It was built by Shen Wansan, a wealthy man from Jiangnan in the late Yuan Dynasty. The stele is 3.06 meters high, 1.46 meters wide, and 0.4 meters thick. It is made of bluestone and contains the scene of Zhang Shicheng welcoming Boyan, the envoy of the Yuan Dynasty, in the 19th year of Zhizheng. There are 118 people in the whole picture, including kings, ministers, foreigners, soldiers, guards, and Hufu attendants. It adopts deep relief techniques, fine carving, rigorous composition, clear architectural layout, distinct layers, clear faces and different postures of the characters. , pleats are smooth.
