Kuimen is the pattern on the back of the ten-yuan RMB. The terrain here is difficult, with peaks on both sides facing each other, making it easy to defend but difficult to attack. It was once an important pass on the road to Shu, so it has been a battleground for military strategists since ancient times.
It's 7 o'clock in the evening, and the sun is still lingering in the sky. A beam of sunlight shines through the clouds and falls on the Yangtze River, "half river rustling and half river red". The quiet, comfortable scene is so beautiful!
A round of sunset gradually falls in the valley, and the rays of light projected from the clouds are all over the river. At this time, the water and sky are as dazzling as the color, and the green mountains are like ink and black. Quickly take a photo of this touching moment. The world between heaven and earth is like poetry. The picturesque, dreamlike scene is so exciting in my heart.
The next morning the boat arrived at the Wushan section, which is a continuous mountain range located in Hubei, Chongqing, and Hunan. What we visited was the Yangtze River section in Wushan County in eastern Chongqing. This is the heart of the Three Gorges Reservoir area, where the famous scenic spot Goddess Peak is located. here. Goddess Peak is a national 4A-level scenic spot. Because it looks like a graceful girl, surrounded by misty clouds and mysterious myths and legends, it attracts more and more tourists. We are immersed in the scene and can really feel the magic of nature.
After the completion of the Three Gorges Project, the water level was raised to 175 meters. When entering the Wu Gorge, the river is as wide as a boat sailing in a large lake. The peaks on both sides do not appear to be high, and there is no feeling like being in a canyon. The actual situation is so different from what Li Daoyuan described more than a thousand years ago. Li Daoyuan of the Northern Wei Dynasty once praised in his "Shui Jing Zhu": "In the 700 miles from the Three Gorges, there are mountains on both sides, and there is no gap. There are heavy rocks and mountains, and the cloudy sky blocks the sun. At midnight from Feiting, there is no bright moon. ." It means that when you look up from the boat in the river gorge, you can only see a sliver of sky. The Three Gorges I saw on the boat was completely different from before. I couldn't help but sigh: "It's a pity that such beautiful scenery no longer exists..."
Trees grow in the cracks of the rocks, and the texture of the karst stratiform rocks is clearly visible. Although there are stones all the way, I am still attracted to it inexplicably.
