place, so I didn’t have much illusions about it. As a result, I thought this lake was unexpectedly beautiful.

At that time, the clouds on the lake were thick and dense, with distinct layers and different shades. The sunlight was trying to squeeze out from between the clouds, creating a beautiful scene. This scene is reflected on the lake. The lake surface is not smooth because the lake is full of dead flower stalks, so it only reflects the color of the sky, but has no shape. It is like the sky is a painting made by God. And the lake is God’s palette.

Let’s talk about those flower stalks that have lost their flowers. If you zoom in and look at them one by one, there is nothing to see. But at this time, they are scattered in the lake. I only think of them as water plants, and for a long time I really I thought it was a waterweed. In my opinion, these slightly withered aquatic plants add a wild nature to the lake. They are thorns in the lake and should not be approached.

There are often waterbirds passing by on the Flower Lake, and I will always keep that vivid picture.

Finally, I have to mention the dinner of the day.

After the trip to Huahu, my aunt took us to eat roast mutton. I think I should have finished with "The mutton on the grassland is so delicious! " , but that day was Tuesday. I have a rule for myself: no meat every Tuesday. So, we all sat on a table in a restaurant. There was a big grill on the table, and there was delicious lamb on the grill, and I could only watch everyone eat. My aunt was very sorry about this, and everyone advised me to postpone my meat-free day for a day, but I was stubborn and refused to eat it, so my aunt had to order a vegetable for me alone.

I was also very embarrassed in this situation, but the rules could not be broken, so I said: " If I postpone the day of not eating meat, the meaning of observing the precepts will be lost. I can't eat meat anymore. When I eat, I eat meat in large quantities, but I pretend to keep the precepts on days when there is no meat. Moreover, now that I can hold back from eating, it actually makes me feel more satisfied than eating without restraint. This kind of spiritual satisfaction It’s rare.

Auntie nodded, seemingly understanding what I meant. However, Wei Ran and Liu Ao didn't take it seriously at all. They ate the meat piece after piece, slurping their mouths, praising how authentic and delicious the meat was, saying that I was about to miss the most delicious meal of the trip.

I ate the vegetables and said unconvinced: " When you think it is a pity, it just proves that I am satisfied. "

When the last few pieces of meat were left, the aunt asked gently: " Are you almost done? Can you pack these if you still have them? " Wei Ran and Liu Ao stopped using their chopsticks. , nodded and said he was full. Then the aunt roasted the meat, put it into a packing box, handed the packing box to me and said: " You can always try it tomorrow, although it is delicious hot. "

I took the packing box and was very touched.

Back at his residence, Wei Ran said: " Such good mutton, we can eat another plate! "

Liu Ao nodded in agreement.

When I woke up the next day, I ate the overnight mutton for breakfast. I always felt that the mutton I ate should be more delicious than what they ate.
