We got up at 5:30 this morning because we had to have breakfast at 6:30 and set off on time at 7:30. We looked at today’s journey and found that we had 8 hours in the car.

When I saw this itinerary, I was heartbroken, especially when we finished breakfast and got into the car. The smell in the car made me a little uncomfortable. Fortunately, I got used to it after sitting in the car for a while. the taste of.

Then we drove about an hour to the Zayeba Temple. Along the way, our tour guide Huahua introduced us to the history of the Zayeba Temple. It is the place where Princess Wencheng and Songtsen Gampo come to practice spiritual practice for several months every year.

When our car was driving on a gentle road slowly rising in altitude, I was a little scared when I looked out the car window. When I saw the mountains, white clouds, and yaks, my heart began to become peaceful.

Listening to the tour guide’s introduction along the way, time passed quickly. We arrived at Zayeba Temple. Looking at the tower on the mountain, Chong Dad and I tried to climb for a while, but our heads were heavy, so we gave up climbing. Just stand under Zayeba Temple and feel the altitude.

After seeing Zayeba Temple, we started driving for several hours. From around 9 o'clock to around 12 o'clock, we came to the place for lunch. The food in the restaurant for lunch was not bad. The unique thing about this place is that you have to pay to use the restroom, which costs one to two yuan each time.

Why charge? Because restaurants are generally run by outsiders, locals don't allow them to build bathrooms, so they have to go to their own place. All bathroom breaks are charged, which is also a way to increase income.

As the tour guide Huahua said, there are two kinds of people in the world, those with palms up and those with palms down. Traveling here is actually a way to help Tibet. Due to the geographical location, natural environment, transportation, culture, education and other reasons, the local people are still in the early stages of development.

The feeling emitted by people with their palms upward is different from the energy emitted by people with their palms downwards, so since we are traveling here, we won’t care about these.

I agree very much with what Tour Guide Huahua said. Only when a person stands tall can he see far. Not reaching out to the party is also a reflection of self-worth and growth.

After lunch, we started another 2 and a half hour drive along the Sichuan-Tibet Expressway to Kadinggou. Along the way, the tour guide Nei Huahua introduced us to Tibetan culture.

Tibet is divided into front and rear Tibet and one city, and front and rear Tibet are divided into three places each. It mainly tells that the Dalai Lama manages the front Tibet, and the Panchen Lama manages the back Tibet.

The Dalai Lama and the Panchen Lama were brothers before, but later the relationship became that of master and disciple. Currently we are the 11th Panchen Lama and the 14th Dalai Lama. Why is there a difference of 3 lives? This is because the Panchen Lamas generally live longer than the Dalai Lama.

After listening to the tour guide's introduction, I had a preliminary understanding of Tibet, from Tibet's external environment to Tibetan culture, religion and politics. The development and unification of a region require a medium for unified thinking. In Tibet, it is religion. No matter what religion, it teaches people to be kind and to be kind to others.

Why is traveling to Tibet a pilgrimage, a spiritual journey, and a journey of self-understanding? Because during this journey, you can see the beautiful scenery with your eyes, taste the delicious food with your mouth, and feel the culture and beliefs here with your heart.

The Potala Palace is one of our itineraries. Tour guide Huahua introduced it to us in advance, starting with Songtsen Gampo. Because his father was poisoned by a wizard, after Songtsen Gampo unified the plateau, he began to destroy the original and promote Buddhism.

Why did he want to promote Buddhism? Songtsen Gampo saw the rise of Buddhism in the surrounding Tang Dynasty and India, so he also wanted to learn from it. With the history of marriage and Buddhism, Songtsen Gampo married Princess Wencheng of Tang Dynasty and an Indian princess at the same time.

Because of the way of marriage, the arrival of two princesses from a country where Buddhism flourished. Princess Wencheng also brought a life-size statue of Sakyamuni at the age of 12. This is the Buddha statue that we must worship when we go to the Potala Palace.

A lot of things happened in this process. Originally, Songtsen Gampo built Jokhang Temple and Ramoche Temple respectively because the two princesses missed their hometown. Princess Wencheng was in Ramoche Temple, so the life-size statue of Sakyamuni was also there. Ramoche Temple.

Later, some changes occurred. The general environment was that Wu Zetian liked the Buddha statue and plundered it. The internal environment was the attitude of Tibet's internal managers towards Buddhism. In order to protect this Buddha statue, it was hidden under the Jokhang Temple. When it was safe, it was put out and has been in the Jokhang Temple ever since.

After listening to tour guide Huahua’s introduction to Tibet at the end of the day, I had a different feeling about Tibet. Many people have a Tibetan dream in their hearts, but I didn’t have that much yearning for Tibet before I came here.

This visit is also very strange. Dad Chong has been wanting to come to Tibet for these years. When he sent the introduction of the Tibetan group that day, I said you can go.

I never thought about coming with him. Dad Chong said what’s the point of me going alone, of course we go together. Finally we came to Tibet together.

Whether listening, watching, or tasting the food here, I have different expectations for the next few days of my trip to Tibet.
