Scenic spot introduction:

The Jinniudong ancient mining site is a historical site with a large number of cultural relics and monuments and is of great archaeological value. The site integrates cultural relic protection and display, integrating natural landscape and cultural landscape. It has now become an important cultural relic tourist attraction in the ancient copper city.

Attractions distribution:

There is a bronze bull sculpture at the entrance to the site, a spacious parking lot to the west, a site exhibition hall to the north, and an inscription gallery and a mineral rock forest from the Tongling area along the banks of the Acacia River to the southwest. The site was cleared out and revealed many ancient mining shafts and a number of mining and production tools, such as copper chisels, iron axes, iron hoes, bamboo baskets, etc. In the future, an aerial corridor will be set up on the north slope of the site, allowing viewers to get close to the mining shafts on the overhanging walls and appreciate the spectacular scene of the ancient site.
