This time it is still a self-driving tour. To go to the north, of course it’s better to drive by yourself . Pay attention to details when renting a car. I have already written about it in my previous travel notes, so I emphasize it again~

• For long distances, try to choose a car with good off-road performance. Firstly, it is safe and secure. Secondly, if your hands are itchy and you want to have a little wild life, you can still drive out to save yourself~

   

• Be sure to rent a car in advance! Rent a car in advance! Rent a car in advance! Say important things three times! During the peak travel period, there are fewer cars and more people, and prices are higher. You can make sure it is done in advance, as long as two weeks in advance.

   

• Pay attention to whether the rented car has limited kilometers and whether it is restricted from traveling out of Beijing. It is recommended to contact the car owner directly through the contact information provided by the platform. If the car rental time is longer, these can be discussed with the car owner privately. Another point, if you are planning to drive to Tibet or other places with extreme weather and poor road conditions, be sure to explain it to the car owner, who will perform maintenance and replacement equipment in advance.
  

   

• It is recommended to rent a car for one day longer than the actual travel time, because many times you return to Beijing in the middle of the night and there is no time to return the car.

• deposit. There are two types, one is the car rental deposit, and the other is the violation deposit. There are no major scratches after returning the car. The rental deposit will basically be refunded within two days of returning the car. The violation deposit will not be refunded until a violation occurs one month later.

Our time planning will be relatively compact, because we are used to self-driving, and we are used to the intensity, so we will not be particularly tired. This depends on your own situation, safety comes first, be careful not to drive while fatigued .

As long as we go on a self-driving trip during the holidays, we usually choose to leave the city around 5:30 in the morning. Because of the amount of people in Beijing, if we start late, we will definitely not be able to get out of the city, which will waste time.

Driving all the way from Beijing, the field of view becomes wider and wider visible to the naked eye. When we reach the boundary of the Xilingol League, we can see acres and acres of large grasslands everywhere.

The pastures stretch for miles and are filled with cattle and sheep. The view is wide and you can see the skyline at a glance, which is very beautiful.

On the grassland, there are giant grass rolls rolled up by machines, which are very distinctive. Some are withered hay, and some are still fresh green grass. The green grass should be reserve feed for cattle and sheep.

On the first day, we stayed in Dongwuzhumuqin Banner Town. There were very few people in the town and it was very quiet and cold. I am used to seeing the bustling crowds in Beijing, but suddenly seeing such a quiet town is really a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel we stayed in was found temporarily, which was very convenient because there were few people and it was easy to book. 180RMB a night, called Jixiangyuan Hotel, has simple facilities, but don’t ask for too much.

It was the first time for Wang Dake to go out, which was very strange. She slept under the seat during the day, but at night she was very energetic and howled in the bathroom for half the night. I thought she was not used to it and was a little frightened, so I went to the bathroom several times to see her, but in the end, nothing happened, hey, it was just fun! I'm so angry that I can't do it.

The next step is to eat. We found a local specialty restaurant: Sheng Huo Meng Dinner. The more popular Inner Mongolia specialties are: hot pot milk tea and meat on hand.

When we arrived at the foot of Aershan, we found a B&B nearby. By now, the season has turned into winter. The Aershan in this season is very cold and overcast, very much like the town of Forks where Edward lives in the Twilight Saga. It is cold and humid with no sunshine all year round.

In the Aershan Forest Park, you cannot use air conditioning or burn coal for heating, so the heating equipment in the B&B is an electric radiator. If you want to stay near Aershan, remember to say hello to the boss in advance and turn on the radiator in advance. Preheat the room, otherwise it will be very cold when sleeping, so cold that Cindy will hide under the quilt and will not be able to come out.

The B&B we found was not very good, expensive, and the quilts were all damp. But the chef's cooking tastes pretty good. There is a kind of local small apple in the refrigerator of the B&B owner, called Longfeng fruit. It is delicious, sour and sweet. One bite will make your teeth fall apart, but I like eating it very much. It has the taste of wild fruit, a little bit It's not watery either. After biting open, there will be a red line inside. Don't buy it from outside. It's so expensive that you'll fool outsiders.

At 10.03, around 9 a.m., we followed the local tourist bus to Aershan Forest Park. It happened to be a heavy fog that day, the water vapor was heavy, cold and humid.

There are many scenic spots in the Forest Park, all of which can be visited by sightseeing bus. We only went to Tianchi. There are birch and pine trees on the mountain, and the plank road is covered with ice, so you need to walk carefully.

The weather was very cold, and the pine branches were covered with ice and water hanging from the fog. There is also a cute mini snowman~

The whole tour ended quickly. At 10.03 afternoon, we set off to Chaihe Moon Town.

The road from Aershan to Moon Town is the famous Mo'a Highway. This is the focus of our trip.

Walking down from Aershan, the climate is still humid and cold, with lower body temperature. It is still foggy in the morning, with mist hazily covering the mountains. The temperature is very low, the air is moist and cold, and the ground is covered with frost.

If you walk along the road to the outside of the mountain, you will encounter the river on the ground. This season, the water I encountered on this road is by far my favorite. It is calm and cold, gurgling and the water temperature is freezing to the bone.

The trees grow along the river, with vigorous branches and the unique vitality of late autumn in the north.

"Autumn is better than spring", the ancients have all said their best words of praise, but I can only sigh.

Walking along the road down the mountain, as time goes by, the weather gradually becomes clearer, the sky is clear, the clouds are clear, and the autumn air is crisp, but it is still very cold.

The water is clear and there are fish swimming in the shallow bottom.

The weather got better, and even Wang Dake slipped out from under the car seat, otherwise she would have stayed under the seat and slept. Coco can be considered a cat who has seen the world, and it is Meow's first long-distance trip.

Encountered a very European place. There are almost no tourists in this season, the sky is high and quiet, and the ground is covered with fallen leaves. When shooting video, it feels like every frame is a painting.

The hotel we stayed in was called Yi Le Yuan. It was the best hotel we had ever stayed in during this trip. The quilts were clean and refreshing, and there were electric radiators for heating.

At this time in the town, there is actually nothing to see. You can walk around the whole town and buy some local specialties, such as naipizi, beef jerky and the like.
