Guangxi Qibainong National Geopark is the only national-level geopark in my country that is dominated by deep depressions. It is located in Qibainong Township and Bansheng Township in the northern part of Dahua County, Guangxi. Qibainong has a magical and rare scenery, and is a typical representative of tropical and subtropical karst landforms in southern China. There are 2,566 depressions of various shapes in the park, featuring strange mountains, beautiful waters, vast lakes, dangerous gorges, deep depressions, beautiful stones, and secluded caves. The strange mountains and beautiful waters complement each other and each is leading the way. The park has rich and unique biological resource landscapes, which are precious natural heritage bestowed by nature on mankind, and are of great scientific value, aesthetic value, and tourism development value.
