The Three Parallel Rivers Scenic Area is the largest World Heritage site in China. The Three Parallel Rivers refers to the natural wonder that the Jinsha River, Lancang River, and Nu River run side by side for hundreds of kilometers in the high mountains without intersecting. It is located in the longitudinal valley area of the Hengduan Mountains extending south of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in northwest Yunnan, including parts of Nujiang Prefecture, Diqing Prefecture, Lijiang City, and Dali Prefecture. There are 3 scenic areas in the scenic area: Nujiang River, Lancang River and Jinsha River, 8 central scenic spots, and more than 60 scenic spots, with a total area of more than 3,500 square kilometers. The three parallel rivers have jointly nurtured the "riverside culture" for thousands of years.Attractions distribution:

How to get there:
Transportation in Nujiang is mainly air and highway. There are two lines to choose from:
The first one: Kunming → Baoshan → Liuku (you can fly from Kunming to Baoshan);
The second one: Kunming → Dali → Liuku ( You can fly from Kunming to Dali).
There are many passenger buses from Liuku to various parts of the Nujiang River. If you change buses, you can go directly to the scenic spot.
