Anthony once said: "Whether my world is busy and prosperous, or they all disappear in an instant, I will walk towards you firmly, without panic or hesitation. It is not a choice after weighing the pros and cons, but knowing that ” Hiking is the same for me.

My teammates: Lao Hai, Guyue, Juanzi, Tianya

In our early thirties, according to inertia, we should pursue a more stable life, but we don't because we are afraid that we will not have stories to drink when we are old.

Lao Hai – He patiently taught me how to walk on various roads along the way.

Tianya – a real chef who gave everyone many surprises on the road

Juanzi – a little expert in picking wild vegetables, able to distinguish various kinds of wild vegetables

Lone Moon – our captain, security guard, pathfinder

I like to look back because I don’t like to forget. I always believe that in the world, some people, some things, and some moments seem to have a specific arrangement. You may not feel it at the time, but in retrospect, it always means something.

Day 1:6.11 Karatohai-Cowshed

Only then did I see clear pool water and hear the crowing of cows.

This place is like a fairyland, and I can’t bear to return home.

The chartered car started at 7 o'clock on the first day and went on foot at 7 o'clock. Today's tractor road was very comfortable to walk on. The only regret was that I ate the apples too early on the first day, haha~ I met a dried small silver snake during the day. The weather was very good, but it started to rain around 5 pm 🌧️. It started to rain 1-2km away from the camp on the first day. The rain got heavier and heavier. I took shelter in the cowshed and waited for the rain to subside before continuing to the camp. Unfortunately, it started raining more and more. It gets bigger and has no tendency to get smaller. Gu Yue, Tianya and Lao Hai took all the water bags and went to the river to fetch water in the rain. The water source was still a certain distance away. They walked back and forth for an hour in the rain. This night in the cowshed , eating the yogurt and fruit that Tianya carried all the way, the fried bacon with cauliflower made by Gu Yue, and watching Lao Hai’s entertainment program, Juanzi and I were very satisfied~

The best does not come along.

It comes with the company of the all.

The happiest time every day is eating, Juanzi picks onions and stir-fries, Tianya makes noodles and pancakes, Guyue steams rice and makes soup, and Laohai fetches water and boils it.

Whoever dares to negotiate the price of fresh air will have a hundred days of leisure without pleasure.

Day 2: 6.12 Cowshed-Wuhaizi Pass-Campground

Hail, snow🌨, rain🌧️, my aunt, I feel so tired. I dropped my apple🍎 twice, but I actually ran down the mountain to pick it up twice. I really admire myself for eating it in one bite. . .

I walked slower on the big stone road. The snow was very thick when I got to the pass. It started hailing when I got down to the pass. The rocks were very slippery. I fell down a few times and stood up quickly. Haha. I have had a bad sense of balance since I was a child. I was afraid of being beaten by my teammates. laugh at. One time I fell quite hard, so I shouted to Lao Hai: "Lao Hai, a sharp stone hit me in the stomach." Lao Hai walked with me all the way and taught me how to walk on the stone road. God was kind and the hail stopped and it started to snow🌨️. I went all the way down to the lakeside camp, drank a pot of ginger brown sugar cooked by Tianya, and felt alive again.

Day 3: 6.13 Crossing the river - Snow🌨️ - Hail - Alternate campsite

It was a relatively easy day on a muddy road. My aunt had to cross the river the next day, and her legs were numb from cold. I felt like I had lost half my life. The braised pork rice ➕ seafood, mushroom and bacon soup in the evening saved me again.

This sip of tea is so blissful every night. Sliding it slowly along the tongue can relieve the fatigue of the day. Every night, Lao Hai would immerse himself in writing his diary, and would also ask us: "Have you done all your homework?", and all he could hear was a series of snores in response to him, haha~ Juanzi likes to use his mobile phone to record, and Lao Hai also I like to keep records in notebooks, and it is a rare thing to meet teammates with the same habits. My habit for many years on the road is to bring a pen and a notebook, and write down every night before going to bed no matter how sleepy or tired I am, because reading and walking have always been with me. I have two small wishes: First, I want to understand Some truths; secondly, I encountered some interesting things.

Day 4: 6.14 Wangshan Pass-Campground

An unforgettable Dragon Boat Festival. There was a little surprise this morning. Tianya secretly carried rice dumplings into the mountains and cooked a meat rice dumpling for everyone on the morning of the Dragon Boat Festival. This made the whole day full of motivation. Such a Dragon Boat Festival It may only happen once in a lifetime.

A night of snow🌨 lets the secret season reveal itself. Snow has been falling, covering the small cowshed, but our hearts have always been green and natural. I picked up two blisters on my feet at night in this cowshed. The door of the wooden house was open, listening to the howling wind outside. I only slept for two hours and felt that I was not tired enough. Haha~ You think you know yourself, but in fact Part of the so-called "self" is not the real self, but is a product of social consciousness, and we have been kept hostage. So we have to step out of ourselves to re-examine ourselves and let life be reborn.

Half forest, half grassland ridge

Enjoy the different scenery on both sides of the ridge, as if you are entering the unknown from the known.

Day 5: 6.15 Yin and Yang Realm Pass-Campground

What is an active life? The first is the enthusiasm to visit the known environment; the second is the courage to explore the unknown environment; the third is to find fun in the mediation between oneself and the environment.

The road with snow is really more comfortable to walk on. I grew up in the north and am not afraid of slipping. I like to listen to the sound of snow crunching. When the snow melts very lightly, there is a slight sound like a girl blowing her breath.

In fact, I got blisters the next day, and then it rained, hailed, and crossed a river. My shoes were wet these two days, and the area on my feet where I got blisters started to hurt. I was afraid of not feeling anything at all. I would rather There is a feeling that will always exist, even if it hurts, the heart just wants to stand up and pass it, and don't take it seriously. I was walking a little slowly, so I had to go at my own speed. Lao Hai took me all the way, choosing a relatively easy path. He always said that he should take more photos on the way to record the beauty of the journey. In fact, I knew that he wanted to wait for me. I'm afraid I'm in danger. Outdoors, we all know that it is normal for others not to help you, and you should always be grateful if others help you. We are a few years older than Lao Hai’s children. He also treated us as his own children and took care of us along the way. We were able to meet How lucky to have such teammates.

– Along the way, I think Haizi is the most beautiful,

The snow like butter has not yet melted

– On the way to Xia Pass, I found the heart-shaped sea that I have longed for.

Day 6: 6.16 Sanhaizi Pass-Heart-Shaped Haizi Pass-Crossing the River-Campground

My teammates really took care of me this time. Gu Yue helped carry the drone and battery, and Lao Hai helped carry power bank and beef jerky. I climbed two passes today. Although I was exhausted🐶, my teammates were still very warm. Lao Hai taught me a lot of walking skills, Tianya took me on better roads as much as possible, Gu Yue steamed rice for everyone every day and the more steamed the better, Juanzi made tea every day, haha😃

I always believe that on a certain road, my footprints will overlap with yours in the past. The ridgeline of the West Tianshan Mountains this time was designed and led by Gu Yue. Everyone in the team is very strong, and I am the only one who is holding everyone back. Haha, thank you for not dissing it~ Today is On the most tiring day, I climbed two passes and the stone road collapsed. . . Gu Yue said: "Xiaoya, let me interview you. How did you feel about this hike?" I said: "I'm exhausted..."

It’s the happiest moment of the day again. We all cook together tonight, three dishes, one soup, rice and scallion pancakes. I actually ate 4 of Tianya’s scallion pancakes. After the meal, Lao Hai fetched water and Gu Yue made tea. , Juanzi took out the melon seeds that she had carried all the way, and everyone chatted about various gossips while drinking tea. They were satisfied~~~On the road, we only need to move calmly and do not do anything for a certain purpose. .

If a person needs to get happiness from his thoughts, then his first desire is to learn. You can learn a lot from every teammate. Keep your thoughts optimistic. If you are full of hope, you will be invincible. .

Day 7: 6.17 Baimang Pass-camp

Mutton steamed buns and milk tea for breakfast are full of motivation for the day😃Interesting days in June are flowing slowly.

Today I recorded that I fell into the river for the first time in my life and choked on my water. I said, "Why did you pull me up and take a video first?" Gu Yue said, "You have already fallen into the river. If I take another video, That's so inhumane..." One of the two most unfortunate scenes that was not recorded.

If you like it, don't ask others if it's good. We look at the flowers, listen to the rain, enjoy the snow, and smell the fragrance. Every day is a good day.

Day 8: 6.18 The last unnamed pass (I couldn’t think of a name after thinking about it for a long time)-herdsman’s home

This morning I felt that the injury on my feet was serious, and pus kept leaking. I used the last two band-aids, but the band-aids were too small, and my feet still couldn't stop the bleeding. There was a smell of pus in my shoes, but I still tried to ignore it. I told my teammates: "I can't walk fast today. I can only walk slowly at my own speed. You go first. I will definitely walk out according to the trajectory." When I said this, I still overestimated myself and underestimated the final result. This section of the road. Everyone made a decisive decision. Gu Yue walked slowly with me, and the others walked out first. We walked over the pass and walked to the point 10 kilometers out of the mountain. We saw the herders’ house but no one was there. When I felt that my feet were bleeding all the time, I encountered a dense forest. The dense forest. There was a big rock below. I didn’t bring a machete, and the altitude kept dropping. At this moment, a second shot that unfortunately was not recorded dramatically appeared - hanging on a tree for the first time in my life. I finally understood what it was like to hang from a cliff in the TV series. The person who was saved in the tree was actually real, haha😃, my teammates kept saying not to scratch my face, but actually I didn’t think about it at all, I just wanted to take a photo to commemorate it. Although I really couldn't hold on in the tree at that time, I thought: "If I hold on a little longer, things will become brighter." Before I walked through the dense forest, I saw white smoke coming from the herdsmen's houses on the opposite mountain as if I was hallucinating. In an instant, I was full of hope and tried my best to walk out of the dense forest. I actually saw two people riding two horses up the mountain on the opposite side. I waved and called them hard. My teammates said please stop shouting because they can’t hear me. I just kept shouting regardless. As a result, they stopped when they heard it. After stopping for 2 minutes, they continued walking up the mountain. Their hope was shattered, but another hope was rekindled: "I will work hard to reach the bottom of the valley, cross the river and climb the opposite mountain to the herdsman's house." When we reached the bottom of the valley, I saw a man walking towards me on horseback. Gu Yue said, "Your hero is riding a white horse to save you, haha." Sure enough, he pulled me on the horse and crossed the river and went up the mountain. , leaving Gu Yue to cross this fast river alone.

My hero took us to his neighbor’s girl’s house, cooked milk tea, naan and hand-made rice for us, and enthusiastically served us bowls of milk tea one after another. It seemed like a simple game. A journey of the soul, not an arduous trek through the mountains. He said: "You are the first Han people to come here. No one has ever come from the direction of this mountain." My hero can't speak Chinese. The neighbor girl has been helping to translate, and he also said that he will see me next time. You must learn Chinese when you go, so you can chat with me more, haha. Before leaving, I blew up colorful balloons and tied them together with threads and gave them to them. They were very happy. Seeing them happy made me even happier. I tied the balloons to the wooden stakes at the door. This is their home. The most beautiful residence on the prairie.

Even when I am particularly busy, I will go hiking with three or two friends throughout the year and take the initiative to find something beautiful to do. Beauty is the only way to connect life with life. Even just smelling the Gesang flowers on the roadside on a sunny evening after rain is enough to get rid of mediocrity. In my mind, hiking is not about exercise, it is about driving the soul to find the light of life.
