It was completed in the early Republic of China. The five buildings are Cishu Building, Huandu Building, Cangqu Building, Beiwang Building and Xi Building in order of construction time. They cover a total area of ​​4113 square meters. They are a combination of Chinese and Western buildings, integrating the southern private garden style and the northern courtyard style. In one, it is highly ornamental and cultural.
