Hello, Nanjing
Seize the end of 2018 and give yourself a holiday. Andrews once said that there are at least two impulses in life, Once for the love that risked one's own life, A trip just for the sake of leaving. If you haven't encountered the first one yet, let's complete the second one first. I seem to have fallen in love with this kind of trip A backpack, a simple luggage, you can go on the go. This trip to Nanjing was an unexpected surprise. |

Nanjing Library/Presidential Palace
The first stop when I came to Nanjing, I went to the Nanjing Library. Hahaha, Xiaomu, who loves learning, is online. (Actually, I'm waiting for someone...) The biggest impression of Nanjing Library is that all Nanjing people love learning so much? Everyone from children of a few years old to elderly people in their decades are studying quietly, and there are especially many grandparents. Wandering next to them alone feels like a strange thing, so just sneak away obediently. There is a Chinese Studies Library on the fourth floor of the library. The seats are very unique. They are ancient small round cushions and a long bronze table. I couldn't help but sit down and experience it.
The Presidential Palace is very close to the Nanjing Library, only separated by a road. Only by entering history can we understand history more truly. Walking on the road to the Presidential Palace, I experienced the turmoil of history. Our peaceful life now is probably what the revolutionaries expected at that time.
Every piece of history should be remembered - the Opium War and the destruction of opium in Humen

line friend/Nanjing Confucius Temple/Night Tour Qinhuai
Love this fuzzy soap piece
Line Friend is really cute and girly , I really want to take her home. It is actually a place to drink coffee, but all the girls are holding brown bears and taking photos, hahaha.
Nanjing Confucius Temple - a place where Confucius is enshrined and worshiped . I heard that during the college entrance examination every year, many students come to offer incense and pray for Confucius to bless them and achieve good results. Because "Tsinghua University on the left, Peking University on the right, touch your sleeves to go to Harvard" 's jingle , the sleeves of the old master's feet were polished by touching them. (Hey, my dream of Tsinghua University and Peking University turned out to be caused by not touching Old Master Kong’s feet and sleeves. O(∩_∩)O)
The bright lanterns reflect the Qinhuai River, and the neon lights on both sides of the Taiwan Strait are painted with shadows. Walking on both sides of the Qinhuai River, you can feel the splendor of the river. By chance, he met Tang Bohu, the most talented man in the south of the Yangtze River. He was a suave man, but he didn't know where Qiuxiang was now.

Wuyi Alley/Laomendong/Pioneer Bookstore
There are wild grasses and flowers beside Zhuque Bridge, and the sun sets at the entrance of Wuyi Alley.
In the old days, the swallows in front of Wang Xietang flew into the homes of ordinary people.
——Liu Yuxi, Tang Dynasty
Laomendong - a living cultural relic on the Qinhuai River. It used to be the most prosperous area in Nanjing, where merchants from the south of the Yangtze River gathered, where people gathered, and where aristocratic families lived. I came here at night and didn't have time to slowly ask about their stories. I met a woman in ancient costume and came here to take pictures, which reminded me of the charm of Qinhuai women.
Qinhuai women's poems
☆Liu Rushi: Beauty with white hair laughs at the wind and dust
☆Chen Yuanyuan: Being angry becomes a beauty
☆Dong Xiaowan: An elegant and virtuous concubine mourns the troubled times
☆Li Xiangjun: Peach Blossom Fan Bottom as a Gift to the Southern Dynasties
Pioneer Bookstore - Nanjing's famous cultural business card, was rated as the most beautiful bookstore in China. As soon as I entered, I was deeply attracted by the literary and artistic temperament of the bookstore. Here I can not only feel the influence of words, but also enjoy the beauty.

Memorial Hall of the Victims of the Nanjing Massacre/Nanjing Museum
Remember history, not hatred
Memorial Hall of the Nanjing Victims - You can forgive, but you cannot forget. On the day I went to visit the memorial hall, it happened to be raining lightly in Nanjing. It was even more heavy to experience this period of history in the misty rain. The huge number of 300,000 cannot imagine the cruelty at that time, nor can we understand the despair of the defenseless people at that time. Every peace-loving person should experience this period of history. I wish for world peace.
Nanjing Museum
→
Nanjing Museum - one of the three major museums in China. The cultural relics and treasures in the museum are really rich, ranging from the Neolithic Age to the Spring and Autumn and Warring States, Qin and Han Dynasties, the Three Kingdoms, Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, Tang and Song Dynasties, and the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, and the Republic of China. History Hall → Special Exhibition Hall → Digital Hall → Art Hall → Intangible Cultural Heritage Hall → Republic of China Hall. Wear a guide to listen to the story behind each cultural relic, and feel the mark of the times and the wisdom of the ancients.
The most profound experiences are the Watch and Clock Exhibition and the Republic of China Pavilion. The gorgeous and luxurious decoration on clocks has surpassed the function of timekeeping. Every clock is a work of art.
The Republic of China Museum has specially opened up a Republic of China Street, with retro buildings and time-honored shops . Walking on this old street feels like traveling back to that bustling era.

Alfalfa Metro Station/Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum/Zhongshan Mausoleum/Linggu Temple/Music Station
Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum
Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum
Linggu Temple
Alfalfa Metro Station - the most beautiful metro station in Nanjing. The 18 pillars are inlaid with classic love stories from home and abroad. The top is the love story of the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl, showing people's praise for loyal love. Because I was in a hurry, I only took a quick glance.
Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum - the mausoleum of Zhu Yuanzhang and Queen Ma, the first royal mausoleum of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. There are various stone beasts and stone beasts lined up on both sides of the shrine of Xiaoling Tomb in the Ming Dynasty. It should be most beautiful in summer and autumn. Now all the big sycamore trees on both sides of the road have fallen leaves, but you can still feel the grandeur of the royal cemetery.
There is a Tianchi behind the garden. The water is crystal clear. Some people were swimming in it, which made me shiver. It’s a pity that I didn’t meet the seven fairies coming down to take a bath╮(╯▽╰)╭
Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum - the mausoleum of Sun Yat-sen, the pioneer of China’s modern democratic revolution. The mausoleum is built on high stone steps. It is said that when viewed from the air, the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum looks like a "Liberty Bell" lying flat on green velvet. It's impossible to look up from the sky, so I'd better go up the steps step by step to overlook the beautiful scenery of "Seeing all the small mountains at a glance".
Linggu Temple - commemorates the famous monk Baozhi Zen Master, who was named the No. 1 Zen Forest in the World by Zhu Yuanzhang. I didn’t go in because I was in a hurry. I just saw a magical turtle outside. Let’s leave the regret with Meiling Palace.
Bandstand - a natural place for open-air concerts. Unexpectedly, there are surprises everywhere. The music station is like this, there is a feeling of wandering into the depths of lotus flowers and never leaving. There are hundreds of big fat pigeons on the band stage walking among the pedestrians, not afraid of people at all, a beautiful harmony between man and nature. I bought a pack of dry food and played with the fat, healing pigeons for half an hour. The scene of a group of big pigeons flying together was really spectacular. (See the video below, it’s worth watching)

When you go out to play, how can you miss out on delicious food? The strategy was prepared early and the arrangements were clear. O(∩_∩)O haha~
Best pairing: Duck blood vermicelli soup and sesame cakes, my first meal in Nanjing.
Eating helmets is a blessing: Forrest Gump pot helmets. The thin ones are very crispy and fragrant. Eat them while they are hot.
Nanjing brand pancakes: plentiful and delicious. More than a dozen kinds of side dishes are put together. The aunt is very nice and keeps asking me to eat Nanjing brand pancakes. I found that the hygiene of the Nanjing stalls is very good. The aunts are provided with white coats as standard in the canteen. Like (≧ ▽≦)
.
A love letter: Nanjing sweets. You can try it for free. I wandered around the store with H for half an hour and finished dinner, haha. Desserts are too sweet to be greedy.
Xianheng Stinky Tofu: a time-honored Chinese brand. I saw a lot of people queuing up, so I bought one. It tasted pretty good.
Tofu Dynasty: A favorite of stinky tofu. It really smells good, much better than the Xianheng I just had. I bought Blizzard Stinky Tofu before I got off work. The large pieces of black tofu were covered with a white substance like snow. It was warm and fragrant in one bite. The fried chicken was delicious.
The next day I ate another restaurant's gold medal duck blood vermicelli soup with shrimp soup dumplings, equally delicious.
I drank milk tea from internet celebrity: Tai Gai. However, I still think the free chocolate milk cap is delicious.
Yi Ji Pi Belly Noodles - old Nanjing food stall style. I walked here specifically to eat. The shop is very old and there are many people. The big bowl of skin belly noodles is really big. The noodles are filled with belly and oil residue, and the inside is paired with thin shreds of pork, fresh pork liver, kidneys, tomatoes, vegetables, fungus, mushrooms, etc. The filling is a big bowl, enough for two people.
Soft and glutinous plum blossom cake: a delicious treat before leaving. A chance meal I met at the subway entrance to the station. The top is decorated with plum blossom shapes, it is steaming, and tastes waxy. The burnt bottom is also delicious, and it is also filled with bean paste.
There are also Baixia Yuanxiao Shop, Fangpo pastry dumplings, Jiang Youji beef pot stickers, and Lu’s plum blossom cake I didn’t eat them, so I’ll save them for next time.

The exploration trip to Nanjing is over, just a few days, but it is profound enough. Next time I want to have a date with Nanjing in the lush summer or the golden autumn.
Cure the Great White Pigeon Video
Everyone is a tadpole when they are born, and when they grow up, they become frogs in a well. This is not your fault, it is just your limitation, but you have to find a way to make up for it. To understand the world, you must go to distant places. Everyone knows that traveling costs money. The benefits of traveling are not something that can be seen at a glance. They often need to be accumulated subtly over time. Some people think that traveling is just about taking some photos and buying some small handicrafts, but this is not the case. Travel allows our bodies to experience different winds and waters, and our minds become alert and colorful under the nourishment of different customs. His eyes are so sophisticated and his conversation is so humble.
