Tengchong is a famous geothermal scenic spot in China. There are currently 64 geothermal activity areas found in the region, and more than 80 hot springs. The highest water temperature reaches 96.3°C. Tengchong is the only hot spring in China where volcanoes and geothermal energy are coexisting. How could we not take a dip after coming all the way!

The major websites recommend hot spring hotels such as Angsana, Parklink, and Lotus, which have a per capita price of more than 200. We have a limited budget and the breeder is very discerning, so we chose Dongshan Hot Spring Village, which is very cost-effective, 98 per person, 13 hours. You must come after ten o'clock in the morning. There are few people, many pools, and not much sun.

Away from the hustle and bustle here, watching the mist, listening to the gurgling water, and soaking in the spring water with just the right temperature are enough to relieve you of all your worries.

It is said that the hot spring water here is rich in silicic acid and various trace elements, and has good curative effects on rheumatism, arthritis and skin diseases. It has always been a hot spring hot spring for local people to bathe and strengthen their body.

Brother Chen is the happiest

The water in each pool is running water, and there are dedicated staff who clean it regularly. You don’t have to worry that the pool you are in is filled with cuticles soaked by others.

Looking at this reminds me of the word problems I had in elementary school. When the water inlet and outlet are opened at the same time, when can the water be filled? Hahaha, Brother Chen, your good days are still waiting for you with word problems!

There will be a water temperature display next to each pool. Around 40 degrees is the most comfortable, and it feels like you can soak in it for a long time. The water is so soft that it feels like touching satin when it hits your body.

In addition to hot springs, there are also beaches, children's pools and adult pools. The water is relatively cold and few people go into the water.

There will be a water point at regular intervals, supplying room-temperature mineral water and hot water. Take a sip of mineral water when you are sweating, and the refreshing feeling can only be described as refreshing.

Family time in the water...

They were filming "Beauty Taking a Bath" for me, hahaha!

When lunch time came, the keepers took us to look for food. The fare of 98 does not include meals. Fortunately, the restaurants in the scenic area have a good environment and the snacks are relatively affordable.

There is also a borrowing area. Stop looking at your phone when waiting for someone. Pick up a book and read through it.

Breeder's rescue, 18 yuan.

Freshly squeezed juice, 10 yuan.

My casserole rice noodles, 16 yuan.

Brother Chen’s Yangzhou fried rice, 18 yuan.

Brother Chen, who was so tired, fell asleep in my arms before the meal was served. After waking up, he was hungry and played for a long time before asking for food.

While eating in the afternoon, shoot your bow left and right for a quick victory.

After eating, I didn’t forget to say sorry to the millet grains that accidentally fell on the ground.

After the meal, the three of us took a nap in this jjimjilbang. Bathing in hot springs is also quite physically demanding. Lying on the hot volcanic stone slabs, you will fall asleep quickly.

In the afternoon we changed to another pool called "Tuantian", which is a small town in Tengchong. A major feature here is the township hot spring pools. The 18 township hot spring pools are different from each other. Locals come here to soak in the hot springs in their hometowns and feel the local atmosphere.

Later, the breeder went to work on the car, and I accompanied Brother Chen to play with the water outlet for two hours...

I also saw many new people coming here to take wedding photos.

At about five o'clock, I left here with Brother Chen who turned around three times. After soaking in the hot spring for a day, I feel really refreshed and my skin feels smoother. This is probably the warmest winter I have ever experienced...
