Dongji Island is located on the east side of the Zhoushan Islands. It is a small island that came out of the lens of Han Han's "The End of Time". It is fascinating because it is claimed to be the easternmost island in mainland China. If you have lived in the urban forest for too long and need to go out and feel the peace away from the hustle and bustle, then Dongji will be a good choice.Dongji Island includes four larger islands —— Miaozi Lake, Dongfushan, Qingbang, and Huangxing. Miaozi Lake is the seat of the local government. It is relatively prosperous and has a strong commercial atmosphere. Dongfu Mountain is the most beautiful island in the Dongji Islands and the most easterly location. It is a must-see when visiting Dongji Islands. Although Qingbang Island is known as the Potala Palace on the sea, it looks relatively deserted and is the second choice. Huangxing Island comes second.This trip mainly records Dongfu Mountain (recorded in November 2016).
1. Preparation before departure1, itinerary: Shanghai–Zhoushan–Dongji (Dongfu Mountain)–Zhoushan–Shanghai1) Shanghai – Zhoushan: Take a bus at the distribution center under Shanghai South Railway Station and Nanpu Bridge. It takes about 4.5 hours to reach Putuo Long-distance Passenger Transport Center. The fare is 130 yuan (excluding insurance).2) Zhoushan – Dongji (Dongfushan): You must take the passenger ferry at Shenjiamen Banshengdong Pier. To arrive at Banshengdong Pier, you can take the city bus 6, 2 yuan / times. The ferry from Banshengdong Pier to Dongji runs once a day (additional flights may occur on weekends and peak seasons). It departs at 8:45 in the morning and arrives at Miaozi Lake in about 2 hours. The ferry ticket It is divided into three classes: upper, middle and lower. The fare is 100-150 yuan. When there are not many people, no matter which class of ticket you buy, you can go around the deck and corridors, so which ticket you choose depends on your budget and needs. Tickets can be booked online through Taobao and Ctrip. Online ticket purchases require an additional handling fee of 10 yuan, which is non-refundable. Tickets are purchased in real name and an ID card is required. You may not need it at all in the off-season, just wait in line at the window to buy it.
After boarding the ship, you can purchase a ticket to Dongfushan at the mid-cabin counter for 30 yuan. When the ship arrives at Miaozi Lake, passengers heading to Dongfushan need to change ships. Then take about 45 minutes to arrive at Dongfu Mountain (the boat to Dongfu Mountain will dock at Qingbang to pick up passengers, so do not get off the boat early). Therefore, it takes about 6 hours to travel by boat. You must allow enough time for travel.
3) Dongfushan–Zhoushan: Return tickets can only be purchased on the island. The ticket office for returning to Miaozi Lake from Dongfushan is located next to Yunwu Villa near Dongfushan Pier, as shown below. In principle, it opens at 7:30 in the morning, but sometimes you can’t see anyone, so it’s OK to get on the boat and pay the fare 30 yuan. If you want to return to Shenjiamen on the same day, you must take the boat that leaves around 8:00 in the morning (it is said that the flight may be advanced, postponed or canceled due to wind and waves). It will also pass by Qingbang Island to pick up passengers on the way. Miaozi Lake (about 9:00), and then buy the Miaozi Lake - Shenjiamen ferry ticket at the ticket office of the pier at Miaozi Lake. The fare is the same as the outbound journey. If you don't catch up, you can only stay one more night on the island.4) Arrive at Shenjiamen and return the same way.1 ) Accommodation in Shenjiamen: There are many options and it is convenient to book. This trip I stayed at Hanting Hotel on Donghai Middle Road, which was recommended by online guides. The conditions are OK. There is a bus at the door that goes directly to Banshengdong Wharf, and there are breakfast shops around. Special price standard room 220 About yuan.2) Dongfushan accommodation: You can book online in advance, and you can also book after landing on the island in the off-season. Basically all accommodations are concentrated near the pier, and all have sea view rooms facing the sea. This time we settled in Haijiao One, which has a high reputation on Ctrip, with a standard room of 140yuan/. The overall look is like a ship about to sail into the sea. The second and third floors are guest rooms, decorated in white and blue, very small and fresh. Disposable toiletries are available, including shampoo and shower gel. The boss and a middle-aged couple are very down-to-earth people and the food is very delicious. The average person can eat for 50 yuan. For the convenience of water, the boss installed an electric pump to pump water, and the hot water bath has enough water.
1) The food on the island is mainly seafood, which is delicious and not expensive. You can eat at the accommodation, and there are also Ajun food stalls to choose from. If you don’t like seafood, you can also choose home-cooked meals or bring your own dry food. Because it is far away from the main island of Zhoushan, supplies are not abundant, and many supplies need to be transported by ship. Seafood is relatively cheap, and other ingredients are relatively scarce.2) Drinks and water can basically be bought at the accommodation, and they are cheaper than supermarket kiosks. The price of a bottle of Sprite is about 5 yuan. The hotel also has a kettle.

It is recommended that you stand outside the cabin and look at the sea level, blowing the sea breeze, it will be much better.5) The last and most important thing is to have a happy-go-lucky attitude, because the weather forecast at sea is not that accurate, and even if it is sunny in advance, it may suddenly change. It looks a little scary, but in fact it's quite good.It is said that the boat going to Dongfushan was used to transport seafood, but now it is used to transport people. The wind and waves were strong and the boat was shaking violently. You can choose to stand outside the cabin and watch the sea. The cool sea breeze makes you sober. The foggy sea looks like the cover of Chen Hongyu's "Poetry Radio Under the Smoke".After arriving at Dongfu Mountain, it was still raining. Many hotel owners have already gathered at the pier to greet or invite guests. The proprietress of Cape No. 1 even makes a special trip to give umbrellas to the guests, which is really super warm. There was also a Labrador who also jumped onto the boat happily. It was unclear whether he was welcoming the guests or wanting to leave the island. However, he was picked up by someone on the shore and thrown back to the shore. I stayed in the owner's room on the third floor. It really was an incomparable sea view room, and I felt a sense of happiness facing the sea.After settling in for a while, the boss reminded us to go around the island as soon as possible, because it takes at least 4 hours. However, at the scenic spot "Furudonghai", we only see thick fog, thick fog, thick fog. We saw a ship approaching in the distance, and the landlady began to remind us to go to the pier to wait for the ship. On the seemingly deserted island, many tourists slowly appeared and gathered at the pier. We still miss the west wind who did not come to see us off, and we also look forward to our next encounter.
On the way back to Miaozi Lake, we passed by Qingbang. Qingbang looked relatively deserted, with an unobstructed view of the mountains, but there were also people fishing on the rocks near the lighthouse. We saw mountains in the distance that looked like a giant Buddha lying down, and took photos. The boat continued to move forward, and when we saw the statue of Cai Bogong on the top of the mountain in the distance, we knew we had arrived at Miaozi Lake.After arriving at Miaozi Lake, the crowds coming towards me greatly undermined the peaceful mood of the island. Because my stay was short, I only took a brief stroll around. This is the main filming location for "The End of Time" and is also known as Lijiang on the sea.However, compared to Dongfu Mountain, it is less clean and more crowded.
