We spent seven days traveling to four cities in three countries, taking three flights and one ship.

Athens: the scarred ancient city

Arriving in Athens by plane, I had heard about the poor driving skills of Air France pilots before, but this time I finally experienced it myself.

The subway in Athens is dirty and has few trains. The interval between trains is sometimes even as long as ten minutes, so it is often not as fast as walking to take the subway.

We were almost robbed on the way to the B&B on the subway, but the thief didn't panic after being discovered and started sexually harassing my friend openly. Everyone in the carriage witnessed this dramatic scene, but they all had a cold face, perhaps because they were used to it. We summarized some anti-theft guidelines based on our experience of being robbed in Paris. We tasted the legendary Greek yogurt, which is divided into different types according to the fat content. The guy who sells yogurt said: "The fatter, the more delicious." It is more delicious than Anmuxi. To be thick, the main source of sweetness is the jam or honey poured on top.

Greek restaurants all come with complimentary desserts, although they are all boringly sweet. The local meals in Greece are mainly grilled food, and four vegetables including eggplant, potatoes, tomatoes and zucchini are eaten one after another.

The most surprising restaurant is a mom-and-pop shop called Aspro Alogo, an authentic Greek restaurant. It was of high quality and low price. After delivering the dessert, the boss gave us gin and orange juice, and finally gave each of us a bottle of mineral water.

I had the best gelato in Athens. It has a mellow taste and great flavor. You won’t get tired of it after eating it! The name of the store is Le Greche, promise me, if you have the chance, you must check in!

You have to learn English well, otherwise you will only know two flavors when ordering: chocolate and pistachio.

Finally, prices in Athens are generally low. KFC is much cheaper than in Paris, and the price of apples is less than 3 euros per kilogram.

Santorini: You see me in blue

Take a ship to Santorini and stop at two small islands on the way. The blue water and white houses are like fairy tales with every shutter.

Some restaurants on the island are suspected of being deceptive , so check the menu carefully before paying. Be careful with enthusiastic Chinese-speaking waiters and words such as "delicious and inexpensive" and "my friends".

We walked along the coastline to the famous sunset observation point Oia Town. Along the way were beautiful sea views and various B&Bs with swimming pools.

The blue-domed churches are a characteristic of the Holy Island. They are scattered on the island. At sunset, there is a sense of fairy tale in Monument Valley under the sunset.

Sitting on the beach in the small town of Oia, watching the sun approach the horizon little by little, the single man felt desolate.

There is a restaurant on the island that Stefanie Sun visited twice. There are two photos of her on the wall. However, the restaurant was closed and the pilgrimage failed.

Greece is the best country in Europe to buy la mer and la prairie. There are often discounts on vomiting blood at Hondos Center. However, I was unlucky and only came across a 12-euro Mac.

The beach on the island has clear water and is suitable for swimming, but I prefer to call it a "sand beach" because the sand particles are so big that it hurts the feet.

Finally, I recommend a couple restaurant salt &pepper. I like the attitude of the proprietress who loves life.

In my opinion, Santorini is a marketed fairy tale island. Here you can’t see the blue-domed churches everywhere as you wish. Its beauty is more reflected in the hands of the retoucher. But the series of little surprises it brought me still made me eager to go there a second time.

Rome: Every big city is the same

The urban styles of Rome and Paris are so similar! When I take photos with my mobile phone, I always have the illusion of returning to Paris.

Arriving in Rome on Aegean Airlines, the flight attendants enthusiastically handed out snacks and the in-flight meals were so delicious that I cried.

I didn't deliberately search for a breakfast shop. The quality of the croissant and coffee at a random café on the roadside was satisfactory.

Rome is a city that disappoints me. It can be summed up in four words: "It's just that". Italian pizza, gelato and tiramisu are all famous, but the pizza is not as delicious as in Paris, the ice cream is not as amazing as in Athens, and the most popular tiramisu is not as good as a small cafe in Shanghai.

Traveling is often exhausting, brain-consuming and money-consuming, but I always look forward to the next trip.
