The Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is currently the largest botanical garden with the most preserved species in my country. It was founded in 1959. The Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, also known as the Menglun Botanical Garden, is located on a gourd-shaped peninsula in Mengla County, Yunnan Province. The botanical garden is divided into the east area and the west area. Usually we visit the west area. As for the east area, it is said to be relatively primitive. After leaving the east gate of the Botanical Garden, you can participate in rafting on the Luosuo River, or go to the Green Stone Forest Park, which is known as "there is a forest above and a stone forest below."

The first day: Kunming → Jinghong → Golden Beach BBQ;

How to get there:
Take a bus to Menglun or Mengla at Jinghong Passenger Terminal and get off at Menglun. The journey takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. From Kunming and Simao, you can take a bus bound for Mengla and get off at Xiaomenglun Town. It takes 10 minutes to walk from Menglun Bus Terminal to the suspension bridge. After buying the ticket, it takes 20 minutes to cross the suspension bridge to reach the scenic spot.
