We don’t know how the 60 Space service staff did it. I know that all our traveling members arrived at Daxing Airport in advance, and we were picked up by the general manager of the Beijing company. !

We were very lucky this time. The plane basically arrived on time. The service staff of 60 Space were waiting at Zhuhai Jinwan Airport and directly picked us all up on the bus and drove us to Taishan City, where we stayed at the New Jinyuan Hotel in Taishan City.
After checking into the hotel, everyone went to their own convenience and moved freely. Most people went to Taishan City to look for local specialties to taste, and we were no exception. I navigated through Baidu on my mobile phone and looked for a restaurant called Kang Le Restaurant. It was said to be very famous in the local area. It mainly serves eel rice, as shown in the picture below.
We walked all the way to find the past, admiring the cultural scenery of this small county along the way.

Finally I found this restaurant in the bustling business district of Taishan City. The first thing I ordered was eel rice, but I needed to drink some wine, so I ordered another dish, fried bitter melon. Although the place is small, the food is not cheap at all. Just one meal and one dish cost ninety-one cents. To be honest, this eel rice is not complimentary at all. This may be because we northerners are not used to southern flavors. This rice is a bit like Sichuan rice bowl , but it is different. It is steamed directly in a clay pot , There are several eel segments and rice on it. After cooking for a long time, the bottom of the casserole became "crunchy" and it was quite thick and hard to bite. Now that I’m old, let me recall the rice crispy rice you used to eat when you were a kid. When you were a kid, you would all rush to eat it.
Drink enough After the meal, I slowly started to walk back to the hotel to digest the food. This is a modern building imitating Western style. , It should be the work of overseas Chinese. Chinese people like to build houses when they have money ,especially Southern overseas Chinese hometown area.
