I feel like I have written a lot of notes about learning this semester. I am taking a break from the spring break online classes this week. Let's write a travel memoir. I can't enter the country anyway, so I seem to be staying on vacation .

On the National Day a few years ago, it was spring in Australia. I made an appointment with my colleague Max’s family to drive from Sydney to Canberra, the capital, where the annual flower show was being held. Along the way, we planned to see rapeseed flowers in Cowra and visit the Japanese Garden. The last two or three days of the trip were very pleasant. I walked and stopped along the way and really enjoyed the flowers.

Max is a technical geek, and every process and every node is very well planned, so I didn’t have to prepare anything and just slept on the floor of his house for the night. He woke me up early in the morning and told me to leave quickly to avoid traffic jams in Sydney. We rushed to the Blue Mountains to have breakfast and coffee. Let's get hungry first. Anyway, we were on the way to the Blue Mountains and the scenery was not bad.

The scenery on the road is similar to a live broadcast of a National Geographic documentary

The cafe near the Blue Mountain parking lot has a good view. Let’s have a brunch to replenish our energy.

The scenery along the way is good. There are so many people in the Blue Mountains early in the morning. It feels similar to domestic attractions.

Cowra is famous for its rapeseed flowers and the clouds are as low as cotton candy. In spring, this farm is painted golden yellow, like a big palette, very dazzling.

The Japanese Garden is a garden with a very craftsman spirit halfway up the road. It seems to have been built by Japanese prisoners of World War II for a fee of more than 10 dollars. I really can't help but be impressed. The Japanese are so meticulous in doing things. Look at the exquisite layout of the garden and the careful cultivation of plants.

Leaving the Japanese Garden and returning to the top of the hill in Cowra town, it was sunset, and it was an idyllic scene.

After staying in Cowra for one night, it was not far from the capital Canberra. After settling in, we went for a stroll. I felt that there was really no one in the entire city. It was so different compared to the bustle of Sydney.

It turns out that everyone was going to see the Canberra Flower Show.

Canberra's parks are built around the lake, with few people and complete public facilities, which are very suitable for BBQ. Public BBQ facilities throughout Australia are supplied with water and gas. We bought groceries at Woolworths supermarket, washed them and bagged them in the apartment, and then set off. It was a very unforgettable Master of Cooking competition with no technical content at all.

The birds came over after smelling the fragrance, staring with eager eyes, being extremely ferocious and salivating. When humans have a picnic, they still have to fight with animals to protect food.

Taking a break on the way back to Sydney from Canberra, the view from this McDonald's is simply unbeatable.
