Wuyi Mountain, with three or three beautiful waters as clear as jade, and six or six strange peaks with emerald green reaching into the sky, constitutes the Wuyi landscape full of fantasy. Confucius once said: The benevolent enjoy the mountains, and the wise enjoy the water. And Wuyi Mountain, with its nine curves and eighteen bays, brings together The most beautiful mountains and the most holy water.

The main peak of Wuyi Mountain is next to Jiuqu River. When you come to Wuyi Mountain, you must climb Tianyou Peak. It takes about three or four hours. Standing at the top, you can overlook the clear waters of Wuyi Mountains and the picturesque mountains and rivers. It is refreshing.

The "First Mountain" located in Humaxian behind Tianyou Peak was written by Xu Qingchao, a general of Wu Xian in the Qing Dynasty. He was a second-rank military attache. He passed by Wuyi Mountain on official business and was inscribed after admiring it.

Travel to Wuyi Mountain and come to Wuyi Mountain Scenic Area. The scenic spot is mainly mountain climbing. The mountain in the Tianyou Peak scenic spot has 848 steps. It takes a little more than an hour to walk back and forth, and the vertical distance is about 200 meters. Of course, there are also people who carry the sedan chair manually, so you don’t have to climb. We also saw Jiuqu River in the scenic area. There were bamboo rafts floating on the river. The air in the entire scenic area was good, but the temperature difference was not big, so it was not suitable for summer vacation. Spring and autumn are more suitable for visiting here~~

After coming down from Tianyou Peak, you will pass through a fork in the road, one leading to the exit, and the other leading to Taoyuan Cave; The Taoyuan Cave Taoist temple has been renovated and covers an area of about 6,000 square meters. The main halls include Sanqing Hall, Jade Hall and Jade Hall. It is composed of the Imperial Palace, the Lingguan Palace, and the Shanmen (the central axis). The left and right side halls include the Sanhuang Yuanjun Palace, the Zhenwu Palace, the Sanguan Palace, and the Sutra Pavilion. There are palaces where Taoists carry out Taoist affairs and self-cultivation, as well as places where Taoist talents are cultivated and Taoist culture is promoted. In 1995, Taoyuan Taoist Temple and Wuyi Mountain Scenic Area raised funds to carve the world's largest Laojun rock sculpture .

Far away from Yunwo is Shaibuyan (Tianyou Peak)

Why is Taoyuan Cave called Taoyuan Cave? The reason is that there are many peach blossoms planted here, and Taoyuan Cave has a special geographical environment. The four sides surrounded it to form a hole, with the mouth of the hole facing the sky. Moreover, the Kaiyuan Hall in Taoyuan Cave is an important Taoist activity center in Wuyi Mountain. Here Taoism, Buddhism, Confucianism and Neo-Confucianism combine to form a unique religious place. Unfortunately, it later suffered wars and was damaged. It was not until the end of the last century that the government allocated funds for reconstruction. Therefore, the array you see here will be overgrown with weeds. There are two roads leaving Taoyuan Cave, one is Suwu Road and the other is Flat Avenue. It is said that there was only doubtful road in the beginning, but later through tourism development, a flat avenue was opened up. Due to the development of tourism, most tourists choose flat roads, so there are almost no people walking on Suiwu Road. It is covered with moss and other plants, making it even more difficult to walk. It is recommended that friends who like challenges choose the no-doubt route. It is said to be quite exciting. Friends who can't stand the excitement can just choose the flat road.

Must-visit attractions Wuyi Mountain Jade Girl Peak
02

(This is the symbol of Wuyi Mountain ~ it is also the only mountain that cannot be climbed and played)

Jade Girl Peak is the representative of Wuyi Mountain. It can be seen in publicity videos or picture albums. The story of Jade Girl and the King will be introduced in detail in the next article. It’s nice to take photos under Jade Girl Peak, and you can also play in the water in summer. There is also a road called the "Wizard of Oz Walking Trail" from Yixiantianli to Jade Girl Peak, which takes about an hour. If you don't want to walk, you can just take a sightseeing bus to the scenic spot, which is very convenient.

Jade Girl Peak has the strange rock wonders of Rabbit's Ridge and the majesty of Mount Tai. It is one of the typical columnar mountains in Wuyi Mountain. There are two vertical joints on the peak wall that divide the columnar body into three pieces of cut rock with increasing heights, like tall and beautiful mountains standing side by side. The three jade sisters.

As we all know, many names of many rocks in many scenic spots require strong imagination to identify them. The same goes for Jade Girl Peak. It cannot be climbed up. It can only be viewed from a distance. From a distance, it looks like three sisters. (I didn’t actually see it)

We mainly play by the river at the foot of the peak, because the water here is relatively shallow, so you can take off your shoes and socks to play in the water. It rained when we went, but we still wore a poncho and went into the water. The water was still a bit cold, and there were bamboos from time to time. The raft passed behind.

Recommended attractions Wuyi Mountain Tiger Roaring Rock

The so-called "tiger roar" comes from the ancient story of an immortal riding a tiger roaring on a rock. In fact, the sound of "tiger roaring" comes from a huge cave in the rock. The mountain wind passes through the cave entrance and roars, the sound spreads through the empty valley and shakes the mountains. Natural explanation: There is a huge cave on Tiger Roaring Rock. Whenever the mountain wind passes through the cave, the cave will emit a sound similar to that of a tiger roaring. When the sound is low, it can only pass through the ears, but when it is loud, it can shake the mountains and make people feel horrified.

The scenery and steepness of Huxiao Rock can be said to be the most open scenic spot in Wuyi Mountain. The road to Huxiao Rock passes through Haohan Slope (three steps 1.5 meters).

Not recommended for children!

The Tiger Roaring Rock in Wuyi Mountain is perched on the north side of the sky in the south of Jiuxi Qu. It has cuiwei rocks and winding water. It is a beautiful place with unique springs and rocks. The Tiger's Roaring Rock is known as "a picture that can be seen as far as the eye can see". The four walls of Tiger Roaring Rock are steep and stand alone at the foot of Tiger Roaring Rock. Looking up at the rock, the first thing that comes into view is Gaole Rock with the four characters "Huxi Spirit Cave". This reminds tourists that the cliffs are high, precarious and deep. The landscape, the roar of the tiger is magical.

Thousands of feet are suspended here, and the cliffs slope outward, forming a huge cave. The entire hall is not covered with tiles and is impervious to wind and rain.

There are two ways to go up to Huxiao Rock, one is a labor-saving road, and the other requires hard work to climb up. Since I was very tired on the first day, I chose to take this more labor-saving road on the second day. The tour guide said , this is called the path of the wise. During the Route of the Wise Man, you will pass a tea plantation, the scenery is really nice, and then you can climb over a cliff and see a Buddha statue. There we waited for our friends from another route on the mountain. They would also pass by here when they went down the mountain, and then we set off together to the entrance of Yunu Peak. There, it’s good to take pictures by the river. You can take photos with Dawang Peak and Yunv Peak, and you can also see drifting bamboo rafts.

Recommended attractions Wuyi Mountain One Line of Sky
04

Also known as Lingyan, it is located at the southwest end of the Wuyi peaks. It is the most amazing cave in Wuyi and is known as the "wonderful workmanship". A Line of Sky exists in a deep canyon south of Erqu of Jiuqu River. There is a majestic boulder inside, which enters the rock from Fuxi Cave. When you reach the depth, you look up, and you see that the top of the rock is cracked, like a sharp axe. It is less than a foot apart and about one hundred meters long. , a ray of skylight leaks into it, like a blue rainbow across the sky, this is the breathtaking ray of sky.

Wuyi Mountain is rich in animal resources. There is a group of monkeys stationed near Yixiantian all year round. They will actively approach tourists (please do not feed them)

We think One Thread Sky is a more interesting attraction in the Wuyi Mountain Scenic Area. Although Huxiao Rock is connected to the Yixiantian scenic spot, it takes about an hour to walk from Huxiao Rock to Xixiantian, and it was raining heavily that day. If we had known this, we should have left Huxiao Rock and then taken a tourist bus to the scenic spot. It's a matter of days. There are two talents on the left and right. It is said that the one on the right is narrower, only 30 centimeters at its narrowest point. (Comrades who weigh more than 200 pounds should not try it)
