2018 JOURNEY

Portugal Special Topic

Obviously, the trip to Double Ya originally focused on visiting Spain, but unexpectedly, Portugal became a fan. Maybe it’s because I like Macau, and I’m also looking forward to the Portuguese style. Wow, there’s Cristiano Ronaldo, there’s seafood, there’s Portuguese cuisine, wine, Portuguese chicken, and Portuguese tarts…

Unfortunately, I only went to two cities: Lisbon and Porto. In just four days, I had a high fever on one of them. I stayed in the apartment all day without going out, which left me with regrets.

first day
porto old town

Porto, Porto is the origin of Portuguese in English. Before there was Portugal, there was Porto, which originated from the Moors in the 5th century. Do these streets, buildings, and pavements look like Macau ? Even more Macao than Macau.

The streets of Porto are all small square stone roads, which have been rubbed by the footsteps of people over the years and can withstand the tempering of time. Compared with the hard asphalt roads, small stone roads are much more sentimental.

Super like Macau

Even the phone booths, newspaper kiosks, and tiles on the walls look very much like Macau.

Composition of fifteen parishes

Porto, is composed of fifteen parishes (Macau is composed of seven parishes) . This is just the right size, and it’s my favorite city that I can walk around in.

Portugal

porto old town

Porto's Old Town was selected as a United Nations World Cultural Heritage .

Walking into the old city, looking at these buildings that look like demolished buildings, it seems to be a kind of ancient beauty.

little red car

All the roofs in the city are red tiles

Moreover, the house styles throughout the city seem to be made by uniform suppliers, which are retro and chic. Thisred tile roof and brick wallstyle will last for hundreds of years.

The balcony where you can dry your clothes/quilts is the most beautiful.
It has a strong strong atmosphere of
life.

tile country

Portugal's obsession with blue and white tiles can be seen in the entire train station, the entire church, the entire subway station, and even every place on the streets and alleys Every corner, ceramic pieces are used vividly.

Portuguese fascination with ceramic tiles

BlueWhiteCeramic

Portugal is known as the "country of ceramic tiles" .

As early as the 8th century AD,

The Arabs brought the art of tiles to Portugal, and
these exquisite painted tiles later became one of the most representative cultural symbols of Portugal.

Louis I Bridge

This Louis I Bridge, which is five times more magnificent than Haizhu Bridge, was designed by Eiffel (the one with the Eiffel Tower in Paris) 's apprentice.

☟☟☟

Jump off the bridge BOYS
Due to the height of the bridge, a strange operation has been derived - jumping off the bridge. As long as you give money, BOYS will perform bridge jumping.

The Louis I Bridge connects trains on the upper level and cars and pedestrians on the lower level. The bridge connects the old and new cities. The scenery on both sides of the river is indeed the most eye-catching attraction in Porto.

The two sides of the Douro River are too beautiful!

It's the kind of place that looks very comfortable and makes you want to live there.

It’s even more romantic especially under the setting sun.

Liberela Marina, the busiest place in Porto.

There are many bars and restaurants, and there are many tourists.

Pay attention to the couple sitting in the picture, which is introduced below

Portomany beauties
It's all in the details

A young couple beside the church,

Talk softly, smile broadly, and have dog food all over the floor.

My girlfriend is so good-looking that she can enter the entertainment industry

[Yue Travel Notes] I didn’t expect to be a fan of Portugal

I was taking photos on the bridge (hand-held telephoto) , and a couple by the river waved to me enthusiastically " Take a photo of us , Take a photo of us , Take a photo We " So I took the photo.

Couple bidding farewell at Porto train station,

"Before I can say a thousand words, my heart is in a mess."

Porto locals are really enthusiastic.

For example?

Listen to me tell a little story

For the apartment I booked in Porto this time, I needed to pick up the key at the front desk office, which was 10 minutes away. I finally got the key, and I was dragging my big suitcase and small bags to prepare to open the door, but the keycould not open the lock on the first floor. (Location Address House Number ) When I was confused, a checkered boy appeared Shan Abo. He asked us a few questions, opened the door on the first floor with the key, and then took us up to the floor where we were and asked us to try the key to see if it could open the door to the room. The fact slaps you in the face! The key we got cannot open any door .
So a series of doubts began, A. Was the key given to me wrong? B. Wrong address? C. Encountered a scammer in the apartment? .
So Uncle started making various calls for us, but the building management office had no results. He asked the front desk of the apartment, but emphasized that the key was correct, so he sent someone to come over and solve the problem. He took us around a few turns to another building, and finally! key! It's time to open the door! The result is that the same address has "different places " ? ! The whole incident lasted for more than half an hour. At first we thought he was a related person, but later we found out that he was just helping. After spending half an hour with us, the problem was solved, and he left quietly!
[Yue Travel Notes] I didn’t expect to be a fan of Portugal

I can only use an emoticon to describe him.

the next day
Porto

However, the next day I had a high fever, and I had it in the most beautiful city on my trip!

Spent the day resting in the apartment. It was too late to appreciate the beautiful Porto, I left regrets. If you come again, you can stay here for 3-4 days.

The third day

Porto

Oporto

lisbon

Lisbon

For tourists, what is Lisbon symbol Woolen cloth?

It is not a monastery of cultural heritage, the Tower of Belém is very ordinary, and the Moorish Castle is also so-so, but the tram in Lisbon. To be exact, it’s the yellow 28 tram The scenery along the road.

The car became a star, photographers around the world loved to captureit.

Lisbon now has Europe's oldest 5 preserved tram lines, and about 60 old trams . The tram is so famous that we searched for it for almost an hour despite the heavy sun on the street... but we couldn't find the 28 tram. In fact, taking bus routes 15 and 12 is almost the same.

[Yue Travel Notes] I didn’t expect to be a fan of Portugal

One of the classic lines in downtown Lisbon. Take tram No. 15 to the terminal and you will find the Belem District seaside . This area includes Centenary Monastery , Navigation Monument and Belem Tower , 4.25 Bridge (high imitation version of the Golden Gate Bridge) , Statue of Jesus ( Twin of the Statue of Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro brother) .

❏ Well, the above attractions are just so-so.

On the seaside of Belém district ,

Also encountered a marathon.

The fun is still on the streets,

Bald head with tight leather pants and high leather boots,

This outfit is very eye-catching.

Newlyweds holding a wedding ceremony at the beach

I even went to an Internet celebrity shop - a century-old Portuguese tart shop. After eating one real Portuguese tart , not only did it not pull the weeds, it was so sweet that it was hard to eat the second one. It made me This year I no longer want to eat Portuguese tarts .

Whether in Portugal or Spain, dogs enjoy a privileged life as dogs. They can go shopping, go to restaurants, get off the subway...
Everyone has one, two, three, or four dogs.

On Lisbon's Avenue Libertad,

Leg length1.8 meters, The windy walking♕Model♕ is taking a photo.

At this moment, I, who was on the opposite side of the street, immediately took on the appropriate posture.

Keep up the pace and be a good deputy (tou) photographer (pai).

Any scene taken on the street can be used to shoot a European blockbuster.

The third day
castle of saint george

❏The best way to play in Lisbon: Take the old tram No. 28/15 and "climb" through the streets and get off whenever you see something beautiful! If you see a lot of people queuing, you might be waiting for the train.
Among them, you must go to
St. George (the highest hill in Alfama). When you get to the top of the mountain, you can see many people getting off the bus and you will come to the vicinity of the Castle of St. George. .

I think this area is the most beautiful place in Lisbon.

The retro-flavored tiles posted by the street shop match this girl’s outfit very well.

These two passers-by really dance to the music. They put down their bags and started dancing to the music.

01

I really like this small balcony apartment.

A very loving little puppy, with cute little eyes,

I'll give you a reward for your seriousness in standing guard.

Near St. George City , an uncle with a glowing belly walks domineeringly. The size of the belly may be a "twin pregnancy" at full term.

The beauty here is full of style and ancient style. I like this kind of high-rise and low-rise urban area, passing through colorful streets/stairs. There is a surprise at almost every turn.

I met a mouse at the corner and was so scared. I was also shocked by her!

near st george

Upstairs, Uncle is waiting for his wife to buy groceries and go back to cook. The hatted worker downstairs is chatting with the shopkeeper’s cat opposite.

Buy and give grandma as a gift

Next door the stairs , upstairs Abo's wife has just finished shopping for groceries and is opening the door to go upstairs to prepare for cooking .

Boss lady and her cat
The female owner of the small vintage store and across the street has just opened her shop, and her fat cat seems to be pregnant.

Castle de São Jorge , one of the oldest buildings in Lisbon, is also the highest point in the city. The inside is very simple. I only remember that there is a small museum and the peacocks are all on the trees. Maybe I don’t understand the ruins.

The most beautiful thing is on the observation deck of the Castle , where you can have a drink while overlooking the city of Lisbon.
