How to get there:
1. Highway transportation. Chengling Tourist Area is 800 kilometers away from Beijing and 700 kilometers away from Xi'an. The Baomao Expressway is fully connected, and a special interchange exit is set up for Chengling Tourist Area, which is only 1.2 kilometers away from the scenic area. National Highway 210 also passes through Holo Town and is 1 kilometer away from the scenic area. Chengling Tourist Area is only 60 kilometers away from Dongsheng District, 23 kilometers away from Ejin Horo Banner, and 2 kilometers away from Holo Town; it is 260 kilometers away from Hohhot, a key city in Inner Mongolia, and 160 kilometers away from Baotou. There are buses from Hohhot and Baotou to Ordos every 15 minutes every day; Dongsheng and Azhen (i.e. Ejin Horo Banner) both have passenger dedicated lines to Chengling, and long-distance passenger buses to Wushen Banner, Yulin, Xi'an and other counties and cities also pass through Chengling.
2. Railway transportation. Beijing is an important gathering place for tourists from home and abroad. Train No. 1116 from Ordos to Beijing departs at 16:40. Passenger trains from Hohhot to Baotou to Shenmu depart on time every day. Yiqi Railway Station is about to be completed and opened to traffic. It is less than 20 kilometers away from Chengling Tourist Area, which will provide more convenient transportation for more tourists.
