Introduction to the Queen Mother's Palace: Doi Tung Royal Villa is located on the hill of Doi Tung Mountain. It was built on December 23, 2530. It is entirely made of wood and is modeled on traditional northern Thai architecture and typical European and Swiss designs. The roof is in a golden shape and looks like a sculpture, simple, practical and elegant. The interior is divided into two floors. The upper floor is the Queen Mother's living room, and the four bedrooms are connected to each other. On the stairs on the second floor are engraved 10 numbers from 1 to 9 and then to 0, symbolizing the cycle of human life. The ceiling of the hall is covered with Yun Zhang patterns crafted from pine wood. The garden outside the palace is planted with plant and tree species unique to northern Thailand. The grass is green and the flowers are blooming all year round.
