The former site of the Guangzhou Peasant Movement Workshop is the former site of the National Peasant Movement Workshop held by Mao Zedong and others in Guangzhou in 1926. The site was originally the Panyu Academy, which was built in 1370. It is a solemn and simple building complex. The memorial hall was established in 1953 and its name was inscribed by Zhou Enlai. The memorial hall has been restored according to the original appearance of the agricultural training institute, and the classrooms, academic affairs department, military training department, library, director's office, student dormitories, etc. have been restored. The former site of the Agricultural Lecture Center is a complex of ancient wooden structures. It faces south and is surrounded by walls. It is 35 meters wide from east to west and 154 meters long from north to south. In front is the Lingxing Gate, inside which there is a pan pond and a stone arch bridge. The Dacheng Gate is separated by wooden boards and houses the Academic Affairs Department, the General Affairs Department and the Star Duty Room. The east and west rooms are the library and Mao Zedong's office. Dacheng Hall was turned into a classroom, and the east and west verandas were dormitories for teachers and students. In urban areas, you can take buses 1, 11, 22, 40, 54, 76, 80, 102, 107, 108, 184, 211, 221, 222, 236, 243, 517, 546, and 864 and get off at Dadongmen Station Take a bus, or take Metro Line 1 and get off at the Agricultural Training Institute Station and walk there.

Peasant Movement Workshop Ticket Price:
It's free. Visitors can queue up at the service desk with valid ID cards and other documents to get tickets. One person, one ticket, valid on the same day. Group visits require reservations 24 hours in advance. The museum's daily reception limit is 3,000 people.
Scenic area opening hours:
Every Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 to 16:30, no visitors can enter the museum at 16:00 (closed on Mondays). Four free lectures are arranged every day at 10:00 and 11:00 in the morning and 2:00 and 3:00 in the afternoon.
