Xi'an

Help

I’m finally going to write my travel diary for May.

I have time

Dobby is free!!!!

The thing is like this

Er and I made an appointment to meet on May Day this year

Take a trip by the way

But the location has never been decided.

So our daily conversation is

↓↓

“Do you want to go to Chongqing or Xi’an?”

“Xi’an, I’ve been to Chongqing”

"Then go to Xi'an"

So on April 28, we

The penultimate day of the 51st holiday is coming

Throwing darts at the map of China (no)

Decided to go to Xi'an

*I don’t have a vlog. I’m really lazy. I’ll make do with the photos.

*The travelogue was written by two people together. Brown is her

Landed in Chang'an, let's meet

This time we also depart from Shenzhen and Haikou ^^

Arrive in Xi'an at 23:30, transfer + no meals

There are no direct flights /Smile /Hainan Airlines is screwed

I was almost starving when I arrived...

Grandpa Ken and Uncle Mike at the airport will actually close their doors

So I happily ran towards the Roujiamo and Liangpi

Eat and wait, then book a hotel

Last minute departure, hotel temporarily canceled

Later I found out that it was because of the May Day premium that "the one with the highest price will get priority" and we naturally became the "checked out" guests. It's really shameful.

The B&B we stayed at last was quite good. The rooms were built by a few young people who started their own business. They were probably well-decorated rooms that had just been handed over. There were not even a few people at the front desk squatting at the door to check in the guests. They were busy giving us trash cans, mineral water, slippers and a hair dryer. funny

1:00 a.m. We met, met, met

At 2:00 in the morning, in a corner of T3 of Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, two dark shadows faced the airport, changing angles and "clicking" to start a three-day and two-night trip to Xi'an.

Day1 Bell Tower-Drum Tower-Gao Family Courtyard-Gourd Chicken

The Bell Tower and Drum Tower are not far apart and can be arranged to visit on the same day.

The entire city tower is full of ancient architectural features. For an ordinary tourist, there is not much difference between the two scenic spots. The biggest difference is that one has a "bell" and the other has a "drum"...

The appearance of the two is so similar that when I look back after coming out of the tower, I have no idea which one is the Bell Tower and which one is the Drum Tower.

So I don’t know whether it’s the Bell Tower or the Drum Tower in the photo.

I love the museum in the Bell and Drum Tower. It looks calm on the outside, but turns into a screaming chicken on the inside. This one looks good, that one looks good too, pat, pat, pat, pat...

The road traffic in Xi'an is indeed a bit confusing. After following the flow of people and crossing the road several times (under the direction of the traffic police), I found that I can actually use the underground passage.

Due to the heavy flow of people, the subway entrance was temporarily closed. Two people got lost at various exits of ABCDEFG.

It’s probably the deep mountains and old forests that I’ve traveled to before. This year is really the first time I feel the huge population base of China during the holidays.

When traveling, you still have to do your homework in advance and buy the tickets you need. Otherwise, you will be like us. You want to visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, but you don’t have a ticket. You want to see "Song of Everlasting Sorrow" but you don’t have a ticket. Even the restaurants you want to eat at have thousands of queues...

No picture, no truth

There are 1067 tables ahead. Keep smiling.

In fact, we ate at this restaurant the next day, thanks to Comrade Er who lined up online early in the morning before anyone was awake (very hard) and allowed us to eat the legendary restaurant at 8pm Must eat restaurant

The taste is actually okay, but I really don’t want to queue up thousands of people to eat this thing.

Top 1 legendary must-eat restaurants

Thank you also for the hospitality, Mr. Wu~

There is a Muslim Street behind the Bell and Drum Tower. If we couldn't see the Terracotta Warriors and Horses, we went to the Gao Family Courtyard to watch the shadow puppet show. There were so many people, and the short 100-meter road was so crowded that we walked for half an hour.

The traditional culture is really good, super interesting, but the shadow puppet show is too short, only five minutes. I eat candied haws skewers and watch the shadow puppet show with many people in a small dark room. Hi, I really like this lively and down-to-earth atmosphere.

Congratulations to everyone on this store

【Muzzy Notes】

A whole gourd chicken for 68 yuan is so delicious. I also ordered the Guandong Sibao (four kinds of noodles). Er said how smart we are. We can eat four of the most delicious noodles in Xi'an at once. hhh It makes sense.

Today’s thoughts:

There are so many people traveling during holidays in Xi’an!

The local residents are so generous!

A big bag of popcorn is only five bucks!

The rain in Xi'an was so unexpected!

You can try the gourd chicken!

Today’s most expensive:

The little umbrella at the subway entrance

One thing I have to complain about is that every time I go out to play, it always rains. I have a physique that can control the wind and rain.

I was caught in a heavy rainstorm just after I got off the subway. I spent a huge sum of 10 yuan to buy an umbrella. I still use it today. The quality is really good.

Day2 Qinyu Roujiamo - Liangpi - City Wall

Ding~ Fancy Glasses Team checks in in Xi’an

Although I didn’t make a serious guide to playing, I did make a detailed guide to eating.

We queued up early in the morning to eat the "Qinyu Roujiamo" recommended online. It costs 13 yuan a piece. The skin is a bit thick and the filling is not very tasty. We all agreed that it was not as good as the 7 yuan meat buns we bought on the street yesterday. eat

No kidding, I only ate Roujiamo after staying in Xi'an for a few days. Why is this thing so delicious? The buns and vegetables downstairs in the B&B are also delicious. Anyway, they are delicious. I still eat them when I return to Haikou, but the price has increased. Just twice as much (speechless)

Comrade Er is usually responsible for queuing up. Because I am impatient, I queue for two minutes and then go next door to buy milk cakes.

In fact, they are milk-flavored popsicles with added flavor. There seems to be nothing wrong with understanding it this way. They cost five or eight yuan each. They are delicious. Eating popsicles in cold weather is the true meaning of life. No matter what

We walked along the street and ate Weijia Liangpi, spicy soup and noodles. Then we took the subway to Sajinqiao and ate sweet date rice, strawberry candied haws (so delicious that we called the police) and fried yogurt rolls.

Fried yogurt rolls, there are so many variations

I didn’t eat the mutton steamed buns. Firstly, the queue was really ridiculously long. Secondly, I was so full that I couldn’t eat anymore. It didn’t stop from morning to afternoon. Next time.

City Wall We went there in the afternoon

I rented a two-person bicycle. Although there were some minor twists and turns during the journey because my legs were short (cracked) and I couldn't reach the pedals. I couldn't control the front of the bicycle. The position of the bicycle was a bit high and I leaned slightly forward. My hands were tired and so on.

But during the ride, the two of them chatted, looked at the surrounding scenery, and occasionally stopped to take photos. The breeze was gentle and they caught up with the sunset. They slowly walked around the city wall bit by bit without even realizing that it took nearly two hours.

Deng Deng Deng

You must ride a bicycle to visit the city wall. You may have to walk until tomorrow. If there is no admission fee, it is really suitable for a walk after a meal.

There are so many cute souvenirs from the city wall. I picked up a bunch of them. They are really not available on Taobao. If you like them, you must take them away on the spot.

In the evening we went to visit the Tang Dynasty Everlasting City, and the lanterns were on. If we hadn't had a short time to play, I would have liked to sit by the roadside, eat marshmallows and skewers, and watch the beautiful ladies in Hanfu taking beautiful photos.

Today’s thoughts: The city wall is worth it

Today’s thoughts: I’m so tired from cycling (out of breath)

written at the end

Share Xi'an near sunset

For me, traveling not only allows me to temporarily escape from the tiring work state and allows me to see the scenery and people in different regions, but more importantly, it is to spend this hard-won happy time with the people I want to meet.

"No matter how hard it is, it will only last these two days." This sentence has been accompanying the entire trip. Girls who travel will never give up!

PS:

According to incomplete statistics, the number of steps taken by Alipay every day in the past two days has not been less than 20,000.

My role during the trip is usually to do my homework in the early stage and then "go on strike". I go to play with Yunqi, look at the map, find directions, call a taxi, and later vlog. She and Er go to have breakfast, lunch, dinner, what to eat, reserve tickets for attractions, queue up and buy things. It's all her. I'm just a fellow traveler who moves randomly with the team and eats, drinks and has fun without having to think about it (happy)

From deciding to go to Xi'an to booking air tickets and traveling, it only took two or three days to travel 2.0 on the go, but it didn't stop us from having a great time.

Thank you Mr. Wu for rescuing us in the heavy rain and taking us to the airport early in the morning. Just don’t ask me for directions next time. I can’t even tell the difference between the Bell Tower and the Drum Tower. Do you think I can tell the difference between south, east and north?

Thanks for seeing you here. It’s over.

See you in the next city. Slip away.
