Get ready to go out
The most difficult thing about going to Dongji Island is the ticket.
Tickets for summer vacation and various holidays are very difficult to buy
Because there won’t be too many people on the island with less tickets.
There are three main islands in Dongji Island: Miaozi Lake, Qingbang Island, and Dongfu Mountain
Most people choose Miaozi Lake and Dongfu Mountain

Tickets can only be purchased one day in advance at 14:00. There are 50 tickets per boat.
The remaining tickets can only be purchased on site

Train to Ningbo → Car to Zhoushan → Banshengdong Pier to Dongji Island (Miaozi Lake)

After a simple meal, we set off to the bus station
The bus station is actually right next to the train station.
You can go directly to Zhoushan
The fare is 60 and the time is about two hours.
There are many small black cars at the entrance of the bus station
If there are a lot of people and there are boys, you can rent a car
When we came back, there were 6 of us, 70 each.

Zhoushan’s attractions are all concentrated in Zhujiajian
But for the convenience of taking the boat the next day, we decided to book the hotel near Banshengdong Pier.
So it’s still quite a distance to Zhujiajian.
There are many scenic spots in Zhujiajian such as Nansha, Dongsha, Sand Sculpture Exhibition, Wushi Pond, etc.
Due to time constraints, I can only go to one scenic spot.
I saw too many beaches so I chose the special Wushi Pond made of black stones. Tickets (student price 20)

Donggang Trade City
After taking pictures, it was almost time for dinner
I went to Donggang Trade City near the hotel.
It’s also a pretty big shopping mall where you can have dinner.
We walked all the way back to the hotel and bought fruits and water (it is said that the water on the island is very expensive, so I bought 1.5 liters of mineral water)
I heard before that Zhoushan is a relatively poor and pitiful place.
But after I went there myself, I really felt very good
There are medicine boxes and umbrellas on the bus.
I felt full of love from the people of Zhoushan

the next day
journey:
Banshengdong Pier (¥100) → Higashifukushima (¥30)
→ Start circling the island at 3 o’clock
I bought the boat at 9.30
Be sure to take seasickness medicine before boarding the ship
The ship is divided into upper cabin (¥160), lower cabin (¥100) and middle cabin (¥130).
It takes about two and a half hours to get to Dongfushan
As soon as you get on the boat, you can come out and take photos~

Remember to listen to the radio on the boat. She will sell tickets to Higashiyama.
For 30 yuan, we will switch to another boat to take you there.
The boat will also be sold on the boat that returns to Miaozi Lake to the dock the next day.
After going through all kinds of hardships, we finally reached our destination.
The hotel you booked online will take you to your hotel with a sign at the pier.
The conditions here are quite poor.
It was said online that there would be water and power outages, but there was no WiFi.
But after you go there, the hostel still has water storage, WiFi, and everything, so you don’t have to worry.
It's very windy, so it's super cool even without air conditioning.
Prices are super expensive
We just had seafood fried rice cake fried noodles which was relatively cheaper.
It’s best to bring your own dry food instant noodles
After the hottest part of the day at noon, I was ready to go around the island.
But stupidly we still went the wrong way QAQ
So I don’t have any extra energy to go around the island.
I just walked around and took some photos.
But I still asked some boys from the same hostel.
They said it took about 3 hours to circle the island.
Just find any rock and you can take a particularly beautiful long-range photo.

The third day
journey:
Watch the sunrise → Miaozi Lake (¥30) → Around the island (¥50)
→Take a boat back to Zhoushan (¥100)→Take a car (¥70)
→Nantang Old Street→Ningbo Station (¥90)
Because Dongfu Mountain is the easternmost point in China
So here is the first ray of sunshine in China
The first viewing platform in the morning is really crowded.
You can climb down by yourself and sit on the rocks to watch the sunrise.
