Nelson Arts Festival Introduction: The Nelson Arts Festival welcomes the arrival of spring with a series of highly creative activities. During the twelve days there are theatre, dance, cabaret and music performances. People dressed up and gathered on the city streets to perform an unprecedented "masquerade parade".
