Darawan is located in Sulawesi, Indonesia. It is actually very close to the famous Semporna in Malaysia. However, it is very difficult to get to Darawan from within the country and requires at least three flights.
There are not many tourists in Dalawan, and thanks to this, the ecological environment of Dalawan is very good.
After 30 hours of transportation by car, boat and plane, we finally arrived at the main island of Darawan.
When going out for diving, there are all kinds of diving equipment. If you are not a professional photographer, you will generally not take a SLR out with you. Most of the time, you will still use your mobile phone to shoot.
This is the dive site map of Dalawan main island + four outlying islands. The depth near the outer sea is large and the ocean currents are strong, so it is not suitable for novices. But where there is current, there will be big fish.
After resting and recuperating, I went out to sea the next day and encountered a pod of dolphins. It happened that the video captured this scene. The dolphins here often appear and then play with the boat for about 10 minutes.
Manta Manta It seems that manta rays are divided into many species. Except for the pelagic manta, the black-bellied manta is called blackmanta.
The dive guide we encountered was said to be about 7 meters wide. It is a relatively rare species. When you look up, you suddenly find it. It is slowly instigating above you like a bomber, blocking out the sky and the sun. It is very shocking.
Later I encountered some fish that I liked better.
