Introduction to the Ministry of Culture and Education: The Ministry of Culture and Education of the Puppet Manchukuo was located at No. 18 Ziyou Avenue. After the Japanese surrender, this building was occupied by the then Changchun University. After the liberation, it was taken over by Northeastern University. It is now the primary school affiliated to Northeast Normal University.
