Phoenix Garden Agricultural Science and Technology Park is a provincial key agricultural science and technology demonstration park. It was officially opened for operation on August 28, 2001. The scenic spot is located in the southern part of Liaocheng City. It borders the ancient canal to the east, Liaoyang Road to the west, Tuhai River to the south, and Hunan Road to the north. It enjoys unique geographical advantages, with land transportation extending in all directions and rich and colorful cultural landscapes.
