Yehetaogou Scenic Area is called the "living fossil" of walnut by the botanical community, a natural gene bank of species resources, and a wild plant museum. It is located at the northern foot of Ishglik Mountain in the southeast of Gongliu County, 13 kilometers away from the county. With a total area of 1,180 hectares, there are nearly 10,000 wild walnut trees in the ditch, more than 350 species of higher plants, 100 species of terrestrial vertebrates, more than 50 species of insects, and more than 10 species of nationally protected plants. How to get there:
Starting from Gongliu County, it passes through the Gongliu Town Government, Dongmaili Township Government, Dongmaili Township Qianjin Village, and the South Branch Canal. There are signboards along the way, so look for them when driving. The scenic spot is 13 kilometers away from the county seat.
