Scenic spot introduction:
Diqing Prefecture Museum, built in 1996, houses cultural relics unearthed from the Gordon Neolithic Culture in Weixi Lisu Autonomous County. These precious cultural relics bear witness to the traces of human ancestors living and multiplying in Diqing six or seven thousand years ago. Judging from the sarcophagus tombs and funerary artifacts unearthed in Yongzhi, Nagu, Shidi and other places in Deqin County, it can be seen that the Tubo ancestors created rich and colorful indigenous culture here about 2,300 years ago. The museum is located on Shangri-La Road 3.Attractions distribution:
The new museum is located on the south side of the Sun and Moon Square in Dukezong Ancient City, with a main building area of 5,600 square meters. The new museum will be built through four concepts: "Natural Shangri-La", "Historical Shangri-La", "Cultural Shangri-La" and "Today's Shangri-La". The two exhibition halls comprehensively display the nature, history and culture of "Shangri-La" with the characteristics of Yunnan Tibetan areas, as well as the achievements of the autonomous prefecture in the past fifty years.Scenic spot qualifications:
