Lingshui County is located in the southeast of Hainan Island. It is known as the "natural greenhouse" and is adjacent to the South China Sea. Speaking of Hainan, the ones that impressed me the most were Haikou and Sanya. Perhaps I was ignorant and unfamiliar with Lingshui. It was only after the Sino-US plane collision incident on April 1, 2001 that the US military plane landed at Lingshui Airport that I had an impression of Lingshui.

Nanwan Monkey Island
Nanwan Monkey Island is a peninsula surrounded by sea on three sides. It is located on the Nanwan Peninsula in Lingshui County. It is the only island-type macaque nature reserve in my country and the world. Nanwan Monkey Island has a long and narrow shape and a mild climate, making it an ideal paradise for macaques to live and breed. There are now more than a thousand macaques living there, so people call it "Monkey Island".
Take the longest cross-sea cable car in Asia to Monkey Island, enjoy the cool sea breeze, admire the vast coast, and overlook the sea harbor. The place for lunch is very spectacular, with many fishing boats, fishing rafts, and thousands of sails competing. Hair, bathed in the melting sunshine, with white clouds dotting the blue sky, the scenery is truly stunning!
The island is divided into several scenic spots. Monkeys are said to be the ancestors of us humans. Everything in the scenic spot is related to monkeys. There is a monkey honor guard, which is impressive. There is a monkey skit performance, and there is also a water curtain cave. According to reports this is the detention center of the macaque kingdom. Generally, monkeys who make mistakes will be caught and locked up here. There are two venues for the monkey show, and each venue has many performances. You can see the little monkeys being tamed by the trainers and become as obedient as children. What is even more amazing is that when they perform, they feel like an elf. Everyone He rolled forward and backward with laughter. The monkeys here are a bit wild, so be careful with your bags. The monkeys will think you have food in your bags and often attack suddenly to grab the bags. Do not open the bag or make any gestures like opening the bag, otherwise it will The response is far beyond our imagination.
The staff will take photos with tourists with beautiful parrots. Of course, there is a fee for this. You can put the parrots on you, or pay one yuan, and they will happily land on your shoulders or hands. .

The sea water here is clear and the visibility is good. Standing here, you can see that the color of the sea water in the distance is divided into blue, green and dark blue, with clear layers and bright colors. It has a very clean marine environment and rich marine ecological resources. It is the most suitable island in Hainan for diving and viewing the underwater world. The ecological environment is comparable to that of the Paracel Islands. The landform of this island is quite special, with mountains, rocks, water, reefs, etc. . Diving here is considered by international diving experts to be one of the most suitable places for diving. In addition, the island also provides sightseeing of marine animals such as dolphins and whale sharks, marine entertainment services such as parasailing, motorboats, and semi-submarine sightseeing, as well as elegant leisure activities such as sea fishing and outdoor activities.
Since we were just passing by and in a hurry, we just took a quick look at the Marine Life Museum and Coral Museum, and enjoyed the sea breeze. We didn't have time to participate in some entertainment projects.
